A full furnished double room available from 01 Nov 2018 till 01 Feb 2019. Nice view, clean house. 1.5km from Utas. 200m to bus stops. Quite house coz everyone respect others private space. $220/week all bill (electrics, internet...) per person and $250 for couple. Prefer sms coz I'm quite busy with working and studying at that moment. Thanks.
This beautiful house is just off main road Sandy Bay- a 15-minute walk to the centre of town. The balcony is nice in summer to sit out and have a coffee or wine and there is a big backyard with a veggie garden. The room is the biggest in the house and has a big window which lets morning light in.
I'm relocating to Tasmania and would love to share a flat with easy-going, fun, open-minded people. I'm sociable and quiet at the same time. The party days are mostly over but I still enjoy some wine or cocktails every now and then. I'm very respectful of other people's privacy and expect the same of them. I love a clean environment and have no problem with sharing the chores. I will love it if you have a pet :) I'm into yoga, hiking, reading, cooking. Feel free to contact me and ask any other questions.

Hi I'm Bryn :) I study at UTAS and have a little part-time job. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, relaxing, dancing, watching movies, cooking/baking and knitting.
Hi all! I'm a Dutch PhD student starting at UTAS in December, and looking for a room and some nice people to live with. This means I'll be working full time (as a philosopher in the law department, researching climate change policy), and would enjoy a comfy home and some people up for a chat/sharing dinners. I spend my spare time with outdoor activities, going (swing) dancing (a lot), and cooking/baking for/with friends, but I can also glue myself to my laptop or a good book once in a while. I value open communication, and prefer surrounding myself with progressive people. As I only arrive in Hobart at the end of November, I would not be able to meet you in person before I would need the room, but I am definitely up for Skype-ish meetups beforehand! I would prefer a space to live where I could stay for a longer period of time, as well as something furnished, but I'm open to anything nice with nice people.
Hi there. I’m just looking for a flat mate. I’m currently living by myself and finding it very expensive. So I'm looking to move out of my one bedroom unit and into a bigger place with a flat mate. I have all furniture if needed. I’m very tidy, no party animal, shift worker, (health care), I am friendly, easy going. love to cook, respect who i'm sharing with and expect the same. Because I am gay doesn't mean ill want to hookup with you straight guys that's not my intention, so get that of your heads!!! Do have lots of straight friends... Pay my share of rent and bills which I'm always on time with. Food etc buy your own.

Usually quiet but don't mind having a glass of wine or two with my housemates, or having a couple of friends over for dinner at times. Looking for like minded housemate(s) to move in with!
I am a student at UTAS. I am tidy, clean and always try hard to look after the place. I have experience with house sharing before having house shared for over 1 yr and understand the boundaries set with other people. I am a full time study student so will not be home for a lot of the time. I am easy going and friendly to others. I have lived in Australia for 10+ years.
I am an easy going professional, I am clean and tidy also! I am working full-time in IT. I am from Ireland, and I have been enjoying living and working in Australia in recent years. My interests include bushwalking, reading and seeing more of Tasmania.
Hi there. I am currently studying Interior Design. I regularly attend reformer pilates and work part-time in a bakery. I am in need of a place to live from when my current lease ends in November, until February, as I will be moving back to Melbourne next year.

Hiya! I'm Lauryn, studying Marine and Antarctic Science at UTAS. I'm looking for somewhere to rest my head come next semester even starting in Nov/Dec this year. I moved to Tassie from Sydney in July and love it. I enjoy hiking, camping and all things outdoors, I like my down time featuring red wine, reading, music and I'm a self confessed coffee snob (not an actual snob though)
Hi there. I'm Ange! I have just moved to Hobart to start a new job working in the government sector as a shift worker comprising of 12 hours shifts day and night. Like most people, I like my own space and can respect that others need the same. I am a quiet and tidy person and take pride in having a warm, inviting home. I like to spend my time reading, watching television, playing board games or similar, geocaching and cooking. I enjoy the very occasional drink from time to time, do not smoke and don't do illicit drugs. I am planning on studying at UTAS starting next year as well. I would describe myself as very independent, determined, analytical, organized and funny - although my sense of humor can often be dry and dark at times. I am flexible regarding length of stay. Anywhere from 6 months to 12 months.
Hi everyone! My husband and I will be relocating to TAS shortly, hes already down there and needing accomodation, and I will be coming in January. He is a zoo keeper and I am a nurse. We currently live in Griffith Nsw, we are excellent tenants and pay $370 per week, are paid 2 months in advance and always ace inspections. In our current house we sublet the granny flat and spare room, so are well versed in share housing, and know the importance of keeping tidy and quiet. We dont smoke, drink recreationally ( a couple of drinks once a month), and are not party goers. My husband is down there already and able to come and inspect and meet up. kind regards, Kaitlyn and Sean Cooke
