I'm 37, work in Port Norlunga part time and study at Flinders full time. I have a little unassuming cat who is 7 and has only 3 legs. I currently live in a share house in Warradale I've been in for 2 years. I'm pretty quiet and generally easy going, like to cook every now and then, and try to have a green thumb but find it's a matter of trial and error. If this sound like it would be a fit let me know. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Ellen
This studio is completely separate from the main house with a recently renovated kitchen with a modern finish. It has its own private secure backyard with a standard fence separating it from the house. The backyard also includes a 3mx3m shed for storage. Off street parking is available. Studio includes: One bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area. Unfurnished with NO OTHER FLATMATES ARE LIVING IN THE STUDIO! ALL bills are included electricity, gas and water. Only five minutes from Flinders University and walking distance from the beach. This studio is in a perfect location! Preferably no couples due to no on street parking and only one car park is available. Perfect for a student or someone who is after privacy!
I'm looking for a new place to move into around the same time the lease for my current place ends. I’ve been renting on my own in Glenelg East for the last year and a half ($259 pw) but decided not to accept another lease extension because I would like to live in a share house again. I have great rental history, if need be I can get a personal reference from my landlord from the property I rented for 6 years. I work full time managing a retail store at West Lakes, and I also come with a furry companion called Luna. She is a rescue cat, and she is very affectionate and gentle natured. I am extremely easy going, open minded and empathic, living alone has been great but I do really miss living with other people! I’m a writer, a makeup artist and a lover of music and films. I have a fully furnished apartment, so I can provide any necessary furnishings if need be or I can put into storage. I’m just looking for a relaxed environment with chilled people :)
A dedicated and passionate chef. Which takes up a fair amount of my time! I am a very social and easy going person but also like my own time and wouldn't be cluttering up communal areas. Very well house trained and clean. Originally from Yorkshire, England but been a SA resident for approaching 11 years and love to call this home. I am looking for a stress free environment to call home with fun, honest housemates whilst I attempt to repair my bank account's buffer zone after divorce. Happy to cook any night (and clean!) or recommend that perfect vino for whatever is on your menu!
I have a small dog (Jack Russel x Pomeranian) she's 10 and pretty chill. I work as a resident artist/support worker for youth, also studying horticulture so I can transition into the field of conservation. I have a side business as a designer where I make wood jewellery, do workshops and take on various creative projects. My studio/workshop is at my folks place at Hallett Cove so I go there often. I stay fit by doing yoga at home and hike/swim etc. I love having a herb garden so will try to create one where ever I go. I'm social but also need my down time, and many cups of herbal tea a day. I don't drink very often and don't smoke anymore. Love nature and healthy lifestyle, looking for like-minded housemates.
Hi everyone, My name is Joel and I am looking for a place to live in Adelaide during my upcoming master’s thesis project. In short, I am a 23 years old pharmacy student from Gothenburg, Sweden. I am reliable and do not smoke. During my spare time I like to work out (mostly weight training nowadays), enjoy culinary experiences and to hang out with friends. Regarding type of accommodation I am adjustable. Depending on the circumstances I think it could be nice to live with other students about the same age.
I am looking for property with water views I have previously lived on my own on the esplanade at Glenelg, Henley Beach and interstate and now looking to share the cost of the rent. Study at Bachelor of Laws at University and work for self part-time.
Hi, my name is Angel and i am looking for a place i can call/feel at home. I am a student at Flinders University studying Bachelor/Masters of Biomedical Engineering (but don't let that put you off, i am easy going, down to earth and friendly!). I am also a casual worker at University of Adelaide. In the near future i am hoping to find a place that will enable me to concentrate on my studies and work. I don't mind going out to the movies when time allows. I am neat clean, respectful and tidy. I love being organised and can cook up a storm in the kitchen (but dont worry i will clean up after myself :) ). I am looking for a furnished room that includes bills. Internet is preferred but not required, as i am happy to go out of my budget a little to pay for it. I am looking to share with max 2 other girls who are around 25 years old and are either students or working. Also, they should not be smokers or have pets. Thank you for your time, hope to hear from you soon. Angel :)
Hi, I'm Courtney. I'm looking to move from the Barossa to Adelaide as I work in the city. I enjoy an active lifestyle and the odd glass of wine with some cheese of course. I'm also thinking about getting a dog if I were to move near the beach so I can get out and about and make the most of the lifestyle. My budget is somewhat flexible and ideally I'd like to park my relatively new car off the street. Preferred locations listed are a rough guide.
I am 23 years old, I enjoy walking, listening to music, going to the beach, and relaxing. I work full time as a teacher. I am friendly, calm, and clean and hope to live with housemates who are the same in that respect. Looking southern suburbs of Adelaide to be not too far from work. I’d love to find a place with own bathroom available, or deffs a wardrobe too but am flexible! If you have something that you think will suit me please reach out. My mobile is 0433887631 if you are unable to contact me on here if my profile comes up as “early bird”
Very respectful and polite, usually pretty tidy and clean up after myself. Always up for a chat, but understand personal space. Currently working full time in aged care and studying psychology part time at flinders uni, so very busy during the week. Like to spend weekends at the beach, hiking, camping, 'trying' to surf or going to gigs. Looking for like-minded housemates that are easy going, friendly and relaxed.
