Excellent location less than 5 mins from Belconnen Mall. Easy access to the parkway. Tonnes of parking out the front. There's a cute af pupper in the house called Koby. Sharing with 2 couples who are quite active. One of the couples are moving to their own place in May. This is the smaller room in the house but can fit a large queen bed. Room can be made for a study desk in the living area's. There is also a spare bedroom (with no built-in) that is being used for indoor clothes hanging. The house is furnished however storage is available in the garage if needed. If you come with furniture then we can move your stuff in and store the other furniture. There is also heating and air con.
Hi there, I will move down to Canberra from Sydney for study and work in late Feb or early Mar. I am looking for one or two females/couple to share a flat with for at least 6 months or longer, but I am flexible with the length. I am an easy going and friendly person. I like to make friends, and wish we could become good friends to hang out and have a talk with. But I do respect others' privacy at the same time. I have experience of living with a family with little kid or females over 5 years, so I have learnt how to be considerate to housemates. I am also a quiet, clean, tidy and organised person. I would like to have a room with build-in wardrobe, ideally also is furnished (but I am flexible with that if the rent is a bit lower :P). I have a car, so off-street parking is necessary, of course garage is perfect! I do want the location of the house/flat has an easy access to public transport too, although lower frequency is acceptable. I look forward to hearing some good news from you guys! :)
The room is quiet and peaceful. It looks out on trees and the oval behind the house (great for a morning walk or run). The townhouse is located five minutes walk from the blue rapid into the city via University of Canberra (about 10 mins) and ANU (about 20 mins). The house is fully furnished. The room is also furnished (currently with a double bed rather than the single in the photo), though if you have your own I am happy to remove the current furniture so you can make it feel fully your own. : ) There are 3 bedrooms so there is a spare that is set up as a shared study with armchairs. I view this house as a home and a sanctuary. I work with people through the day and enjoy a peaceful environment to which I can return and rejeuvenate. I am looking for someone – preferably a woman – with whom we can just be easy, share the space, keep it reasonably tidy and clean, and share a cuppa or a drink, a chat and an occasional meal. I want you to feel it can be your home and sanctuary, too. I do have friends by for a cuppa or dinner and am happy for you to do the same. Of course! Other things: I have a cat named Xena. Sadly she doesn’t take to other animals sharing the space so I can’t take anyone with a pet. : ( Bills (wi-fi and electricity) average out at about $30/week. Bond is 3 weeks rent. Short term-stay requires a $200 deposit. Payment of rent is to be by direct debit and paid fortnightly. I don’t currently have a TV. I mostly watch (when I watch) Netflix on my computer.
I am a quiet person. I don't go out much or have many people over. I am out of the house around 9-6 weekdays. Usually away every second weekend seeing family. I am pretty tidy. I don't leave dishes around the place or random bits and bobs.

Female, full time student, studying law. In my final year and applying for internships. Part time working in retail and keen to move on up and out into the law field asap. I keep to myself most of the time. Though I do like the regular movie night and training sessions. I have a dog, titan, that's in training for mind dog program. So he is well behaved, house trained and loving. Would love to remain living in Canberra but it's getting pretty hard to find pet friendly accom as a one person. North Canberra would be my preference... anywhere lol. Keen for team ups
Hi there! My partner Dillon and I are desperately looking for a place to live! A bit about us, we are committed and hard working couple who spend our free time gaming and reading, generally just nerding out! I (Chloe) am attending University of Canberra as of mid February and work two jobs - part time and casually as a travel agent and support worker! Dillon works part time currently and is pursuing acting in his spare time.
Hey :) I'm a 28 year old Oral Health Therapist who moved to Canberra from the country 6 months ago. I have lived in share houses for the past 4 years. I like the social aspect of share houses however like my own space at times also. I am very clean, friendly and enjoy going for walks, going to coffee shops and watching a good movie. I travel a lot on weekends however when home would love a housemate or two to share dinners with and be more like friends rather than housemates. Feel free to contact me if you think I would be a good fit for your home :)
I work full time nightfill and during my down time I like to play video games, read or watch movies. I keep to myself mostly, but I am willing to socialise when the occasion arises. I am always considerate of others and their privacy. I have a 13 yr old son who visits me most weekends and usually stays over Saturday nights.
Im a full-time receptionist looking for somewhere to move that I can have my 6 month old puppy stay week on week off (he sleeps with me) as I share ownership with my ex. My puppy is extremely well behaved and super duper friendly to people and animals alike! He is outside during the day & inside at night I'm easy going, tidy, up for a chat but also respect privacy, can cook, clean and do household jobs
I am pretty chilled out, just moved to Canberra to do a Masters of Pharmacy from the Far South Coast. I will be studying and in my spare time trying out some activities like rock climbing or bike riding. I will also be making trips to the coast. I like to keep fit and healthy but also go out to catch up with friends.
I am pretty easy going, I moved to Canberra in 2011 for Uni and just haven't left. I enjoy time to myself but I love a group dinner and good conversation. I do currently have a pet Guinea pig, he doesn't take up much space and at the moment lives in an indoor appropriate cage on a covered deck. My partner and I don't live together although he stays overnight a few times a week, we're both fairly quiet people and always respectful of other peoples space. I'm looking for somewhere to rent until at least late August when I'm hoping to move overseas to study.
I am currently working part time in a liquor store and studying full time in Interior Design. I am looking for somewhere to live for roughly 2 years. I love to catch up over some wine and cheese or beer and wings! I want to go back packing around Asia after finishing my degree. Also I fancy myself a good cook. 👍 P.s. Because I’m in class or at work most of the time I can only be contacted via sms or message 🙂
Hi there, I am a female fulltime graduate student. I have regular schedule to study every weekday, clean, respectful and lay back. Like good music and movies and occasional drink. I am looking for a longterm place about 1year or longer, I have a car so need a parking spot. Currently living in Harrison with a family of friend, we enjoy the life together but I want to move closer to ANU for the busy finnal year. Moving date flexible, no later than the end of April would be ideal. Please feel free to contact me for further information if you have a room to offer. Rent negotiable. Cheers
I’m a full-time Law and Commerce student at UC working part-time as a Paralegal in Deakin. Looking predominantly to start or move in to a share-house with people of a similar age. I have lived in shared student accommodation for 12 months so I understand personal space and how to 'share'!
I am currently studying at the University of Canberra while also working fulltime. I am looking for a place to live with housemates that would be happy to be friends not just housemates. I am currently living in a situation where I am not allowed to have pets, and I plan on getting a puppy in the next 6 months. The bread is extremely friendly and as it would be a puppy it will have no conflict with any other pet currently living at the house. I am originally from Wagga so only know people in Canberra that I have met at uni or work and would love to make some more friends here. Would love to hear from you if you think we would be a good fit :)

I'm American but I live in australia permanently now.
I'll only be working in Canberra a few days a week so you wont need to look at my ugly mug every day. I'm clean, tidy and quiet but wont say no to a drink or two with some mates. I'm a programmer by trade and have all the nerdy interests that go with it. I also like squash (the game but the vegetable is good too), tennis and poker. I'm also an avid foodie, with two chef parents to boot. P.S. My jokes don't get much better than my squash one. You have been warned.
