Hi, I'm Stevanus, a student from Indonesia. I'm a tidy person, a non-smoker but still tolerable with a smoker (but I might walk away if I feel uneasy with the smoke), I would enjoy a good chat over a drink or dinner or whatever every now and then about movies, music, foods, sports, and world issues.
Hey there, we are on the lookout for new flatmates as we have just secured this amazing 4 bedroom place. The house is fantastic - massive dining and living room that extends to an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ kitchen and retractable awnings (for those rainy days - Woo). Do we also mention fully-equipped kitchen complete with spacious chefs stone kitchen, stainless teel SMEG appliances? Its an easy 5 walk to Sydenham Station (13 minutes to city with train) and close to bus services and surrounded by vibrant cafes, Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre, leafy parks including Sydney Park and quality schools. Only moments away is Precinct 75, a creative shopping area that regularly features markets and is home to Sample Coffee Roasters. Oh and all the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and sun-lit balconies!!!!
Looking for an unfurnished queen room in modern/renovated bright airy flat/house with good storage own bathroom and a garden/ balcony near shops and good transport. Budget is up to $370-390ish not including bills. Access to parking would also be good. Looking for someone who enjoys a chat/dinner or a wine but also busy with your own lives. A bit about me - I work full-time managing a photographic studio in the city. I've moved back to Australia a 1yr ago after 10 yrs in the UK. I am a trained cook and run a supper club which keeps me pretty busy, so like to be in the kitchen several nights a week and on some weekends testing new dishes - If you like eating and taste testing you will reap all the benefits! A gas kitchen is a must. I have lots of kitchen kit and books. Other than that I'm pretty busy so am out and about or like a chilled night in, maybe a dinner party or two but the days of crazy parties are gone. Looking to share with a happy and chilled working professional (preferably a guy) around Camperdown, Enmore, Newtown, Erskineville, St Peters, Waterloo or Marrickville. I am not interested in properties with shared rooms or families. Also allergic to cats -bad kitty.
Room for rent in St Peters Sydney. $330 a week (bills included in this amount). Room is upstairs with ceiling fan and aircon! Only a 10 minute walk to Sydenham station and then 10 minutes on the train to the City. Marrickville Metro Shopping centre is also only a 10 minute walk away. There is a gym at the end of the street one way and a pub at the other. Quick walk to King Street Newtown and Sydney Park. It's a very relaxed house hold and is a place we call home rather than a share house. no couples please.
I am from Toowoomba in Queensland, and moving to Northern Beaches in Sydney to open gyms. I work long days, don't mind being on my own or having a friendship with my room mate. I don't drink or smoke, happy to do my own cooking & always pay bills on time. I still like to have a lot of fun but main focus at this time is growing my business. I'm a christian and would love a christian roommate but not necessary.
We are a brazilian couple who is incredibly humble and respectful. You can trust us with blind eyes. We have great respect for our families and do the same to others. We have been living together in Rio for more than one year with no issues and total consideration to neighbours is a must. We always do everything necessary to make a great, positive and clean environment. For now we are only looking for a private studio only for us two. Plus and more important, we are really pro-green, pro-recycling and addicted to organic and natural food, so you can expect we will take care of your place the best way possible, like we take care of ourselves. Cheers!
Hi, Recently moved to Sydney for work. I am a full time Restaurant Manager working in Newtown. Working most evenings and weekends. I am looking for a place to call home. A bedroom in which I can roll out my yoga mat, come home at 2am (from work) without disturbing my housemates and preferably my own bathroom. I am considerate, clean and enjoy taking pride in my house... but am in no way pedantic ! My spare time involves sleeping in, fitness, heading to the coast, dining out and drinking wine. I like to cook occasionally. I have a car, so some kind of parking is essential. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats / short hair dogs which seems to eliminate so many potential places. Looking forward to hearing from you!!!
Looking for: A house or apartment near the Newtown area or surrounding suburbs, nothing fancy, just a place to call home that won't break the bank. Me: I'm a bar manager, I occasionally smoke (but never inside, I like getting my bond back) and I crack top-tier banter. What I bring to the table: great cocktails, plenty of grog to help yourself to, average (I'm improving!) cooking, cheesy music taste and a 51" flat screen and surround system. I'm also fairly handy about the house, which can save pestering the landlord for small repairs. I occasionally play about on acoustic guitar/keyboard, but working odd hours it's quite possible you'll never hear my terrible music unless you spend your daytime at home ;) goes without saying I'll keep my stuff neat and tidy & pull my fair share of housekeeping, nobody loves a deadbeat!
We are looking for a new housemate to take over the big beautiful sunny master bedroom available in our St Peters house. The room comes with a balcony that looks down onto our street and our frangipani tree in the front garden. It is an old terrace type house but newly renovated so very modern on the inside! The house is less than 10 min walk from King St Newtown and St Peters Station. Our closest shopping centre is Marrickville Metro which is less than 15 min walk, or a 5 min drive. It is 5 min walk away from Sydney Park, where it's fun to go sit and pat all the doggies. Unfortunately we aren't allowed pets here.

Hey, my name is Luke. I'm currently living in Balmain and work in the city fulltime in retail as a Store Manager. I'm a bit of a work-a-holic so I really enjoy going for a beer, a hike or to read a good book when I have some spare time. Hi guys, My name is Merve and I am 27 years old child care educator in Sydney. I have a beautiful baby girl name is Mocha. She is 5 months old tori-white kitten, she is indoor kitten. Mocha loves cuddles and all she wants is cuddles and play :) She hasn't met with any other cat or dog, however she is baby now I don't think that she would mind to live with other pets. I love cooking, I am looking to live with people who can have a glass of wine while having a chat about our days. I go out once a week (maaybee) however I keep the party outside, I don't like the bring the party to house. I like running and fitness. I love all animals. I do have my own rule as keep the kitchen clean so I always clean my mess after cooking.
Hey there! I'm Steph, I'm a 23 year old journo and I consist of 80% Italian food and 20% tea. I work full-time in the CBD writing about all things beauty, fashion and lifestyle, and I'm a freelance technology, gaming and entertainment writer in my spare time. I'm also a big supporter of the Oxford comma, haloumi and Uber Eats. Outside of work I love going for pizza and drinks, hiking, watching Netflix/Stan, and playing video games (I have both an XBONE and PS4 that I'm happy to share). I'm a self-confessed nerd, and my party trick is that I can slip into any EU or UK accent on demand. I also like to sing, but I promise that can be confined to the shower if you're not a fan of noise. I'm originally from the South Coast so I'm still not familiar with a lot of the city, but I'm happy to go exploring with pals to scope it out. I also get a lot of products through work (mostly makeup and skincare) that I'm happy to share around, so you might even score some free stuff if you choose me :) I'm not going to wax lyrical about how organised and neat I am because everyone says it, but I've been living a minimalist lifestyle for about a year and it hasn't failed me yet.
