Hi, my name is Lloyd Kahler.
I have been a Ballina local for 22 years and have done a fair amount of hospitality work, including- kitchen work as a qualified chef , bar managing and frount of house work.
I have worked in many different companies including , Fine Dining , Pubs , Clubs and various varieties of Restaurants.
From living in Ballina for 20+ years I’ve had the amazing opportunity to get to know a lot of the locals and become well known as a friendly, out going familiar face.
My rental records are clean and reliable, as I have held long term ( 10+ ) leases and agreements that I have always upheld.

Hi, my name is Jeven Gill ,
I have lived in Ballina for about 3 years now.
I originally grew up in Adelaide SA , with my mum and twin sister.
In 2021, I decided to move to NSW permanently to start living with my Dad and brother in Lennox Head.
Eventually I started to attended Ballina Coast High School. After completing year 10 , I decided to leave high school take up my commercial 3 hospitality apprenticeship.
I have worked in 3 different kitchens throughout my apprenticeship , in which one of them I met my good friend Lloyd.
I have completed 2 years so far, and defiantly plane on picking it back up!
We both are currently unemployed but receive regular fortnightly incomes from government benefits ( Centrelink ) .
Hoping plans fall into place, we both defiantly miss the kitchen and will be looking forward to working again, as soon as permanent accommodation is available.
We own have a Subaru Outback 2006 for convenience of transport, as well as available funds to start a lease agreement.
