Hello future flatmate! I'm currently looking for a flatmate to share a 3 bedroom apartment in St Leonards. The apartment is a quick 5-7 min walk to St Leonards station. It is walking distance to the Royal North Shore and the popular Crows Nest area. The room available can fit a double bed and a desk. It has a built in mirrored wardrobe. Also, the room has an access to a shared balcony. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. If you need a furnished flat, I can furnish the room with a single bed, desk and a side table. You will be sharing the toilet with my other female flatmate. Please note that the furnishings in the photo will be different as they were my previous flatmate's things. The apartment has an internal laundry with dryer, centralized heating and airconditioning, internet, pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rent is 290 including all bills and internet . Bond is ideally 4 weeks rent and rent is paid 1 month in advance on the 15th of the month. About me, I'm a working female professional. I work as an accountant. I can be quite social but I also like my own space at times. I am not obsessive compulsive when it comes to cleaning but I would want to share the house with someone who will keep the common areas tidy and clean. I am looking for someone who's friendly, easy going but responsible, someone who will pay the rent on time, and is respectful and mindful of the things and people around them. Please send me a note if you're interested or message me to arrange for a quick chat and an inspection of the apartment and room. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!

Hi there :) I'm a small town girl who's fallen in love with the big city life and I'm looking for somewhere to live long term. Unfurnished room is required as I have my gear I'd like to hang onto. I'm quite an active person who loves the outdoors, especially hiking and camping! I'm honest and respectful, cleaning up after myself, keeping the noise down and always paying my bills on time. I'm passionate about health and I love to cook when I'm home. On the weekends I'm fairly social, enjoying regular catch ups with friends and a beer or two! :P
Having just started a full-time position in the city, I'm looking for a private room in a share house situated close to public transport for commuting. I have lived in share houses and on-campus accommodation all through university and post-grad in Australia as well as Canada, so my etiquette towards flat/housemates is nothing but exemplary. I can provide multiple rental and personality references from past housemates if needed.
Hi I'm Alex. I'm currently working as a bartender but have recently completed a degree in forensic chemistry which I'm aiming to utilise in the near future. I'm an easy going person but like to maintain a relatively clean living environment. My interests include cooking and going to gigs/music festivals.
Rare find!!! 1 large room for rent for 1 month. It's a 3 bedroom apartment in Nexus. It's available from 6/2/19 to 31/3/19. The apartment is fully furnished. Gas cooking, washing machine, fridge, unlimited internet and air-conditioning. The building is literally 3 min walk from the station and it's close to the fantastic Crows Nest dining district. It also comes with a gym. There will be only 3 people living in the apartment including you. I work full time. Ideally, you'll be a young working professional who doesn't smoke, and keep things clean. Also I believe in mutual respect, and would love to share a drink after work. Rent is $340 for the other room paid fortnightly in advance. It includes all the bills. Bond is 2 weeks rent plus $200
Large, sunny, 2 bedroom apartment, in a great location, St Leonards. Fully furnished (except the bedroom) with a warm, family-like vibe. Gas kitchen with dishwasher. Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. For all residents there is a gym, indoor pool and spa open from 6am to 10pm everyday! Right above St Leonards station with short walk to restaurants, supermarket, post office, medical centre etc. A bit about me, I'm pretty relaxed and enjoy meeting up with my friends after work, but love my weekends spent at home with a movie and some good food. I do have friends over on the odd occasion, and would hope that my flatmate would feel comfortable doing the same if they wanted, but obviously will provide as much notice in advance as possible. I keep the place tidy and clean but won't go crazy over something left out of place overnight! Basically I'm hoping for a flatmate who is friendly, tidy, and will be willing to make the flat their home.
Neat clean and tidy. Good cook and very respectful. Enjoys a good laugh. Also am hardly around as I spend a lot of time up in Newcastle. Looking for a place with parking, own bathroom and either with a pool or a with a swim centre /pool nearby. Thanks
Hi Everybody! I am na easy-going, relaxed, open-minded, cheerful and tidy girl from Europe (Poland), who wants to study (business related studies) and work in Australia. I have decided to come to Sydney to study, enjoy the beautiful nature (beaches, ocean), meet positive and energetic people, learn to make the best coffee in the world :) & get the ‚know-how’ of opening and having my own cafe/coffee shop. I am going to spend the majority of time outisde the house because of studies & work. During the weekday evenings I am hoping to rest at home, however at the weekends it would be great to spend some time together, but not a must. If you have a room available from 4th, January, please just let me know. I am already in Sydney, being able to meet and get to know each other a bit :) cheers, Anna!
Well-Organised
Hi, I'm Pat and I work full-time. I have completed an undergrad and an honours course at UNSW. I come with a 2 Yr old Labrador. He is fully house trained, very friendly and doesn't bark. I enjoy reading a good book, watching a movie, playing video games and having a good chat. I'm a very clean person and I always make sure my dog is well behaved. I'm quite flexible with most things and as I work full-time you probably wouldn't see me very much. I have a partner at the moment, who will not be moving with me, but he would like to visit me and stay over on the odd occasion when I do move - willing to pay extra to accommodate for this :)
Hi ! I'm from France and I'm in Sydney since 1 years and 3 months now. I will stay longer as my boss offered me a sponsorship visa as graphic designer, so I'm working full-time. I like design, art and creative things. I would love to live with people I can share good moments with. I'm friendly, easy going tidy and really clean. I've already shared houses in Sydney and in Vietnam as I lived over there for few months. My ex flatmates never complained about me. I hope you will like my profile !

I'm a computational linguistics and Russian studies student studying at Macquarie University and work 4-5 days a week doing fencing, concreting and landscaping, but am looking for an internship or something more pertinent to my long term career. I'm looking ideally for a place where I have a room to myself where I can relax after work and study. A kitchen where I can cook meals as well would be great too. Other than that, I'm not too fussed concerning living arrangements. I'm really laid back, pretty conscientious when it comes to paying rent on time and picking up after myself, and am happy to share a place with people from all walks of life. In my spare time I like browsing the internet, writing little computer programs, gaming and I love bouldering and rock climbing, which I've been doing pretty regularly for about 3-4 years now.

I have predominantly lived on the lower north shore all my life, most of my friends are also in the area. I am looking for an easy going and clean housemate who not only enjoys having a few drinks or hanging out but also the quiet times and individual space when required. I would love to hear from you if you think we might be a good fit. Many thanks Parham
