Hello future housemates!
My name is Colin, non-drinker, non-smoker, no pets, and no children.

Yes I'm almost 46 years old and, while I feel just as (if not more) vibrant and conscious now as I did in my 20's and 30's, it is an unfortunate fact that ageism occurs on this platform. We don't judge people on a count of race and gender, let's not judge people for how long they've lived on the planet.

I enjoy hiking, meditation, travelling, digital media creativity, intelligent conversation about deep topics, learning foreign languages, Muay Thai, coffee, and having a solid selection of teas on standby.

I work four, sometimes five, days a week in Salamanca, while also studying applied linguistics.

While I'm fairly introverted and mostly stick to myself, I do enjoy a somewhat social house with a positive vibe where the team catch up as they go about their day, as well as the ability to have visitor every now and then. However, I'm not into party houses and of course appreciate it when everyone respects each others' boundaries, personal space, and individuality.

I'm keen to join or start a sharehouse, close to the city, ideally in the inner ring of suburbs, i.e Sandy Bay, Battery Point, West Hobart, or North Hobart, or somewhere well-connected by MetroTas.
