I am 26 years old. I work full time as a paralegal at a small firm in Surry Hills and study law at Sydney University. I love going to the gym, work out mostly early morning, enjoy eating out, spending time with friends, hitting up bars and binge watching netflixs if I ever get the down time! I am neat/tidy, trustworthy and very friendly but understand people need their own space! I like to cook but ALWAYS tidy up after myself - can't stand mess! When law school is in session, I am not home too much. I want a place I can call my home, and a flat mate I can call my friend (without sounding too lame haha). I do not want a party house, but do enjoy having friends over and love a drink (or a few)! **PLEASE NOTE I CANT MOVE UNTIL LATE AUGUST**
Hi all, I'm looking for a (long-term) room to rent in the Inner West! I can afford about $200 + bills. I like to keep things tidy and am always keen to pitch in with work. I'm laid back and sociable; always keen to crack a beer and chat, but also respectful of personal space. I work from home in web development. I cook (usually vegetarian, but anything goes). I like going to shows (love music) and watching campy horror movies. Thanks!
Hi, I'm Rosie, I'm an owner of a start up drinks company. I also work part time too. I generally work day time hours - sometimes from home. Being fit and healthy are important to me. I play AFL for a local womens team which takes up a few evenings training and a big chunk of the weekend playing games.I also spend free time getting out and soaking up what Sydney has to offer. I have a good group of friends, enjoy a drink at the pub and socialising but I'm not heavy into partying. Always up for chat and a laugh over a glass of something etc. Also like my me time to recharge, I understand that others need the same. When it comes to making a house a home I'm relaxed, friendly and keep things clean and tidy without any hassle etc. Move date is flexible.
**PLEASE NOTE - Short term only.... Welcome! We are close to just about everything but living in a quiet, communal street. The house is 10 mins walk to either Sydenham or St Peters stations, easy walk to King St (Newtown) and all the restaurants etc , or to trendy places like live music venue Camelot in Marrickville and Precinct 75. We're also close to buses, Maccas, gym, Marrickville Metro shopping centre, indoor climbing centre, trapeze school etc etc so a bit of everything for all tastes! Our big Californian bungalow is older, with a nice homey feel to it. We are not granite benches and chandeliers, but the rooms are large and airy, with wooden floors and high ceilings. We enjoy gas cooking, dishwasher, laundry with some storage in the garage. We are visited by a family of butcher birds for breakfast every morning, both enjoy sitting on the front verandah and talking to the neighbours and look over the back fence to a nice green oval. There is another park down the end of the street and cafes with decent coffee nearby. Look forward to sharing it with you.
I'm hoping to find one or two other like minded people to share a place with. I'm really open with location, happy to look inner west, eastern suburbs or sutherland. I will be working full time in Gymea in ecommerce and management so I won't be around much during the week. I'm an artist and ceramicist so I will most like spend my weekends and nights painting and during summer I generally spend every spare minute at the beach. I'm really laid back and enjoy reading or watching things on my computer to unwind. I also am always up to socialise with my housemate(s) too. I also own all the furniture and appliances etc needed for a house! I come with a cat, Tessa, who is a one year old ragdoll. She is a sweetheart who enjoys hip hop and belly scratches (at the same time). Feel free to reach out for a chat!
I'm tidy, I can make you laugh and run a side secret bar blog! I think the best arrangement is one where a person still has their private space but also one where housemates can interact over a beer from time to time :)
I'm working full time as a process engineer and looking for a place close to public transport. Not a big partier but will have the occasional drink - definitely will not be holding parties every week. Like to kick back with a book or Netflix in the evenings. I like to cycle and dance. I prefer a clean household and also happen to have an understanding of personal space. Looking to team up for a long term rental.
Hi I'm Annie,I'm 30 and I'm from the UK. I work in TV production Monday to Friday. I'm looking for a room from 26th March till mid June, possibly longer. I'm into comedy, films, hiking, current affairs, going to cultural things, reading and coffee. I enjoy going out for drinks, food, socialising but when I'm home I like to relax. I'm pretty chilled out and a tidy person to live with.
Hey everyone! I'm a 24 year old musician who has jus moved from the UK to live and work in Sydney and am looking to find a place with some great people! I play gigs regularly both on land and sometimes on sea when i'm working on cruise contracts and also produce my own music. I know that there's usually a stereotype attached to living with musos that usually isn't too positive... but I'm totally not about that and am a great flatmate. I'm clean, tidy, don't/won't be making any noise, and usually am not out late and if so it's only because i'm working. I am respectful of everyones background and livelihood and love meeting new people from all corners of the earth so the more people the better! Aside from music i'm a keen football enthusiast ( a given being from England...) and love to play. I'm a keen reader also and love getting through books. I LOVE coffee and am a keen fan of eating out and trying new dishes and drinks! I love hanging out with friends and meeting new people. Hope to hear from you. Lets hang out!

Hola! My name is Marcio, and I'm a 28-year-old IT professional. I'm originally from Uruguay but have been living in Wellington NZ for about eight months. I'm finding Welly a bit too quiet for my liking, so I'm looking to relocate to Sydney. (MOVE IN DATE AFTER APRIL 10TH) I just accepted an offer from a digital marketing company based in Alexandria and since I'm not a morning person, living close to work is essential. I'm very outgoing and social, like to try new things all the time, whether that'd be activities, coffee shops, breweries. I also enjoy the outdoors, hiking and going to the beach whenever I get the chance. I'm a very relaxed, down to earth genuine guy who loves to socialise but I also have moments when I like to be on my own. I'm tidy and clean, although I don't sweat the small stuff. I have a few friends in Sydney and whenever I'm in town we like to try new restaurants, go to the movies, concerts, festivals, beach, all the fun stuff.
Hi everybody! I am a masters student working part time. I study philosophy and am interested in everything. I'm fairly quiet but enjoy good conversation. I'm an avid gym-goer with certificates in personal training, I like bushwalking, board games and cooking. I love learning new things and meeting new people!
Hey hey viewers, I'm Tom, a 4th year Australian student studying IT and Business at UTS, from Forster NSW. I'll be arriving back in Australia from student exchange in Munich, Germany, therefore I'm looking for a lease until the end of the year starting mid March 2017 (or thereabouts) I play futsal regularly, am active and social but sometimes like my own space (don't we all) and a clean home. Looking for a home rather than a room. I have my own car in Sydney and so any parking on the street/near by is a plus. The past years living in Sydney I have lived on campus for a year, and also in a share house for a year. I like to party/social drinks sometimes but more so this year will be settling down and keen for chilling. Keen to watch movies and TV shows (GOT anyone?) cook, explore, beach it, play board games and Xbox (classic) plus whatever else, other than that I have a pretty tight year coming up balancing my R&D job and study so I hope to keep myself busy! Andddd so I'm looking for a modern private room, with people of all shapes and sizes (preferably young working professionals or students). If that detailed description is good enough then hit me up with a message. Cheers and much appreciated for reading my essay, Tom.
Hey! Im outgoing and love to have a good laugh. I work full time as a bar manager at the Imperial Hotel in Erskineville and always have some crazy, funny stories to tell. Im quite relaxed in my downtime, love to watch Netflix and can absolutely demolish a tub of Ben & Jerry's. I finished my BA of Music last year so love to write soul music in my spare time, and try and see live music whenever I can. I'm well house trained having lived in share houses for a few years, and haven't had any issues. Im clean, respectful and have a steady income so bills are always on time. I currently live in Arncliffe but am looking to move closer to work. I can also make a mean Spag Bol. Let me know if you need to know anything else :) Cheers Johnny
Hola! My name is Carla, 27 years old, originally Spanish but I´ve lived in 7 different countries, so love travelling and meeting new people and getting to know new places, cultures and languages! I am very tidy, energetic, easy going and friendly (+LGBT+)! Also, I love doing sports (Yoga, rock climbing, surf, functional training...im always up to do any sport!), socialising and hanging out with friends, cooking and experiencing new adventures. I am looking for a cosy place where I could feel at home as I was living in Melbourne but I have been sponsored by a company to work in Sydney and I am planning to stay for long term! I am super used to sharing accommodation and I love coming back home and having people around, a nice meal and a glass of wine! For the last 2y I´ve worked for Hewlett Packard as an online marketing manager and i just started working for HP again but in Australia as a Market Development Manager. I would love to find a place where there is a nice atmosphere and we could all share meals, and do plans together, not just coming back home and everyone be locked up in their rooms. However I do also respect other´s people privacy and even myself I sometimes enjoy to be on my own and just chill watching a movie or reading a book. Hope to hear from you! Besos 🙂 Carla
University of Sydney student majoring in American Studies and Government. I also work for the local courthouse near Museum station. I'm a quiet guy, no parties or drugs, who is looking for a chill vibe and chill people.
My name is Jess. I'm in my mid-twenties, my background is in science and I'm about to start a new full time job. I like travelling, hiking, gardening, going to gigs, and spending time with family/friends. I'm easy going, clean and considerate.
I am searching for a room close to the University of Sydney. Ideally, if it's within 20 min of walking distance or not more than half an hour with public transportation. I prefer single rooms, but shared rooms are okay, too, if the flatmates are chilled out. I'm friendly, very tidy, like to meet new people and go out. I will spend most daytime working at the university, thus I am very easy to live with, since I basically just need the flat as a place to sleep (and eventually eat). Most of the times I'm a relatively quiet person, but when I beome a little chatty, you just can tell me. I really like to cook and try out new things. Since I am a vegetarian (don't worry, I won't try to convince anyone), I am pretty eager to try out new ways to cook my all time classics (I've been pretty good in preparing meat before I quit). Thus I'd really like to cook together or for a group. I especially like asian and mediterranian cuisine (or what I make out of).
I'm a 27 year old Engineer who has moved from Melbourne to Sydney for work (CBD). I love music and going out to gigs, exploring new places and chilling with friends over a beer. I also like staying fit and the outdoors (hiking and wilderness!). I'm easy going and am happy to socialise but understand alone time to recharge the batteries :) . I'm all for sharing responsibilities and keeping the house in a good condition. I'm excited to explore a new city and would love to hear from you if we might be a good fit!

Hi there! I am looking for a place to stay short term while I find my own place in Sydney. I am moving from Wollongong to Sydney to be closer to work (in Edgecliffe). This will be a very temporary stay until I can find my own place in a similar area (Inner West) I work full time as a childcare teacher so I will mostly be home during the evenings. I am very tidy and keep mostly to myself but like to socialise on occasion! So if you have a room available for a few weeks-months, please feel free to message me. I look forward to hearing from you!
