Hi there! I'm looking for a long term home, living with respectful and like minded housemates and looking for a home instead of just a house to stay. I'd like to live with housemates on a long term basis who are mature, responsible, good, neat & tidy, quiet & respectful. Please contact me if you'd like to chat about it further. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you! Kind Regards, Rose
One room fully furnished with bed, desk and wardrobe with own bathroom to share with one housemaid in a Townhouse. It is 4 minutes walk to Springvale's train station and shopping centre and 5 minutes to Clayton by public transport. Person should be clean and tidy. Feel free to contact me if interested.
My names jazmine, I'm 23 and looking for somewhere to live short term for the time being possibly long term later on. I'm studying at Swinburne and work part time and looking for a second job. I'm very easy going not much bothers me so I'm easy to live with, I like to have a laugh and have a good time but also like to have some privacy and to respect the privacy of others living with me.
My name is Jacob, I'm a 17 year old from Melbourne, I usually keep to myself and am very clean. Although I am young I am quite mature- I have lived alone for 3 months in the past before resigning from my old job. If I see something dirty around the house I'll usually clean it. I am currently unemployed however that may change very soon. In my spare time I am a transport enthusiast and will take photos of transport when possible (If you need an event photographer let me know- I may be able to assist)
New to Victoria! Just moved down to begin work with the Victoria Government, employed Full-Time in a very secure job. I will be working regular shift work, however I am very quiet and will be generally going straight to sleep upon returning home. Love food, banter, board games, video games and movies and TV. Happy to share a social space with people or keep to myself. I love cars and fitness, so I will often be out at the gym or trying to do work on my car. I'm very clean and organized. I tend to prep my meals for an entire week, but I am always up for cooking and eating together if people are interested. I love animals (especially dogs) so I am more than happy to live with them. Not a party person so you won't have to worry about that! Needing accommodation from the 1st September or 10th September at the latest. Looking for at least 6-9 months, or a much longer stay with the right place and people.
We do not have any kids or pets. We do not smoke. We have an excellent tenancy record. We pay the rents on time, keep the house clean, and get along very well with our neighbours. We both work full time.
Hola! I'm am looking to move to Melbourne, I currently live in Sydney and am finishing my under-grad degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. I am looking to move mostly in the Eastern Suburbs area, I am unsure about when I'll be able to move but it will definitely be around the start of 2018. At the moment I don't have a car so living in walking distance (aprox. 20 mins) to a train station is essential, though I do daydream about the idea of riding my bike everywhere. Preferably I would like a house of all females, but it is not essential. I am a private person and like my space but I also like socialising over board/card games, TV, meals, and I do like the occasional kick around of a ball. I am a neat person ( got to have a clean kitchen otherwise I go insane) and like to bake when I have time. I am a hardcore reader (don't know how I'm going to bring all my books with me...) and am learning the Cello, though you won't have to worry about noise cause I'm reluctant to play with any sort of audience. I also love my sport, right now I'm playing Soccer and Roller Derby and would like to continue this when I travel south. Other things I like to do in my free time is play video games on my PS4, learn German, write and draw. As a side note: I am vegetarian but have no issue with meat being in the house, or with cooking meat, I currently work in hospitality so I wouldn't get far if I did.

Hello. :) I am a responsible, aware, considerate working professional. I have a great sense of humour and I'm very conscientious and respectful. Melbourne born and bred. I work full time as National Sales Manager for a brand of children's balance bike: "Balance Buddy". I also write for passion, exercise a lot and am a devoted father to my gorgeous 5 year old boy. Ideally I am looking for 2 bedrooms, with a private bathroom, or at least a shared bath. I have a beautifully dispositioned cat who is extremely gentle and well house-trained. I do exercise and yoga at home, so a little floorspace I can access would be very appreciated. And a little storage too. I don't have that much in the way of big stuff. Just boxes. I also work from home and on the road, but am used to having my desk in my bedroom. I am open to being flexible with my living needs too. So please feel free to contact me if there is something you think might be suitable. I prefer longer term arrangements. Minimum 12 months. Thank you for taking the time to read this and considering us for your home. :)

Feel free to invite your friends around for coffee, chats, movie nights, and/or board games as we do. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
Hi there, I'm looking for a room somewhere within reasonable public transport/cycling distance to Monash Clayton. My name's Marla, I'm a trans woman, I study astrophysics and I like cooking and women's sport. The most important thing to me in a house is good communication; I want to live somewhere where housemates feel comfortable talking to each other about any house problems and respect each other and the space. I like to be friendly in communal areas but take a bit of time to myself, I'm neat but not super fussy and I'm generally happy to slide into any dynamic in a house as long as everyone's happy with it. I have stable income and no pets :)
