Name : Anmol Mehrotra Age : 25 Years, Male Nationality : Indian Profession: Accountant/Auditor working in CBD Non Smoker I am easy going person who likes company and privacy in balanced amounts. Hey everyone, I am a 24-year-old student from Germany and I am doing my Master studies of Marketing at Sydney. I am here for an exchange semester at the Macquarie University and therefore looking for a room until July basically in the northern area of Sydney. Everything located near to a train station between Chatswood and Milsons Point would be nice. At home I did already live in shared apartments with other people and it worked out very well. I am a really clean and open minded, friendly person who likes to get in contact with new people. I like to hang out for a movie or a drink with my flatmates but I do also respect if you need some rest or privacy. In general I get along with everyone and I am very respectful. I need to go to attend my classes at university and I have to study a lot in the library so i will only be at home in the evening. I dont do any parties at home because I respect my flatmates but if you like to invite someone I would of course join that. If you are interested in sharing your apartment with me don't hesitate to contact me :) I am looking forward to your message! Kim
Young corporate professional working in investment banking, looking for a place that is convenient for travel into city perspective and has a good local vibe. I usually keep to myself and most days work late. Keen on exploring new places, have my own car and usually spend the weekend out of the house. Open to share some exploring with flatmates. I'm very particular about cleaning and like to keep my stuff tidy, love cooking and going rock climbing on weekends.
I am from Bombay and have moved to Sydney 5 months ago. I am tidy, laid-back and easy to get along with. Like a quiet home for the most part, and enjoy going out with friends every now and then. Currently staying in a shared house and looking for a place closer to the workplace once my current lease expires. I am looking for a furnished private room in a shared flat or house with an ensuite bathroom.
Recently moved to Sydney and working in North Ryde. I'm looking for a nice place to come back to at the end of the day, with people that can have a laugh. Enjoy movies, nachos and hiking on the weekends!
Room is available now Lovely townhouse in Wollstonecraft. The house has a large living area and amazing back yard - plus all your standard amenities such as newly renovated kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Light filled bedroom on the 1st floor furnished with very comfortable double size bed, Reversible Air Conditioner. Bathroom is shared with one another person. Superbly convenient, just 5 minutes walk to St Leonards station and to Crows Nest cafes and restaurants. We are couple aged 32 and 27 working full time. Looking for a tidy, easy-going individual who willing to share the chores for the common areas and reliable with the rent. Having a sense of house pride is essential - caring for the space you live in and respecting others you share with. Bills can be included for $25 per week. Parking is not included in the rent. Available for extra $30 per week.
Looking to move any time around mid April 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I come with my own room! All I need is an undercover/sheltered area (garage/carport/courtyard with vehicle access or similar) to park my caravan that has access to power. I'll take up no room at all!!! I'm a pretty fun/relaxed person, enjoy music (learning guitar) and plan on working/studying in Sydney.
I am a very bubbly, outgoing person. I horse ride and will normally spend my weekends competing or hanging with friends. A big movie buff and do like a good wine or two! I work full time and am about to start a new job in the city. Would prefer own bathroom and hope there would be a blacony or terrace! Excited to learn about you and hopefully we get to meet!
I'm working fulltime as a bus driver and looking to eliminate MY commute but not yours! haha currently on central coast in my own place renting for years but no exp in sharehouse, yet... bit of a joker but very respectful of boundaries and privacy. def not a party animal at all! tend to keep to myself and would most likely give you your own space, at least to begin with. if you're after someone who'll pay his share and be dependable, i'm your man :)
We are looking to move into our new home in late February or early March 2017 in the Inner West, lower North Shore or Eastern suburbs (we are not from Sydney, so we are not picky so long as it is close to the CBD!). We are interested in joining an existing share house/apartment or starting our own- send us a message if you are interested in either! David is a graduate accountant who will start working in the CBD in March 2017. Tegan is in her final year of law at university and works at the ATO. We currently live in a share house in the Inner West and come share house trained. We work late during the week so will largely keep to ourselves then, but are up for socialising on the weekend. Even on a weekend, we are still relatively quiet and low key, but are always up for a house dinner or a glass of wine. Our ideal housemates will also be young professionals who won't want to throw regular crazy parties and will generally be good housemates (the basics like paying bills on time, cleaning after yourself), as we will be. Send us a message if we sound like people you would like to live with!
Looking to rent a room with own bathroom preferably Ensuite with parking would be great. I am Tech engineer who love healthy life style, gym training and swimming. Very tidy and always clean after myself, into clean healthy food.. Always up to socialise and hanging out in weekend going to the beach movie or travel around discover new areas. Non smoker, Mostly quiet at home but also up for a chat, watch movies and share food every now and then.
My name is Henry, I'm a 4th year medical student studying in Barbados. I am from Nigeria. My hobbies are studying, like playing video games when I'm less busy. I love keeping my environment clean and tidy. I love meeting new people, and I love to explore too
My life style is very stable, I like to go out half the time of the week to meet up with friends, and spend the rest of the time just chillaxing at home. I love to paint, cook, swim. Watching my favourite tv shows with a glass of wine would be a good tuck in night for me. I am easy going, I can range from having share dinners to cooking dinners for myself every night. Happy to share chores around the household to keep it clean and tidy.
A Brazilian relocating to AUS to work in the Pharmaceutical Industry. I am very quiet during working days but I also enjoy company for a beer or indoors/outdoors activities during weekends. I will arrive on 22Feb and I am looking for a short/long stay. The office is based next to the Macquaire Park station so I would rather have a place with easy access to T1 (although I am open for another opportunities).
Hey . Me and my girlfriend are on a 457 defecto relationship visa and planning to stay in Sydney long term. I am English (26) and Jen is American (23). We love to travel, eat good food, meet new people from all over the world, quiet nights in, wine, events, random weekends away , the beach and keeping fit. We both work in the healthcare industry working all different times of the day including nights. We are both very easy to talk to, sociable and have a lot of stories to tell if you willing to listen. As a couple we are great, we won't make anyone feel like a third wheel don't you worry ;) We have spent the last year in a very unsociable house that we both Hated, we are both looking for a sociable house and to meet friends And to make bets who is the last one standing on the dance floor . Looking for relaxed housemates and ones that are up for a good time and just generally fun to be around. We are clean, willing to share and not fussed about who drinks who's milk and who eats who's bread, don't have time for that ! Jen is back in Australia on 12th October so looking to move in November/ December time If we sound like the fun, outgoing, cool housemates for your house then please give me a message :)
I cook exotic spicy Indian food, play decent guitar, love playing volleyball & palyrd for my university. I like travelling with and without company. I respect people's privacy & people generally call me smart and humble but that's for you to decide ;).
Hi, I am Mat, a 23-year-old who works at the Prince of Wales Hospital as an Allied Health assistant. I moved to Sydney in September from Perth and so far, I am loving it. I am a social, friendly kind of person, who loves to cook and have the odd glass of wine. I am looking to move in with some fun, social and clean people who don't mind a chat from time to time (but also respect space). Anything else you want to know, feel free to ask!
Hi I’m Paolo, I’m 25 years old and I’m a student. I’m in Sydney for an Exchange program, I'm going to attend the ACU in North Sydney, for next 5 months and I’m looking for a place to stay as soon as possible. I’m an easy going person, I am used to live with others people, I’m trustworthy and tidy. Cheers, Paolo
Hey I'm Soph, I'm 20 years old and currently studying Environmental Science at Macquarie uni. I work part time in pharmacy at Lane Cove, and live in Greenwich at the moment, but am looking to downsize a bit as I'm in the master bedroom and would love to start saving a bit more! I love to cook, enjoy my fitness and am always trying to get out and explore the city as much as I can. I am mostly at work or uni, but when i'm at home I like to relax with some netflix, or have some friends over for a few quiet ones. I'm looking for somewhere pretty chilled, where the housemates all get along, treat the house as a home but are able to do their own thing :)
Hi all, My name is Alessandro I'm looking for a private room for 1 month and half as I will leave around early of April. I'm a full-time worker but on my free time I enjoy stay with, I'm 29 and I think to (actually I hope to) be a friendly and easygoing person also tidy and respectful of the space of the others.
Hi there, My name is Vashi and I'm a female working full time in the CBD in the medical health profession having recently moved over from London. I'm currently living in Crow's Nest but moving out soon and looking for a new place to make home. My ideal scenario would be close enough to the beach and have a decent commute in to the CBD. I'm a very friendly, relaxed, easy going, neat, respectful and reliable, no dramas flat mate. I'm not a neat freak- but I do like to live in a tidy environment and think as flatmates we should all be happy to pitch in towards creating a nice vibe to live in. I enjoy chilling out, discovering Sydney, going out for dinner with friends, being outdoors, going to the gym/ dance classes- I guess in some ways the use of the word 'normal' here would be good :) I'm quite an optimistic, positive thinking person I enjoy developing my spirituality and enjoy yoga, meditating (as and when I can)- although I am no expert on any of the above! If you'd like to know anything more feel free to drop me a line and we can always potentially meet and see if we click and would like to live together. Cheers and look forward to hearing from you :) Vashi
