I have enough stuff to partly furnish the house (washing machine, couches, TV & unit, various kitchen stuff etc). Don't have a Fridge or dining table. Me Originally from rural Vic, I am a 25 year old qualified Carpenter who is currently half way through full time Building and Construction Management degree at Vic Uni in Footscray. I am a clean up as I go type of person who does enjoy an uncluttered shared space. While I dont smoke, I don't have an issue with an outside smoker. You Able to work in partnership to find suitable lease house (and any extra suitable housemates). Pefer no pets to increase lease options.
2 bedroom 80's-90's style unit, 1 room available. It is about a 20 minute walk to Laverton train station or a number of buses only 100 metres away. There is a shopping centre about a ten minute walk away plus a fish and chip/ pizza shop 300 metres away. There are a few mattresses that can be used or bring your own bed. I have Netflix and Stan plus wifi included in the bills, unfortunately no air con but that shouldn't be a problem in a month, i do have a heater. Hi I'm Nick, I'm 29, quite social and enjoy a drink on the weekends, i'm very active and am not home a whole lot, i usually go to the gym after work then head out to go boxing later in the night on weeknights, I'm a full time government employee at a language school nearby and this is my reason for being in Melbourne. Looking for someone easygoing and reasonably neat and tidy, works or studies full time and doesn't mind having a drink and a chat as well but i also understand the need for alone time as sometimes i need my own too. I will be moving to Brisbane in July unfortunately so i will only be able to have someone until then, if you like the place and area i guess there is always the possibility of just transferring the name of the house over.
This house is a large older style property, with wooden floorboards throughout the house. There are 3 bedrooms but only looking to rent 1 room so far but open to a third housemate. There is a large older style kitchen and bathroom + two toilets. A gas heater and split system in the loungeroom and a split system in the main bedroom. 5 minute walk to shops, beach and train station. Perfect for anyone working in the CBD or a student. I'm clean considerate and tidy. No drugs, smoke free, non drinker. I prefer to make my own food, I'm a fussy eater. I have all of my own bedroom furniture and a fridge and washer. JJ is a 12 years old black cat, he doesn't scratch furnishings, he has a few scratching posts. He is more of a dog personality as he loves interacting and being friendly. He has loads of toys an is very playful. I'm very flexible, clean and tidy with him. 6 month preferred length of stay possible to stay longer. Let me know if your interested. Cheers, Brian
I am a friendly , outgoing /and down to earth guy! I love to play music, so I would need to resherse-*expect some noise!!!* I am a smoker , but I would smoke outside only!!! I don't own a car, so I rely on public transport . Although it's of minor importance, I work in hospo and often get close shifts but I would be quiet coming home and respectful of fellow roomies trying to sleep! Also would be greatful to bring my dog with me (if the backyard is conventional enough) ! He is a spoodle so he is a bit daft and jumpy until he warms up to you then he becomes calmer and affectionate! Hope you see me fit !!

Hi Guys, me and my boyfriend are looking for a place to call home for the next 4 months. We are currently renting a great place with friends but our lease is up soon and our friends are moving up north. So we are after something a bit cheaper and preferably a 1 bedroom flat or studio to ourselves. Our current lease is up on the 11th of march and we would like to stay till July 7th. We both work full time, i'm a graphic design and my boyfriend works in construction. We both work in the west so that would be preferred. We want a place to chill after work and put our feet up but close enough to the city so we can just go out when we feel like it.
Looking for a place for myself and my 4YO Jack Russell, he's an inside dog. Preferably looking for someone who has a dog so he has some company. But not good with cats. About myself, I work full time on a rotating roster. I'm laid back and enjoy a bev or 2 on my days off and I also love dogs. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.
Hi! I'm a uni student and I work part time in a Bunnings - you get access to sweet, sweet discounts by living under the same roof as me. I also am a very friendly person and always good for a chat or to chill out together as long as we're both free! I'm originally from country Vic and I love reading, playing video games (I will be getting a Nintendo Switch on release day), watching and playing sports, and writing. I also love animals, so any pets are more than welcome as long as they don't injure me. I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough to fit a queen sized bed, desk, and bookshelf in it. I also have a couch that could be used as communal furniture, as well as a washing machine should you need it. I try to treat everyone as fairly and as nicely as I can, so please contact me if you're interested. Thank you!
Hey there! My name is Demi, I am a 20 year old female student from the Netherlands who's extremely excited to study at RMIT for a semester. I am very sporty; love windsurfing, ice-skating and cycling and sometimes get excited about things easily; always in for trying out new things. That's why I have taken courses in basically any discipline. Next to studying and sports I am most passionate about making documentaries, designing buildings and talking to random strangers. I love to have great company, am very social and bond easily, but I am very comfortable being on my own too. I cannot sit still; I hardly ever watch tv and wake up fairly early- believing that the early bird catches the worm (or runs into 17 deers- as happened during my morning adventure last week.) I easily adapt to situations and people and I think that's very important in living together. Looking forward to meet my future housemate(s)!
