Just a student looking for a new place to call home. I work part time in Carrum and am attending school in Someville, so somewhere close to the train line is ideal. I love to take photos and am quite a social person, but I'm good at keeping to myself and am able to be quiet if needed. I clean up after myself and like to keep organised. I like to think I'm a friendly, approachable person and I like meeting new people. I have a stable income and have never been late on a rental payment and that is something I would like to continue to uphold. Whether you're someone easy going who likes to hold social events, or are the type to prefer your space, I don't mind. Let me work with you. My preference is anywhere between $150 to $200 per week, and am able to put in for bills and internet as well. I unfortunately can't go any higher, as I also pay school fees among other things. I'm looking to move as soon as possible. Teaming up: would love to match up with a few other people and lease a place together too. Though I do enjoy holding social events, so would love if my housemates enjoyed joint social gatherings.

We live a 12-15 minute walk to the beach and the Seaford train station, and live a couple of minutes drive to all main freeways. We are based at a super central location for all Bayside pursuits, the gateway to Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula, with the city very accessible by both train and car. A big space with doors to the kitchen and hall, all of which can be closed off if you want private lounge-room time or an extra room for friends to stay the night. - Big fridge and gas oven in a good sized kitchen with a huge fridge. I am the home owner and preferably looking for a lady to share with as I live with my nine year old son who is a sweet natured child. There is some ocassional child minding involved, not a lot. I am an easy going relaxed person, so we can work things out. It's a nice clean environment with a nice size room, own toilet and bath and shower, built-in robe, two windows. The room is private as it is at the end of the property separated by a hallway with sliding door. There is a nice outdoor deck with a garden, off street parking in the driveway. I am asking for you to pay one third of gas, electrcity and internet. Property is close to shops, local train station and freeway access.
