Hi, I am a 38 year old engineer from Pakistan relocating to Gold Coast/ Northern NSW from Brissy by the last week of August due to job. It would be a full time employment, so be assured of the rent and bills paid on time. I recently made a switch from a career in the aviation into healthcare, so quite excited to start fresh in a new industry. I am looking for preferably for 01 room with own bathroom or ensuite. I am open to sharing the bathroom as long as its a fale I will be sharing as in my experience I have found them to be cleaner. I am looking forward to sharing the place with ideally 01 or at max 03 persons who are are respectful of other's privacy and beliefs, and the place is party free and pet free. . When it comes to hygiene, messy and disorganized accommodation or housemates are a big no. I am organized, clean after myself, flexible and an easy going person. I prefer no pets, but am ok with the roomies having cats or small dogs. I will be working Monday to Friday out of home with some occasionally once a month admin work from home. I am a quite person, but wouldn't mind interacting or catching up with the housemates on my off days. I have an interest in pursuing a hobby to keep myself engage during my off time; would be nice if the housemate share similar interest in hobbies and crafts. Also, if someone is looking to move to Brissy around the same time, I own a 2 bed 2 bath 2 car spaces apartment in Kingston that I will rent out once I relocate.
