Thanks for taking a look at my profile, I am looking for a new home as I am currently staying with a friend and need more space. I am looking for somewhere that can offer 6 months+ at $350/wk inc bills ideally.

I am a young 44 (I still think farts are funny), quick witted, energetic and love a chat but I do need my me time and am always respectful of other people's privacy and personal space.
Always up for a cheeky chat and movie night too. If Ur younger than me, please don't worry! I'm no old fogie and won't ask U to turn Ur music down at 9pm or go to bed at a "decent hour" or make sure U eat Ur veges and have done Ur chores before U go out... I'm easy going, nonjudgmental, 100% open minded and keen to have a good time. I have my own goals keeping me grounded and will always keep the toilet roll full, towels off the floor, light switches off and dishes done.

I'm single, my only visitor is my 18 yr old son who might stay over once every couple month, only if he comes for dinner and has a drink. He is polite, friendly and will show U absolute respect.

I don't have any pets anymore but I do love all animals, particularly dogs. If you are looking for someone who will treat your pets as if they were their own, U found her. I will feed, walk and bath if U are away and let them sleep in my bed if they need that.

I am self employed as a cleaner and work 5 to 6 days per week with regular, repeat customers as well as one offs. Although my income is not guaranteed I have been and am booked out 2 weeks ahead always. I am available to flatmates looking for someone for cleaning, gardening or support worker tasks in exchange for reduced rent. I have experience in private and NDIS sector.

I have a small sedan and am happy with street parking if there is nothing else available.

I love to garden and spend most of my spare time making colourful pots, succulent bowls and terrariums to sell online. I'm all about self sustainability, zero carbon footprint, recycling and organics but don't expect U to be and won't clog the house up with bags of cans for the counting depot.

I don't drink or smoke and I'm not bothered if my flatmates identify as chimneys, fish or camels so long as ur all happy when drunk, clean up Ur ashtrays and cans and don't ash in my pot plants!!!
