Hi there! I'm Michail (Miki for short). I'm 23 years old and just moved here to Melbourn from Scotland on a working holiday visa. I work full time (12-7, Mondays to Fridays). I grew up moving from country to country. I'm easy going, respectful, and friendly. I enjoy going out or staying in. I normally like doing things with my flatmates, but am just as happy to do my own thing. I'm an aspiring writer, so I do spend a fair amount of time working on my writing, but I'm always down for a chat. Looking to find a place pretty much anywhere with easy access to the city as soon as possible, so get in touch if you think I'd be a good fit! Thanks!
The best and most obvious thing about living here is you are directly across from the beach, just in time for summer!! Also within close by is city-bound rail access 500m (approx.) away, Pier Street precinct a mere 200m (approx.) away. I have also attached a an image of the floor plan and marked in red the room available. There will be at all times 2 spare rooms so we will all be able to have friends/family stay.
Hi Everyone, Adam here!...My current housemate has just got her own place and is moving out so I am looking for someone to move in for at least 3 Months with option to extend long term, sharing with myself. - Room fits queen Size Bed (Could squeeze in a King) - Large Built in Robes - Fully Furnished House, Except Room - WIFI Internet - 500GB a month ADSL About me - I am 30 years old, an easy going guy - I work full time in finance, keep the place clean and love to cook! I am a sociable guy, and am always up for a chat, I am also very respectful of peoples privacy and have had many successful relationships with other housemates over the years. The place has everything you could possibly want to cook with as it is fully furnished, apart from the available room, so you won't need any appliances etc. There's 3 comfy couches in the living room and you actually have a choice of one of 2 rooms - being a 3 bedroom place with only 2 housemates. I recommend the one with the bigger wardrobe naturally! (It's quite a big built in robe which fits a lot of stuff.) You can store belongings in the other room and there is a spare mattress in there for guests to, plus there's also a large garage where you can store large items if you've got any excess furniture or sporting gear etc. The house has ducted heating and wall air conditioning. The heating is great so you won't freeze in winter! The house itself is in a great spot, its 500m from Altona Dog Beach, and 2.5km from the main beach and the town centre, which is still walking distance, or a 5min drive. The main shopping street has plenty of parking and facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of cafes etc. There is a bulk billing doctors who take new patients 10mins drive away, as well as vet etc. Seaholme train station is 1.2km away, 3min drive or 12-15min walk, with trains running direct to CBD every 20mins - you'd be at Southern Cross station in 23mins. I drive into the city on occasion and its usually takes me 20-30mins depending on traffic (peak is more like 40mins). There's also a bus stop 550m away. The place has a little fenced in yard suitable for a dog, but the type of dog and its behaviour etc... will be a factor in whether you this would be acceptable or not. I used to look after my housemates dog when she was away or travelled overseas, and don't mind having another mate to keep me company :) If this sounds like a place you're interested in, please don't hesitate to contact me for more info! Look forward to hearing from you. Adam
Simply one word describes it all LOCATION. Train station 1min brisk stroll. Cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, post office all at your door step. Altona beach a 3 min walk at the end of the street. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. You will have your own fully furnished bedroom with build in robe and share the large main bathroom with one other female resident.
This property is less than 10 minutes walk from the Altona beach, which is the most stunning in the Western Melbourne region.During the summertime, this beach comes alive and has lots to offer. 7-10 minutes walking distance from Altona and Westona train station. Melbourne city is less than half an hour away by either public or private transport. Altona is a beautiful, safe and established suburb.
Lovely house in Altona. Only 10 mins walking to Altona Station and the house is in a Court which is safety and quiet. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms in the house. You will have your big bedroom yourself with full furniture. The bathroom is very big and comfortable. $180 per week. Share bills. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

I'm 24 and am looking for a place somewhere near Laverton. Having graduated this year, I have found FT work (teaching) and need to move out as I currently live more than an hours drive from the school. I like to think of myself as relaxed and carefree but will obviously be diligent when it comes to paying bills and keeping the place in decent order. I enjoy my sports, playing music and reading. Ideally, I'd love to live with others who are preferably sociable but are similarly respectful of each other's private time.
Hi there! I'm a 38 yo old guy with a 2.5 yo son. My son is with me 3 days a week. I'm a professional and work full time, so most of the day i'm out of the house. I'm a tidy person an like to keep things clean. I'm looking for a children friendly environment where my son and I can feel like home. On the weekends we love short trips to use our bikes and play around with my digital camera. if this sound like the right person to share your flat or to get a new flat all together, please send me a message to have a quick catch up and take it from there.
Easy to get along with, very accepting of all walks of life, love to socialise, but like my own space too - would love to find a housemate to drink wine and watch netflix with!
Can cook some amazing meals. Have worked as a farm manager around australia. Currently driving trucks local and interstate. Full time employed and work for agencies on my days off. Im 27 and a smoker. Will smoke outside. Have no problems with pets.
I'm a nurse working full time and looking to relocate to the areas named due to my job location. I'm looking to do a sharehouse with a easy going trustworthy housemate who also works full time and is reliable with bills. Im the kind of person that likes to have my own space majority of the time however I am very easy going and sociable also. Im also ONLY looking for a room that has its own ensuite preferable in Point Cook area or Truganina.
I'm a 25 year old Project Manager in the construction industry and also an studying building and construction. I'm also a special effects makeup artist. When I'm not working or studying I enjoy quiet nights out and equally nights in. I have a 5year old dog named Hooch who is a lazy BGF. We are looking for a new home.
I'm an easy going guy, friendly, helpful, always happy to talk. I like going outdoors and exploring and seeing what I can find. I enjoy traveling and I have been to many places across Australia and few overseas. I enjoy a good conversation, I also like to kick back and relax watching a movie, tv series or game. I try to eat healthy and exercise when I can. I'm looking to move quite soon to somewhere closer to where I work. Meetings and inspections are best done on a weekend.
Currently finishing off my year 12 exams and working part time. My family is moving interstate but I've decided to stay in Melbourne for Uni. My preferred length of stay could vary.... I've applied for ADFA so if I'm accepted could be heading off in Jan/July depending on intakes. So if you're flexible with this that would be great. A bit about me: I keep my spaces tidy and when I'm not working or studying just tend to hibernate. I play a bit of guitar and keep myself fit and healthy. I'm friendly and can spark up and hold conversations about anything.. I generally just like talking haha I've always paid my rent on time and love to cook. I don't smoke and don't have any pets.
Young professional looking for somewhere simple and easy to live around the Newport area. I am a really easy person to live with, enjoy the social aspect of a housemate but completely respect the alone time we all need from time to time. I'm a very social person and tend to spend most of my spare time at the gym or out with friends. In saying that, I will be starting Uni (online) in November, so I imagine all my time will be work and study - and of course the occasional night out on the weekend! I'm a very clean and organised person. Not a fan of messy living / shared areas and will always clean up after myself. I also, always pay my bills on time, I prefer to set up auto payments for rent and generic bills like internet. I do have a new car so I am hoping to find somewhere with lockup parking or just something under-cover but it is not essential! I am definitely interested in teaming up with someone to grab a place, however I would prefer to just have one other housemate.
I’m a 28 year old transgender male who is very easy going and friendly. I am very clean and tidy and like to interact with my house mates but also like to have my own personal time. I work part time and I am very reliable.
