Hello Beautiful People , I am Looking to get a nice place with someone who is positive . My name is Maz i am local citizen living in Sydney from last 11 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane Adelaide and few months in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for long Term place for 10 or 12 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . I'm looking for someone who has a positive outlook on life . The type of person I'm looking for has an easy-going attitude and has similar values on respect and care. Age is not an issue, its more finding the right type of person and to share with someone Fun / like-minded! :) . Looking for a flatMATE, not a tenant. Again don't want someone who hides in their room or isn't going to be around at all. I get bored of my own company....! Someone who is keen to hang out, like minded and keen for a good time. Thank you Maz

Hi folks, I'm looking for a place for me and my doggo in the inner west. I work full-time in warehousing and like to get creative in my spare time or hang out and chill with my pup. I've share-housed for a long time so I understand the rules. Keen to find a home not a place to sleep. Open to all housemates as long as you're a creature lover.

Welcome! We are two professional females sharing a big comfy Californian bungalow and looking for our new number three. **UPDATE**M has come to the end of her stay so her room will also be available end of September...*** Female or couple preferred - note couple price would be higher as you would have the living area as well We work fulltime, cook a lot and would love to live with others who are are happy to mix while living our own lives. There is a little senior fur baby so animal lovers welcome. We are open to either short or long term stay, and the room can be furnished - it's very large and has plenty of space for a study desk as well as a queen sized bed. If you are tidy, relaxed and happy we would love to meet you! Yoga lovers, foodies and meditation chairs welcome. We both like cooking, and big animal fans. The house is an easy 10 mins walk to either Sydenham or St Peters stations, another couple of minutes to King St (Newtown), or to destinations such as live music venue Camelot in Marrickville and Precinct 75. Transport is also easy - buses going to Uni and city (straight up King St), near the airport, and you miss the Newtown scrum to the city if you drive. Marrickville Metro shopping centre is 10 mins walk away, also gym, indoor climbing centre, trapeze school etc etc so a bit of everything for all tastes! Our big house is older, with a warm homey feel. The rooms are large, with wooden floors and high ceilings. We enjoy gas cooking and a gas heater, with some storage in the garage. We are chemical free, compost, recycle and are organic in the garden and home and looking for someone with the same values. Big vege garden if you want to get your hands dirty. Small dog/other ok (subject to approval by current fourlegged resident chief dog....). If this sounds like you, please get in touch. Look forward to sharing our home with you.

Hi! I'm an almost-lawyer from the inner west, looking to find a warm and sociable but also chilled place to call home. I love nothing more than a good chat over a meal or drink, but will respect your personal space :)
I'm really easygoing. I live a fairly active social life and coupled with work it means I'm out and about a lot. On the odd day when I'm home I'm extremely relaxed and love a day of Netflix, binge watching anything and everything, but especially love crime shows and psychological dramas! Can get behind a wine or two and love listening to music no matter what I'm doing. I work at IKEA in the Service Centre and have grown up and stayed around the inner west for most of my life. I love the vibe and activity and am constantly on the look out for cool hidden bars or live music places. Holla at me if you have any recommendations!

I am a law student from the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany and look forward to do a two month internship at Amnesty International in Sydney. I have an active lifestyle including sports, cooking and talking to each other. Back in Germany I spend my freetime playing Handball, chess and the piano, however I think Sydney might be a great opportunity to try out something new! Besides these activities it is important to me to have the opportunity to relax, read a book or listen to some music at home, so I absolutely respect it if flatmates need some quiet time as well. In Germany I have lived in a shareflat for two years, therefore I have some experience with this. Right now I am doing an exchange semester at Bangalore, India and enjoy the experience of Indias culture. During High School I have spent a whole year in the United States, so my English is fluent. Having gained such experience with adapting to a new environment I do not expect to have any trouble to settle in at Sydney. So I look forward to have a flatmate to talk to after work and cook or do something else together sometimes. However, everyone should have his/her own life at any time and a respectful distance should always remain.
Hi there, I'm Britt I work full time in Data Analytics for an Insurance company in town (but I promise you, I'm not as boring as that makes me sound) I am financially responsible, neat and tidy, an excellent cook and always happy to have a chat. During the week I like to chill, go to the gym, or go out to dinner with friends, and on the weekends I will probably be scuba diving somewhere (on top of having a nerdy job I am a qualified diving instructor). I am a vegetarian, but I don't care if you aren't. I am not looking for a party house, but don't mind the occasional drink after a long week at work. I am LBGTIQ+ friendly, pet friendly, and human friendly haha.
Just finished traveling the world. House owner in Sydenham but have tenants until the end of March, so looking fur about 7 months. Busy freelance TV producer. I recently moved back home from the UK after 2 years. Currently working as a workplace trainer on Gendered Violence at a University. I am looking to immerse myself back into Sydney life and looking for a great sharehouse with socially and politically progressive people. I am a massive foodie, I love to cook and love socialising with friends. I am fairly chilled out and while I love to socialise with my flatmates I also really enjoy my alone time.
