The house is quite big and spacious, we all have our own bathrooms which means we are never stepping on each others toes. We have two pools in the complex and the house is fully air-conditioned. Close to public transport, both bus and trains with the city and large shopping centers close by, as well as Griffith University.

We love living just behind Toohey forest in Salisbury, it is very quiet neighbourhood and very bushy, with neighbours on either side but still a private space. It is close to both Nathan and Mt Gravatt Griffith university campus's. We have a big outdoor deck and backyard, a washing machine and a washing line outside. The room is the largest room in the house, lots of light from two large windows, and big double build in wardrobes. The house has nice wooden floor boards, recently renovated past 10 years. 20 minutes from the city, close to the M3 freeway, only 10 minute walk to Aldi, pizza hut, burger king and subway. 10 minutes drive from Garden city. Numerous cafe's in the area. We have a shared open plan lounge room area and shared bathroom and a good sized kitchen, a big deck outside for entertaining. Air conditioning and heating. I am a full-time research assistant at QUT and I'm 30 years old. My partner is also the same age as me and works full-time as an Engineer. My beautiful Staffy, Ziggy and I have moved back from Melbourne after being away for two years and completely fallen in love with Brisbane all over again. I work in corporate sales however I am a hippy at heart and have a full and active social life. Love the out doors, live music, beach, traveling, cooking, hanging out at home with a great bottle of wine, music while I potter around in a veggie patch. Love to cook good clean food as I am a vegetarian, and although I haven't taught yoga for a few years, I am a fully qualified yoga teacher. Ziggy is an 8 year old brindle staffy who doesn't bark and is fully house trained. He is great with other animals however he would prefer to hang out with humans as he loves all the attention. As I have just moved back, I don't have a lot of furniture. Pretty much my bedroom suite, TV and other bits and pieces I have picked up since I have been back. So if you have a fridge, washing machine and couch, that would be a good start to a comfy home. Looking forward to meeting my next house mates.
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. Air-con or ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $140 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Acacia Ridge and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet and utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am also a "Hard Core Gamer" (when I have the time) so finding other like minded people for LAN nights is always a plus. I also have a 4WD (which is my pride and joy) that I am currently restoring, so finding a place with a large backyard or acreage block with a large shed for storing my camping gear and my car parts would be helpful and appreciated. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am also a smoker and am happy with either smoking outside or inside (I burn incense to keep the place smelling nice). I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself.
