Professionally employed within financial services. Plus casual employment within education sector. Very easy to get along with and live with - quiet, respectful and clean. Enjoy watching variety of sports, and when feeling motivated enjoys hiking, cycling or a hit of golf. Loves travel, although sadly nothing is on the short term horizon My days of partying are long gone but like to socialise with a few beers or wines with mates. Enjoy watching movies and TV shows and have far too many to ever finish watching! Single, non smoker, no pets (but would be happy to play with yours)
I work as a sub contractor installing signage around Bayside & South East. Keeps me busy during the week so don't get a chance to do much until the weekend. I prefer quiet nights in anyways, don't go to pubs/ clubs anymore. Too old for that shite. Quiet drink, nice meal & that's me done. As for hobbies, I'm looking to get into photography, not professional but just hoping to one day get my head around it. I don't play sport anymore, not really the sporting type but watch it sometimes. I'm looking into shared accommodation as it seems the cheaper option compared with renting by myself. Hoping to find somewhere clean, peaceful & quiet with one or two flat mates & hopefully make some good friends along the way. Cheers!

Hello, Originally I'm from California but have been in Australia since 2003 and it is now home :) I am a massage therapist and also a single mum with three young children who I have with me every other weekend and half school holidays. I am looking to relocate anywhere between Frankston to South Melbourne asap from country Gippsland to be closer to my children as well as to help grow my personal business of massage therapy and reiki. While I am unemployed atm it is not due to lack of effort to find work. I am hoping that when I do move closer to my Kids and the city I will be working within a few weeks, until then I am on Centrelink but am responsible in paying my bills on time. I am fairly low key personally wise, someone who has no desire for drama and can be honest to a fault at times. Myself and my kids are respectful of others and responsible. My children do have a rabbit whom while is house trained, is only allowed out of her cage when I am home. I am looking for a room to rent in a house where my children are welcome when they are with me, though usually when they are with me we are outside exploring and playing as much as possible. I'm not huge on technology and prefer outdoors activities like the beach, park or bush but I am looking forward to being back near or in the city and regaining a social life again after living rural for a number of years. I'm an artist as well, painting and drawing is one of my passions, so I am also looking forward to being able to visit museums again once I move. I miss having a garden of some kind to tend and relax in too and would love a space to rent that does have a garden or the ability to create even a small one.
Cozy room has view of a beautiful garden, small built-in wardrobe. A peaceful, happy house for someone who is looking for a relaxing, cozy place to live. Friendly dog, ducted heating, close to beautiful bush walks and Seaford beach, garden plots to grow your own veggies on large property.
Hey, I'm Olly. I'm 17 but don't let my age scare you, I have been living on my own for quite some time now. I'm respectful, kind and love to have a laugh. I like to keep active and I fulfill this by skating. I like to live a reasonably healthy lifestyle, but love to have fun when the time comes. I am not a party person and prefer to chill out with mates. Additionally, I can cook to a certain degree. I am currently completing year 11 and hope to go to university.
Looking for a room or a team up around the bayside area. I work as a PT in Chelsea and Caulfield areas. I'm easy going pretty independent but don't mind being social every so often with the people I live with. I'm a pretty active and social person either spending time with my partner or family or friends so being at home isn't a priority so I'm not likely to be mooching around the house on days off. I wouldn't say clinically I have OCD but having things neat and clean is high on the list!
Hi, I'm a friendly down to earth girl and although I don't mind a chit chat I generally keep to myself. I like to think I'm a considerate housemate and like to do my fair share when it comes to the cleaning and stuff.
We 2 brothers who are originally from Pakistan are looking for 2 private rooms in a shared accommodation. We are friendly, helpful, respectful, professional and quiet guys. We are easy going and happy to have alone time but also enjoy being social at home. I Faiz 26, works full time as a security supervisor, while my brother Arsalan 27 works part time as a cook and is also a full time cookery student. We both work in Mornington area. We are good cooks and like to keep things clean and tidy. On our days off we like to catch up with friends, watch movies/series/sports (cricket) or play online games. We don't smoke or drink but don't mind if you do. Since we like to keep things clean and have busy schedule, therefore we can't have any pets. If you have a potential place for us or think we could team-up, then inbox me. Cheers!

Hello! I am a Canadian teacher moving to Melbourne in September to work. I will be relief teaching in September through November, so I am looking to live somewhere near public transportation that can get me to many schools. I don't know the city very well so I am open to live just about anywhere, as long as public transportation is an easy option. I'm looking for short term housing until I get to know the city a bit better and figure things out. I am easy to get along with, clean, and respectful. I love to hang out and chat but also enjoy time to myself as well. I enjoy doing anything in the outdoors, especially hiking, yoga, cooking, and staying active. I love music and watching TV. I also love dogs! I would love to live with someone who shares some of my interests and maybe someone who is willing to help me learn about life in Melbourne.
Two available rooms in this clean and pleasant sea-side townhouse. The house is surrounded by water and parkland and is right next to shops and station, it also happens to have two very friendly and outgoing house mates :) We are a couple occupying one of three bedrooms and are looking for people to fill the remaining two rooms in september! If you're interested in either of the rooms, hit us up! Our place in more detail: - 450m from Seaford station - Literally across the road from the beach - A townhouse in a highly secure estate (electric gate requires pin entry) - Right beside all the shops and cafes - Within walking distance of Wollworths (900m) - We have a double garage and 12 visitor parking spots inside the estate - Sea breeze and water views from the balcony - We have a giant communal backyard/park that backs up onto Kananook creek, so if you're into kayaking or rowing, you're able to lower your boat right there! Or just have some friends over for a bbq. - Due to trees and neighbours, our place is very protected from road noise - All bedrooms have built in wardrobes - Air conditioning on the top floor (but not in bedrooms) - Heating in all rooms - Will be furnished as soon as we move in
Modern 3 bedroom house living with two professional house mates. Both of the guys work different hours so I usually had most of the house to myself! We also enjoyed to spend time together too so you can have as much or as little privacy as you like! Only filling my lease as I've had to move interstate!
Such a difficult question! I am easy going and enjoy good conversation, however, I also enjoy keeping to myself. I have two fantastic cats who are quite adorable. I am financially responsible and you will never need worry about my share of the rent or bills.
