    Erin

    $400/week42 year old woman

Hey there, My name is Erin and myself and my 14yo cat Boo are looking for happy, positive and uplifting place to live anywhere from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast or possibly further north if something is available. Ideally we would love to live somewhere near nature or the beach, but we’re also not too fussy and can adapt when needed. We are looking for any type of long term accommodation, and that could be a room in a share house, a granny flat, a studio, etc. we don’t mind, because as I said we are very adaptable, but ideally we’d like a calm atmosphere and I would prefer an unfurnished space, as I do have my own bedroom furnishings. We’re both house trained, considerate of other peoples space, and we pretty much keep to ourselves, but also like to have a bit of a chinwag when the mood is right. I’m a big believer in communicating openly and honestly, as to not create any unwanted tension, because the last thing anyone wants is to go home and feel as though they are walking into a negative atmosphere. I’m an open book and happy to answer any questions you may have 😊 This is a poem that I wrote which describes who I am I'm a hippie at heart, I appreciate nature and see it as fine art. My spirit is free, I like to burn candles and drink peppermint tea. I talk to animals and they listen to me, I'm a little bit quirky you'll start to see. I get overwhelmed while I'm in crowds, I'd rather be daydreaming with my head in the clouds. Solitude is how I improve my mood. Being in nature makes me feel renewed. I'm not for money or material possessions, living life to the full is my ultimate obsession 😊💖✌️

    Hadassah

    $300/week22 year old woman

Hi! I'm Hadassah (or Dass is fine!) and I'm back on the house hunting journey. I've been living in Ashgrove for the last two years, but it's time to move on. Joining me is my 4 year old cat Smudge. She's an indoor cat, very sweet and quiet - except when she's hungry lol. I work full time in insurance (4 days per week at home and 1 day per week on site) and I'm also a part time student at QUT. So I do need fast, reliable internet and a space that's peaceful enough to focus. I'm ideally looking for a place with my own bathroom (an ensuite would be perfect!) to set up Smudge's litter box. I'm happy with house sharing, a granny flat, own place, or down/upstairs area of a property - I'm fairly flexible but appreciate my own space.    I have a partner who stays over 1-2 nights a week, but you won’t need to worry about noise, we stick to ourselves as nerdy introverts. I’m not much of a party person, but more than happy for you to be. I'm pretty quiet and low-key day to day. I tend to keep to myself, especially with limited downtime, but I'm always respectful of shared spaces and of course respectful of your privacy. I’m also always down for a chat or movie night :)   In my free time, I'm usually playing video games on my PlayStation or riding my motorbike (a positive is that I don't need much space for parking!) I'm open to moving back to Moreton Bay or sticking around Brisbane. I’d prefer not to move to Logan sorry! My budget has some flexibility, depending on the place. Ideally, I'm hoping to move around mid-November, after a trip I've got planned.    If you think we'd be a good fit, I'd love to chat! :) (Sorry if I’ve forgotten anything - if you have any questions feel free to reach out!) I also come with a dining room table, washing machine, and almost everything that is needed in a kitchen, so if you need anything like that - more than happy to bring them along :)
