Born and raised in Sydney, young photographer and in general a lover and participant of the creative arts such as music, fashion, visual arts and more. I have a pet dog, she's about 10 years old and can be quite anxious but overall she is kind. I like to have fun and party the night through though I am still respectful of other peoples needs and schedules. I am comfortable with living with women and LGBT+ people, and I especially hope I get to live with other cool creatives. I'm also a vegan, but I'm still okay with living with people who aren't. All that I mostly require is a room big enough for a desk, an iMac and my photographic equipment, as well as other essentials. I'm looking for a home anywhere between Enmore and Paddington. Other than that, my only other hobby is DJing and playing music. Hit me up if I'm your guy!
I love good food and company, I enjoy cooking and I'm very into clean spaces. I am an actor and playwright, social but definitely keep a low profile through the week as I'm usually busy with creative pursuits/rehearsals/hospo jobs. I'm a reliable, relaxed and down to earth person. I'm not a pet owner but I get along with dogs and cats swimmingly.
I have 5 years of hostel experience in my school life back in India. I have played division cricket and am one who is heavily into other sports as well (football, hockey and swimming namely). I am a huge foodie. I am hassle-free and friendly. I maintain cleanliness. I love music of all kinds. I love outdoor activities. I am a team player.
Hello :) :) :) *****PLEASE NOTE I am currently in the UK (RETURNING EARLY DECEMBER) This means ... * I cannot view ANY places before Dec 1st * I am willing to WHATSAPP /Skype to get a sense of whether we should proceed, (but NOT TO MAKE MY DECISION/ pay upfront deposits/ ) I am great to live with as I have lived all over the globe, literally, since I was a kid! I was a Diplomat Brat and have been to school in places such as Singapore..Indonesia & NZ.. The list goes onnnnn and onnnnnn. As an adult, I caught the travel bug and am an online coach and travel the world with my son, aged 3. He's a pretty chill dude, and very respectful of furnishings and space, as he has been to 11+ countries since 6 weeks of age, and more airbnbs than we can count! :) I am currently in Glasgow, UK. Returning to Sydney and wish to stay LONG TERM , ideally 6-12 months in a house, (hopefully longer if we get the right dynamic). I work from a co-working space (The Hub) during the week, and my son attends a preschool 4 days, with a view to 5 in January 2019. We are out and about A LOT (coworking space events...parks..playgrounds...all the free events Sydney has to offer etcetcetc). I have to say that I can afford our own place, and I did this pre moving to the UK, but honestly, after living with people again, I can see my son and I thrive on it and it gets pretty isolating as a solo parent! If you tell me you are a quiet household or that you're out working a lot, I actually think this is a HUGE MINUS. I want to live with people who are friendly, and well, we are loud ourselves -I play music , as does my son (expect to hear Fat Freddy's drop at 7.30am while we get ready for school...). I'm a pretty chill person. In saying that, I like to tidy up, clean, and cook a lot! (Don't worry, I don't care if you do or not, I just like to ;-). ) *SUPER OPEN MINDED *RESPECTFUL *RELAXED *LOVE COOKING *FINANCIALLY STABLE *SOCIAL *SUSTAINABLE *DIRECT & AMAZING COMMUNICATOR (no passive-aggressive post-it notes or txts, ugh) *LGBT friendly *Great music collection, particularly DRUM AND BASS! I get that living with a 3 year old (***HE'S THREE, THE THING WOULDNT LET ME ADD HIM UNLESS HE WAS 16 YRS OR OLDER-HAHAHA) is not everyone's idea of an ideal housemate, and yet I encourage you to meet us, and then judge for yourselves! I come with good references and referees, as does my little dude, just ask :). *I also have a fair bit of furniture (dining table/butcher's bench/couch, artwork) which is in storage in Sydney at the moment, from our last home. I would love an UNFURNISHED PLACE. I guess I'll tell you about my favourite living arrangements that seemed to work best for us: BERLIN WAREHOUSE *We had a massive room and ensuite *The house was full of DJs and artists (perfect for my son to enjoy company and they were always making noise themselves, so didn't mind much what he was up to) *we got to be social and have company, but also enough space to retreat when we wanted GLASGOW HOUSE *This was a small space with one other gay woman and her cat. She worked a lot at a bar. When she was home, we were social and shared a vino or three while my son played. Will miss this place!! My son loves all animals and loves giving the dog a walk if you have one ! Spaces that DIDNT work: * People who are allergic to kids (they exist) *Toxic people who are low vibe and negative *If you communicate passive-aggresively via sms or post it notes and have no communication skills *Uptight/super anal people *If you are a light-sleeper (sometimes he wakes up at 5am, that's kids for you) ---Haaaa! That's what earplugs and wine are for riiiight? *If you work all the time and want to come home to peace and quiet *If you just want to sit in your room all day/night Looking forward to hearing from all the high-vibe lovers who'd be keen to setup a great space together or already established a space for us to add to! X Pixie & Zen

I've had my own place so I know how I'd treat other as I wanted my other flatmates to treat me. I work full time in finance, when I'm not at work, I'm training or trading, I trade Forex and I'm involved in the Crypto space. Don't really party anymore, that life is past, but I do love me a good bottle of red. I'm bit of a clean freak, I like the home to be tidy at all times, leaving dishes in the sink is a big no no for me lol.
Hi, I am looking for a place I can call my home. I am easy going, clean and tidy, I would love to have a wine and dinner with my flatmates but I am also respectful of other’s and my own space.
Large, bright room with built in wardrobe and polished floorboards available now in spacious 3 bedroom house in St Peters. Large sunny outdoor area, with second outdoor toilet and storage room. Easy walking distance to both St Peters and Sydenham stations, Sydney Park, Newtown and Marrickville metro. Sharing with 3 sociable, easy going people in their early 20s and a friendly cat.
We are an Irish guy and an English girl looking for short term accommodation from early December to late February. Preferably inner west Sydney but may be swayed going elsewhere! I have been here for four years and my partner one year. We're going through wrapping up our lives to get ready to move to Dublin on 27th Feb so looking for something super chilled and relaxed until then. Move in date is fairly flexible but really after something in Early December. We like to have a wine in the evenings but are definitely not party animals, looking for the same for potential flatmates.
Very well located, this unique property offers a modern open plan living design with plenty of natural sunlight. mere footsteps to Sydenham and Marrickville Train station , city buses, beautiful Sydney Park, vibrant lifestyle shops and eateries of King Street and close proximity to Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre and IKea. - Spacious 4 bedroom town house with 4 bathrooms - Bright open living and dining space that flows outdoor - Modern kitchen island
I'm clean and respectful as well as aware of the need for personal space. Would love to find some new friends and hang out over meal times and Netflix binges. I'm a home body most of the time but when my friends and I do go out its usually to lunch and either a movie or an escape room (which we are a little obsessed with).
My name is Nils, I'm a freelance graphic designer, finished study and actively looking for full time work. I have a perfect track record of paying bills on time. I'm 26, friendly, respectful and clean. I am open to share a beer/wine/taco night or a chat but am not too rowdy and respectful of alone time if preferred. I try to make a living space as homely as possible with plants and wall decorations. I enjoy the odd hike or trip to the beach with mates. I am looking to move in around the 21st of December but am open to moving in earlier. I do have my own furniture such as a bed, desk and chest of drawers, but open to using furniture already there. Cheers, Nils
I'm looking for a place for me and my boyfriend Jake, both 28 years old; and our little one year old beagle Poppie! I'm French, he is English. Jake has been sponsored as an electrician and I'm working in the hospitality industry. Jake is English so of course he likes football and beer, also he likes to say he goes to the gym (once a week ahah). I'm obviously in love with wine, bread and cheese, part of being french of course. I love to cook so the lucky people who choose to give us a fantastic home may have a chance to taste my famous vegetarian french cuisine ahah We are both very clean, really social and easy going. We like to chill after work, we are looking for a friendly and warm home, so we would be happy to share dinners or drinks sometimes.
I'm a construction project coordinator full time, and studying full time, so I'm certainly not a party animal! I'm tidy, clean, organised and respectful. Enjoy keeping fit, cooking, travelling, reading. I get along well with all sorts of people. Would like to be in a household of young professionals, with similar lifestyle (not interested in party houses, although up for the occasional house party, or dinner party). Feel free to get in touch if you think I suit the brief for your household, or if you'd be interested in teaming up to start up our own place!
