HELLO!! Your looking for an AMAZING housemate right? Keep reading!! Born in Adelaide and currently living in Thebarton. I have recently completed a Child, Youth and Family Intervention Support Work Certificate at TafeSA, currently working part time at a Record/Music store and doing volunteer work with HYPA (Helping Young People Achieve) teaching students, to get their SACE certificates so they finish their schooling. I have a positive "CAN DO" attitude towards life, fun, friendly, happy, clean, respectful and helpful. I love cooking delicious food (usually lol), reading, most music, comedy, fringe shows, having a few social drinks occasionally, keeping reasonably fit, the beach for a swim, sports, animals, and most importantly living life!! I own a pet turtle who I've had for about 5 years and he's always hungry... so watch your fingers :) I also have legitimate reference/contact details from my landlord/business owner for your peace of mind. I always pay bills/rent on time and looking for minimum stay of six months or more depending on how things work out. I have been offered plenty of other housing options, but am looking for what best suits me (and YOU), and I'm in no rush to move in with just anybody. I have house shared before and not new to "washing dishes, putting out bins and vacuuming floors" I would prefer good friendly housemate/s i can get along and socialize and have a laugh with from time to time, but also respect space and privacy. I will do my best to reply asap to any questions etc, good luck.. :)
I am a 26 year old young health professional and will be starting my postgraduate in Adelaide. I love exploring other countries and cultures, baking pastries and have a good glass of wine with a good chat. In my live I have lived in enough student homes to know how to behave, respect everyones stuff en throw a good party now and then-while I do like my moments if peace.
This house is located on the end of a quite street, with a small park right next door. There is parking both on the street and on the property, with room to fit 5+ vehicles easily. Front yard is like a courtyard surrounded by a high brick wall, so heaps of privacy. Out back is a salt pool and shed used as a gym/hangout/storage room with an extra refrigerator. The yard is almost completely covered. Laundry room has a washing machine, and a dryer outside under cover. The lounge is very bright, with 2 walls made entirely of windows. Furnishings are mostly unique free finds on Gumtree, so it's got a funky but cool look. Big wall mounted TV, surround sound stereo, Xbox etc. The available room is 5 x 3.5 meters, has large windows, hardwood floors and a vaulted ceiling. It has it's own split system AC/heater with remote, and many electrical outlets. It's the furthest room from the lounge, separated by the foyer and kitchen door, so it's also the quietest room in the house. Bond is 6 weeks rent, ---NOT 4 WEEKS WHICH IS THE ONLY OPTION THE WEBSITE GAVE-- So $630 due upfront Internet is about $18/month Electricity and Water bills are paid quarterly and split evenly amongst all housemates
Brand new house and furniture, construction was finished in November 2016. Double sized bed Sharing the bathroom with 1 person only. Cooking allowed in the house Split bill, unlimited internet $30 per month *Place looks a little messy from the photo because we just returned hence still cleaning up here and there. Curtains will be installed by early march

Hellooooo!!! =^•^= My name is Jessica but most people call me Jess. I'm currently studying year 12 re-entry full time. I love sewing, cats anything pink, baking, post hardcore music (The Amity Afflction are my fav) and the Japanese fashion of Lolita (the FASHION lolita, NOT the book by Vladimir...) I like to keep things tidy and although my personality is loud at times, overall I'm a fairly quite person who is content with a quite movie night or having a few friends around for a BBQ. I like to bake a LOT so wherever I am, a fresh batch of cookies is never far behind. I'm good at respecting personal space and also at socialising where needed (I'm not a hermit so I like to converse over dinner and coffee) So if you think you would have a place for a pink haired, cookie loving girl in your house, please send me a message!!
