• Budget $300–$400 per week (inc bills)
• Close to public transport (Train station)
• Furnished room (not essential though)

I’m easygoing and I really value a social and friendly flat. I enjoy having a chat and getting to know the people I live with while still respecting everyone’s space. Outside of work I spend a lot of time at the gym, going on walks, catching up with friends, the beach and I love travelling whenever I get the chance.
