I'm 18 years old and need to move out of home as my parents are downsizing. I am working and can support myself sufficiently however have family support to ensure I am never late with rent. Despite only being 18, most people consider me to be mature and responsible. I am not into partying, drinking and definitely not into drugs. I also don't smoke. I have a license and car so travel for me is no problem. Only issue is I'd rather not leave the car on the street, i don't mind parking half on the street, half on side of the road, just not completely on the street. I would like to stay for 3 months minimum, longer would be great. Life has taken another turn, to now be needing to move back to the North Side.. Feeling positive about the future & looking forward to finding my new place to live.. You will hardly know I am there, as I Work 5 sometimes 6 days per week including every Saturday, leaving home at 7am and never finishing before 6pm.. Am a private person, who you can expect to be home late evening a few nights of the week.. Very considerate around others when sharing, easy to get along with, respectful of house rules and always keep a tidy house, cleaning as I go.. I enjoy cooking meals at home, finding it a good way to unwind and prepare food to freeze in containers for the future.. Overall I like to keep my Life simple and always keen to stop to have a chat with housemates..
