Hey, so basically I'm super easy to get along with, know how to have a great time with life and those around me but also very responsible about the things that matter! I have a steady full time income in a career I love (Lead Designer at an ad agency). I'm equally social and independent, so I love a good chat yet understand privacy/quiet time. Reliable as all hell. Interests in art, design, music, travel. Born and raised in Sydney, looking to move into a home with 1-3 other residents. Male/Female, LGBTIQ doesn't worry me in the slightest. Any questions or concerns hit me up!

Hi we're an Irish couple living in Sydney and both working full time. We like cooking, having a few drinks on the weekend and exploring all of what sydney has to offer. We are easy-going and respectful of those we live with. We are also clean and tidy and always clean up after ourselves - we like to live in a clean environment. Would be up for sharing the odd beer or meal together during the week and it's important for us to live with someone we can have a laugh with. Looking for like-minded housemates. Our current lease runs out around january 10th so would be looking to move in around then. Send us a message if you reckon we could be a good match together Cheers! Chloe and Adam

I'm Sarah, 35, moving to Sydney from New Zealand as I'm ready for a change and a new lifestyle. I'm house proud, clean, tidy, relaxed and enjoy a chat with like-minded flatmates as much as respect alone time. I'm looking for work full-time in the IT industry, however currently signed up for full-time work on a temporary contract with a recruitment agency while I get settled and find my rhythm. I'm pretty active and social, enjoy exercise and creative things, so not home all that much usually, quiet and respectful and looking for a home to chill out in.
I often try to keep my life as simple as possible. I am a non-alcoholic, non-smoker and don't have any pets. I am a vegetarian except for fish (but I don't mind living with meat eaters, smokers, wine lovers, or even party animals). I would consider myself being flexible, tolerant and resourceful. However, I find that living in Sydney can be very stressful. So I often turn into a worrier, when I should really be a warrior! (Unfortunately, I tend to worry too much, and that is a problem I am always working on.) Gender, nationality and culture is of no relevance to me whatsoever. What I look for in a share house is nice easy going housemates whom I can live with (hopefully long-term) without dramas. I have a good rental history and I can proof that. At present, my weekly budget for rent is $180-$250/wk. However, I would not want to go above $220/wk. Let's face it, Australia is facing pretty harsh economic conditions at the moment (but that's only my opinion). I am flexible with the move in date and this can be extended if necessary. If you decide to SMS or send me a message via the website, please have patience (since it is not always convenient for me to respond to messages instantly, especially during business hours.) At times I may not logon to the flatmates website daily due to a busy lifestyle. Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.
Hi I'm Hannah! I am - a marketing student at UTS - clean and reliable with rent - easygoing and can cop some banter - appreciative of our own privacy but still want to go for coffee and have dinner together sometimes - working at a gourmet donut shop (free donuts for living with me 😎) I'm looking for - a chilled group of gals who want to share a home and be friends not strangers - private room in existing place or we can find a new one together - a place with easy access to transport, max 30 min to get to central (preferably less but willing to compromise for a beaut place) - bathroom shared with only one other - move in in late January (lease ends around the 20th but happy to move in February) stay for at least a year I know it's impossible to judge someone over a tiny bio, so if you think it could work please get in touch I'd love to get to know you before we move in together. Ps. Sorry in advance for the shit jokes
Hi! My name is Connie, I’m a 26-years old girl from Chile. Back in my real life I’m a psychologist, but here I work full-time as a warehouse manager for an awesome start-up. Netflix has become one of my best friends, but here I’m trying to put that on pause and go outside to discover all the amazing places Sydney has to offer. I don’t drink, don’t smoke — but I definitely enjoy having a nice conversation that includes some good laughs (and I’m also a pretty good dancer). Since I’m working full-time, I plan to stay here for a while, so I’d like to find a place I that feels like home. And if it’s on a walking distance from my job, that’s even better.
I'm a sculptor, photographer and I work as a freelance photographers assistant. I have my own workshop in greensquare so won’t be making a mess at home. Some of my work can be seen on www.woodsee.com I'm hetero, a bit deaf and wear hearing aids. I'm fairly quiet and have been told i'm very easy to live with. I have lived in a number of different share houses and remain good friends with many of my previous flatmates. I'm happy to socialise and will respect your belongings and space. I'm pretty neat, I love to cook, listen to music, beer, wine and conversation. Im interested in art, theatre and Netflix binge sessions. Must be 420 & LGBTQI friendly as I have zero interest in living with people who don’t realise it’s the 21st century.
Renting my private room in a shared house in st peters between the 7th jan- 31st Jan while I am travelling the east coast. Room is fully furnished and has plenty of storage. Perfect for anyone wanting to get out of hostel living for a few weeks. Price includes all bills. House is very well presented and the room is on the ground floor off of the kitchen which can be handy for late night snacking. The downstairs bathroom is almost exclusively used by myself so would be yours while you have the room. There is a few nice pubs locally, specific mention has to go to Willie the boatmans around the block, highly recommend it. Easy access to the city from sydenham station a 5 minute walk from the house. Great little location. We are an all working house so early nights during the week and social drinks and chat at the weekends.
Hey, I am looking for a person to take my room 3/4 weeks while I spend Christmas in Spain for 3/4 weeks. Less than 10 walk to St Peters station and south King Street. Quite area just a few minutes away from the vibrant Newtown.
Hi I'm looking for somewhere to live with my 18 month old English bulldog Terry. I would need a balcony or some sort of outdoor secure place for him to be able to stay while I am at work. He is fully house trained & well behaved. I am Irish, but have been here for 5 years. I am a social worker in western Sydney. I tend to stay quiet over the week as I work a lot and the commutes big. I spend weekends with Terry and friends. I'm clean, respectful
Hey there, We're looking for someone ASAP for one of our rooms, with a shared It's on the carpeted second floor of a very homey house. The common areas include a large kitchen/dining/living area, a study area and a backyard. The kitchen will have all basic utensils (such as pots, pans, cutlery) and appliances including kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, etc. There is a tv and couches in the living room which isn't used all that often since the housemates have pretty busy schedules. There is a central cooling/heating system for the whole house, which you're welcome to use in agreement with the other housemates, but generally it isn't used very often. Of course, there is an expectation for common courtesy of cleaning up after oneself and for the tenant to take part in a weekly cleaning roster for these common areas. We would also appreciate no shoes in the house as it just minimizes dirt. The house is walking distance to a bus stop, and also 2 train stations (Sydenham and St. Peter's), making a commute to the city very easy. It is also close to Newtown. Please feel free to get in touch with me for any enquiries.
Hi, I'm looking to move back out from home in the near future. A bit about me: I like to watch and play sport, keep active and I always enjoy a drink. I am mad about basketball and can talk all things NBA or spend my entire day shooting hoops. I'm also a closet nerd who enjoys programming and building apps in my spare time. I work full time in IT in the city and would preferably find a place that is near public transport (ideally train).
We have a room available in a brand new, 2 bedroom apartment. It is a double bedroom with a built in, mirrored wardrobe. You will essentially have your own bathroom, except for guest usage, as we have an ensuite. The apartment has a huge balcony looking over a park and lots of windows, making the place beautiful and sunny. Less than a 10 minute walk to St Peters Station and a 15 minute walk to Marrickville Metro (Woolworths, Aldi, Kmart etc..), so would be perfect for someone without a car. Your room would be unfurnished (or our current housemate would be more than happy to sell your her furniture as she is moving overseas) but we have everything needed for the rest of the apartment. Equally happy to incorporate anything you may have. We're generally pretty clean and tidy, and would like our future flatmate to pitch in with general household duties - all the normal stuff. Bills will be split equally. Move in date is 22 of December.
I'm a clean, tidy & respectful person, been living in share houses for the last few years, and am happy to have a drink, or just chill on my own. I have no problem living with a shift worker I'm a non smoker. I'm happy to team up for a new property as well. Am open to areas other then listed. I work between 9-7 Mon-Fri Looking for somewhere near public transport. Would ideally like to move by the end of January, if not sooner
