Hi, I'm a sole parent (Mum - 46yrs) looking to move to a new place as soon as possible as where we are living has been sold and I am hoping to find another single parent to rent with or possibly a person who simply enjoys children as I have one son who is 5 years old and in Prep at Runaway Bay. We are wanting to find a new home as soon as possible close to the Runaway Bay, Paradise Point or Hope Island area to suit another single parent/ person to share a household and utility costs, etc together. I am happy to pay up to $250 a week for both myself and my son, so combining our rent could hopefully find us a great house with lots of space for us all! I would prefer an only child if possible (age to be over 3 years old) but am negotiable depending on the space available in the house we find :-) We are very clean, friendly and easy to get along with and respectful to others. I enjoy yoga, walking, going to the gym, cooking, taking Jett to the beach or park to play on the swings, family weekend outings and generally live a pretty quiet life :-) This would be best suited to someone who is possibly working or studying, is quiet, honest and reliable. Must be clean and tidy and be personally responsible in a share environment! A small pet would be considered if child friendly and house trained. Wanting to move into a new home for us all asap, so look forward to hearing from you :-) Thanks, Michelle
Hi, we are 2 female friends currently living together and we are looking for a new place to call home. We are looking for somewhere spacious and away from the crowds. A house on acreage would be ideal, somewhere with character and a real homely feel. We are both very social people, super clean and very easy to get along with. We enjoy the company of others, but also enjoy some alone time. We both work and enjoy a nice place to come home to at the end of the day. We are looking to spend up to $160 per week each on rent. If we sound like the kind of people you might like to live with, please feel free to contact me :) Ceri
Hi, I'm a Franco-Spanish men living in Australia for 3 years already. I'm working here as a Sound engineer and I really love here. The lifestyle, culture and environment are amazing. I wish to find a place to live with nice flatmates and great ambiance :) What else, I'm organised and tidy, and love to have fun.
Hey potential housemates haha! Not sure where to start, so I guess I will give you the basics haha. I'm a 19 year old female, I study full time and work part time. I love the gym and eating well, therefore I don't really party or drink (I'm a crappy teenager in that respect haha). However, I am social! I love getting up early and going to the beach. I love to cook (I do almost every night) and I love movie nights too! I mean who doesn't love a bit of Netflix when you should be studying! haha I'm really friendly and would like to think I have a good sense of humour haha! I'm the type of person that if you had a crappy day, I'd get you a tub of ice cream and either sit and talk to let you go and cry with the ice cream (depending what you wanted haha). I like living in a stress-free, friendly and open environment, so I'm all about personal space but also love a meal together now and then. I currently live in Brisbane in an apartment, but the majority of my family lives on or near the Gold Coast so despite having uni in the city (QUT), I want to be closer to them. I have my own furnishings as well as a decently sized fridge and lounge which I would prefer to keep with me, but can find storage for with my family. I wouldn't mind doing a team up- this is not my first time renting and so I know a bit about what I am doing haha. So if anyone was interested in getting an apartment or small house together that would be awesome! If not, I'm looking for my own (decently sized/big sized room) since I'm a female and have my fair share of girlie things! (clothes may be my shopping weakness haha) and MY OWN BATHROOM. I can't stress this enough since I am a huge fan of the body shop and have too many lush bath bombs to store haha! I wouldn't be home too often since uni is in Brisbane, I work and enjoy a very outdoors based life style. However, when I am home, I'm mainly studying or just relaxing a little before the crazy exam periods hit haha. I'm very clean (perks of growing up with a very German grand mother haha) and also very respectful. I love a clean kitchen and always keep my areas tidy. I find a great form of study procrastination to clean haha! Anyway, if you have a large room and bathroom or larger area/granny flat etc and you think we would be a good match, message me! oh and this is a long term thing please! so I'm thinking minimum 6 months, but a year would be good too! Or a team up of course :) P.S. The $200 should include bills and things, but I'm willing to pay SLIGHTLY more (e.g. $220) for the bills and things to be included. Sasha :)
Hi. Seeking place pet friendly ideally looking for someone who has a dog as i have a doberman hes has a beautiful temperment an hes best suited to being with another dog. I'm looking for a positive environment with chilled people. I am very self sufficient and open minded. Im well traveled spending time over seas every few months. My dog would not be your responsibility as he has a second home. The location is of no great concern .. but finding like minded people who wish to live in a no stress no drama finacially stable environment is the ideal situation. Thank you.
Please read full ad before messaging: We are a fun loving kiwi couple that is pretty easy to get along with. We have been living in Melbourne for 2yrs now, working in recruitment and Police full time. Together, we are making the long awaited move to the Gold Coast early May and expect to be there on Sunday 14th May. Ben is the quieter of the two of us, at 6ft2 he's a gentle giant but not to worry, Caitlin will do all the talking for the both of us without fail! We like to eat healthy 90% of the time and are pretty active with the gym, but would never be considered gym bunnies - it's just a part of our standard lifestyle. Not a problem though if you and your housemates love the take-away life, we're not judgemental! Also, Ben is an ex-chef so cooks a mean meal, and actually loves doing it so would be happy to do that from time to time! Keen to find a home that has a room available for a short amount of time. Ideally, the room will have it's own bathroom or ensuite. We will be driving our car across to GC but can park on the road if that is the only option available. We are LGBTQI friendly, baby/kid friendly and absolutely love animals. Please note: We will NOT have full-time jobs upon arriving, we have specifically saved for this move and do not want to rush into the first job we find (as we have made that mistake before!). We are currently interviewing for roles each but would like to spend the first two weeks exploring the GC and suburbs - being out of the house and active daily. Being in recruitment and with Ben having the chef experience, we anticipate it should be no longer than 2 weeks without work. This is absolutely not an issue for us, it is something we have planned for, but it may be a problem for potential landlords/room mates and is something we would rather mention up-front. We have no problem paying rent and can pay in advance if this is of a concern. Staying in a home share capacity is a temporary option for us until we find a home of our own, therefore only expect to be there for 6 - 12 weeks maximum. We look forward to hearing from you!

Easy going, do enjoy own time however can get a long with anyone. Work full time doing a lot of hours including weekends. Tried to get my own place however without luck being a single young lad they generally want couples/older tenants etc. Love sport, heading to the gym and cooking. Also enjoy a couple beers here and there and just relaxing.
