I’m a surveyor working in construction. Work the occasional saterday. I’m tidy, friendly, respect others space and easy to get a long with. I’m looking for a cozy place to stay and call home.
Clean, friendly and social at times, although we all love our quiet time. Netflix and Stan accounts on a big TV. Theres a second living room upstairs as well as a quiet small study nook for those looking to be more productive. We have solar panels (cheap electricity bills), LED lighting throughout, decent internet (we all stream at the same time no problems) and ducted climate control throughout the house. Excellent coffee (Sample Roasters) and Beer (Willie the Boatman) within a 2 minute walk. As well as a gym, bottle shop and fruit/vegetable grocer appox 100m away. Our place is just minutes walk away from Sydenham Station and a stones throw from Newtown/Erskineville and Sydney Park.
My name Is Jonathan, 25 years old. I'm a university student at UTS, also an electrician (Working 3-4 days of the week and 2 days of the week for uni), don't smoke and rarely drink but do enjoy a night out (and in) whether it be for a simple dinner, conerts/gigs or a movie. Easy going, responsible and punctual person. Looking for a place that won't be too noisy.
We have a lovely large, high-ceiling room available in our quirky and family-like 5 bedroom home in quiet and safe St Peters. We are in an amazing location, within walking distance to Newtown, Enmore, Marrickville and Alexandria. The beautiful Sydney park is just down the road, Ikea Tempe is a couple kilometres away and Marrickville Metro is about a 10 minutes’ walk away. St Peters itself is quiet, clean, full of trees and cute little town houses with a sprinkle of industrial-ness to keep it cool. The house itself is very cool. What was once a caretakers quarters for a warehouse, is now our funky and creative little home. The kitchen is spacious with a high ceiling and plenty of storage. There are 2 bathrooms (though you'll never worry about queuing as we all work different hours), a den/TV room, indoor clothes drying area and a magical rooftop garden which is great for hanging out, relaxing and eating dinner on. It's a house with character that has been turned into a home by everyone living here. Things that are within walking distance include: - Sydney park (5 minute walk) - St Peters Station (8 minute walk, or 6 if you're running late!) - King St Newtown (9 minute walk) - Marrickville (10 minute walk) - Enmore (15 minute walk) - Alexandria (20 minute walk) Gyms, rock climbing, cycle routes, pools, amazing food, shops, cafes and more cafes are all within walking distance from the house. While we lack any parking facilities, street parking is plentiful should you so desire (:
My name is Alfredo Longo. I'm an argentinian architect currently living in Sydney looking for a room to rent. Mainly in Newtown or surroundings. I work as an architect in an interior design company in the CBD, so I'm usually busy during the week. I like to enjoy and share during the weekend though. I'm an easy going guy. I've already lived in New Zealand for a year, so I know what its like to have flatmates. I really love and enjoy watching movies and listening to music. I will never stop doing those things, probably. From David Lynch to LCD Soundsystem, going through non-serious stuff as well.
Hey there! I'm looking for a private room in the inner city suburbs. Move in date early/mid June. I'm 26 years old, work full time at the Bank. I am considerate of other's personal space. I'm a quiet person, generally like to spend my own time alone in my own room after a busy day at work. I enjoy gaming and going to the gym. Cat lover I own a car- private/ underground/off street parking must be available (not street parking). Looking to move into a place for long term (12-18+ months). Please feel free to contact me if your listing fits! Thanks :) Sam
Hello, I'm looking for a private room in the inner city suburbs. Move in date early/mid June. About me: I'm a 25yr old female, currently working as a psychologist at RPAH. I'm looking for a home to come back to in the evenings and get some R&R. On weekends, I’m usually out with friends finding cute puppies to pat, failing at Articulate, or doing a coastal walk. My parents live in Sydney so on some weekends i'll disappear to visit them. Ideally, i'd like to become friends with my new housemates, but I also completely respect your need for space. If you have something that fits, please get in touch!
Hi, I recently got a new job in the Sydney CBD and I'm looking for a place nearby. I work full-time and study part time, and in my spare time I enjoy playing soccer, badminton or going to the gym. I'm easy going, happy to socialise but I also am respectful of others privacy so I don't mind if we keep to ourselves. I'm looking for a place with its own bathroom and car space (or off/on street parking is fine).
