In an ideal world what I’m really looking for is a granny flat/1 bed furnished place, decent cooking equipment, with bills included. I have a son aged 3 who will be with me quite frequently so that should be known ahead of time also, don’t want to cramp anyone’s style! I work full time in construction. Paying rent and house bills are always my first priority. So some DIY jobs around the house that you might feel are a bit of an effort or have been putting off could be arranged also as part of me being a tenant.
