I'm a 47-year-old man who works full-time and part-time, preferring the simplicity of a studio. I don't smoke or have pets or kids. My interests include coming home to do chores, cook, and unwind. In my home, I value considerate communication, trust, and mutual respect above all else.

👋🏻Hi! My name's Melinda. I'm a quiet, clean, considerate, drama-free, part-time designer and student looking for a peaceful home with fast internet, WFH & storage space which is within regular bus distance from town/ shops by public transport. Ideally there will be some extra space (maybe a spare garage space or office or 2nd living area??) to set up a small casual creative studio (sewing, costume, film/photography & digital design stuff) since my unreliable health means I do most of my creative practice and occasional work from home when I can to supplement my Disability Pension (permanent stable income yay!) This also means I usually spend a lot of time at home, so I prefer a peaceful, clean, happy environment since a positive, safe home space is essential to me. I LOVE animals, and was a professional pet sitter for many years, but have none of my own currently. So I'm very happy to help with pets if I'm available. I'm allergic to most cats sadly, but otherwise I will love your pets like my own and can help with walks etc. Otherwise my long-term dream has been to adopt my own furry (or feathery) companion in the near future if living space & budget allows. But right now just finding a safe, peaceful living space-that's affordable on a DSP pension, while I wait for the insanely long public housing waitlist is my top priority right now. (It's brutal out there!) I'd love to have a small garden space/ room for pots to grow a few veggies, herbs, and maybe even a few chooks if there's space and a longer stay is possible. I'm really easy going and get along well with pretty much everybody, although I tend to lean more toward the introvert side lately, I also enjoy social time too. Bonus points: I come with a loaded Plex media server, a bunch of nerdy tech & computer skills, a decent collection of interesting niche and rare/ imported books (including Ancient History & esoteric textbooks) a Vitamix blender, Some Filmmaking & Content Creation Studio equipment, a collection of retro cult B-grade SciFi movies & TV shows, a professional industrial sewing machine, a kitchen of fancy Tupperware gadgets if required, and Dance-related fitness & aerial Yoga gear too (Currently unused while working on physical recovery trying to get back on my feet again). If you have a suitable space you'd allow me to rent, I'd love to hear from you. Thankyou! :)

$400/week•35 year old woman
Full-time worker, 35 years old, with a quiet, simple lifestyle, I go to work, gym, take my dog for a walk, on the weekends go to the beach or local markets, I like to enjoy my downtime and nature. As I mentioned, I have a medium-sized dog, she is a beautiful rescue dog, very friendly and quiet, well-trained and well-behaved, who stays outside while I'm at work and only sleeps inside with me. As a former Vet Nurse, I take care of her very well, and she is a healthy, clean, happy dog :) *Can also guarantee that I'll take care of the property very well, I'm a clean, organized person, and like to take personal care of the place I live in and be proud of it. I go to bed early, I don't smoke, don't do drugs, no parties. Just after a peaceful place to call home for me and my girl.
