Hey! My name is Ben, and I am in my last PhD year in Sociology at Griffith University. Before moving to Brisbane in 2017 I lived in Berlin for three years in a flat share, so I gathered experience for the everyday tasks that are necessary to feel comfy together. I'm generally relaxed and calm and spend the rest of my time training martial arts, going to concerts and skateboarding. Mutual respect and having a laugh together is what I consider the most important things when living together. Looking forward to hearing from you! Ben

I have just turned 22, I am an easy guy to get along with and talk to. I clean up after my self and have respect. I work at Hungry Jacks part time permanent doing 30+ hours and I am looking to move out of my dad's house and be independent. And I am also getting a transfer to a different store to Annerley to the southside. I live on the northside in Bald Hills, so it would be helpful fuel wise if move closer to work. I'm in the process of becoming team leader and eventually management at Hungy Jacks, in the next 3-6 months. My budget is $150 for rent Thanks Isaac Taylor-Ford
We are looking for a new housemate to join our townhouse from the 8th of December. You’ll be living with 2 females who are students at Griffith. The bedroom comes unfurnished, and it has a ceiling fan and a built in wardrobe. You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. The living room is air-conditioned, and theres a modern kitchen if you like to cook. A separate toilet is downstairs. Out the back is a patio area with seating. On-street parking and visitor parks only, but there is plenty of room on the street to park. The townhouse is close to bus stops, Aldi, and Griffith University. A bit further down the road is Westfield Garden City and Sunnybank Plaza. Rent is $135 per week plus $15 in bills which covers electricity and unlimited internet. Bond is 2 weeks rent so $270 and MUST be paid to secure the room. *As much as we love animals, NO pets are allowed. Not offered or suitable to couples either*
I study at Griffith, Nathan campus. I prefer a bright bedroom with a study desk and a chair. I am having a hard time in my current room as the temperature is rising up and the window doesnt give much airflow. I hope that there is a room can answer my concerns or at least in a better way. I dont drink but I need to have a cup of coffee/tea. I enjoy reading books and watching. I hope to live along with respectful people that can follow the house rule in a positive manner. I would love to meet any kind of persons who could share stories but also live individually at the same time. Pls contact me at 0448484055
I am a south asian university student, doing my post grad on engineering at Griffith University. Currently I am living with some amazing hungarians, however I am looking for a place with an air con as the heat is too much for me to handle. I am like the ideal the housemate. I pay my rent the moment I get paid on Monday, I spend most of time in my room, making very little noise. I keep my room clean and try to stay to myself and not bother anyone.
I am a PhD student of International Relations at Griffith University. I’m from Italy but I speak fluently English and Spanish. My passions are travelling, photography and fitness. I’m looking for a place where I can chill down after a day of studying, and enjoy nice meals, music and chats with my flatmates.
I am easy to get along with, like to keep clean, and am looking for a place that will feel like home. I love nature and being active, but when I am home I like to chill out, be outside, and will occasionally have a few drinks with you :) I am a vegan so you won't have to worry about me stealing your food ;) (but don't worry, I'm not preachy!!) I do have a very old cat who spends all her days sleeping under my bed. If you aren’t allowed a cat, I think she can go back to my dads house. I currently work as a receptionist in Upper Mount Gravatt and have started to work in a cafe in Stones Corner. Move date is flexible and length of stay is flexible! I would be happy with a team up too but know that I don’t come with a lot of furniture/ utilities unfortunately, but am happy to work that out with you. If you have any questions- just ask away!
