We are both very clean and quiet people. Love to help out around the house including gardening. Always pay bills and rent on time or direct debit if available. We are looking to relocate back to victoria from NSW as soon as possible to be closer to my family as my dad has become very unwell.. which makes inspections a bit hard as we are up here. We are very reliable and wont be home much. can give previous references and happy to help out extra as much as we can

I'm relocating to Melbourne in March from Auckland, NZ. I'm tossing up between working full time, doing my masters at the University of Melbourne fulltime, or working full time and studying part time. If anyone is looking to transfer their leases over for a FURNISHED 1 bedroom/large studio, please contact me. Since I'm new, I'm very keen to explore the city and make lots of friends, whilst also figuring out this career/study situation! I equally love staying in and going out, I love to eat, and for any pet lovers I'm more than happy to accommodate (I love pets!). If you're a good time, easy going and (equally) responsible for the space we live in let me know :)

Hello, I am 30 year old male professional, I am overseas now and will be back to melbourne on the 10th of February and looking for a private room to stay from onwards. my budget could be up to 200-210 preferably including bills. I am clean, tidy, quiet and neat. I do not smoke, drink socially and never do drugs. I do not have kids nor pets. I am looking for a place at most 30-40 minutes away from the city via public transport, preferably north, east or south suburbs, the closer to the city, the better for me, obviously. I am looking to stay at least for 2 months but I cannot promise for longer, though, it doesn't mean I will not stay longer. So I can promise for 2 months but further stay will depend on a few conditions which I do not even know. I would prefer a room that is furnished. Please message me for inspection arrangements.

NO SHAREROOMS Hey, I’m Nyekake but my friends call me Keke or Nya. I’m a receptionist at a marketing agency in the city and bartend on the weekends in Richmond. I love to hang with my friends (picnics, out to eat, movies etc) but I enjoy my downtime when I’m home from work. I have a very bubbly personality when I’m comfortable around people. I love to chat and play games with my housemates and friends (I’m the best at UNO). I’m just looking for a nice and welcoming bunch who would love to share their home with me. I have a fair amount of rental history so there will be no problem with rent. Message me if you have anything available and we can meet up!

Hi my name is Jebbeh Ballah, but I go by jebbie for short, I’m a 22 yrs old west African, I grew up In Perth Western Australia and moved to Melbourne at the end of 2017 to live with my Aunty but she kicked me out because I told her some unfortunate things that her Partner did to my friends and I, but lucky I had a close family friends that also lives here so I moved in with her, but she too is getting evicted from her property so I need to find a place to stay immediately or will either end up homeless or probably go back to Perth which is definitely not something I would want to do, for I want to be an independent individual.

Greetings flat people! I'm moving out end of this month and am looking for a place that's cosy yet clean, with friendly, warm people. I've just started a fulltime internship. I'll be pretty busy with that, but aim to get a social life going again. I'm 35, and Aussie, but... different (people often don't think I'm either of these). I've lived in plenty of sharehouses - I know the deal, and don't intend to make things complicated and political. I'm very easy to live with. I'm a quiet person, and I'll spend hours tucked away in my room. But I'm also very friendly and love to come home to a living house with a quiet buzz of human activity. Sharing the occasional meal is always nice. Unfortunately I can't live with smokers (allergy). But, any pets at home is a definite bonus! Got tonnes of different interests - tennis, music (gigs, listening to, hopefully soon playing it myself), going out bush, reading, yoga, debating aimless philosophical perspectives, sleeping. Looking forward to meeting my new home-mates soon.
