I'm out of the house a lot, I have early call times, long days on-site, so I'm genuinely a quiet, low-maintenance tenant. When I am home, I'm recharging, not entertaining. No parties, no noise, no revolving door of guests.
I keep a tidy space, respect shared areas, and take care of a place like it's my own. I'm looking for somewhere clean and comfortable to come back to after long days — nothing more, nothing less.
I'm financially stable with a steady income and would be completely reliable on rent and bills. I'm looking for a minimum 3-month stay with the option to extend — I'm settled in Sydney and not going anywhere, so a longer arrangement suits me well.
Non-smoker, no pets, easy to communicate with, and the kind of tenant landlords don't need to worry about.
