Hi guys. I'll be leaving my home in Seddon on the 1st of September and am looking for someone cool to fill my place. My room is spacious and the property has a sizeable kitchen, backyard, bathroom and living room. There is an insulated shed out the back, and ample free parking out the front. Footscray is just around the corner, and we are located just 5 minutes walk from Seddon Station. Let me know when you would like to swing by and check out the place:
Room available in Seddon! Set on a quiet yet very central street in Seddon is this little white cottage. Your room has a built in robe and an optional single bed. The rest of the house features super fast internet, coffee machine, swimming pool sized bathtub, and a leafy courtyard. Plus there is one of the best yoga studios in Melbourne at the end of the street. The house is also one block from the Seddon village, so shopping and getting takeway is a breeze. Four train stops from the city and walking distance to Footscray and Yarraville.
Our sharehouse in Seddon has one room free from August the 26th and will be available till the 13th of December. The house is only minutes walk from Footscray, and Seddon shops, with the CDB about 10 - 20 mins away by train. The room is a fairly decent size, with a built in wardrobe. The rent is $680 per month,$33 for NBN internet and others bills as they come (roughly $50 a month). Bond is $620. There is a lounge/kitchen, 1 bathroom, laundry and a front driveway and a small outdoor area. The house has some furniture, but there is space if you have your own.
Beautiful, one year old town house. Super spacious. Room is suitable to a couple of single (both prices $260/wk). A short 5 minute walk to Footscray train station (15 mins to the city). Surrounded by cute cafes and across the road from a primary school
This is a beautiful, one year old townhouse with a spacious living area, three bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms. He room avaible is the master bedroom, very big with an ensuite and built in robes. 5 minute walk to footscray train station, 15 minute train ride into the city. Surrounded by cafes and bars.
Our house is a beautiful double fronted Victorian style home located centrally in Seddon. We are just around around corner from the main shopping strips of both Footscray and Seddon (especially handy if you love a bit of cafe cultures) and a 5-10 minutes walk from 3 stations. We have a lush backyard perfect for basking in the sun and we are in walking distance from Yarraville gardens too :)
The place: Your own room, high ceilings, comes with all the rooms you'd really expect. Shower, bath, toilet, lounge, working oven. Either a small backyard, or a really big courtyard, I can't tell. Virtually everything is super close. 223 bus to Highpoint is pretty much on the doorstep, Middle Footscray Station 7min, Seddon Village (loads of cafes, post office, green grocers, bottle shop, fish and chips) are essentially right outside. Coles is about a 10-15min walk.
Hi! My name is Kim, I am pretty easy-going and like a clutter-free living environment :) I am born and raised in Melbourne and love the unique character of this city. I enjoy cooking, gaming, cocktails, coffee and spontaneous activities! I try to get to the gym 2-3 times per week and play tennis socially. During the week I am a full time urban designer working at a planning and design consultancy. I generally am a quiet person who is conscientious of others. I enjoy helping with communal cooking or sharing the cleaning. I am looking for a largish room (ideally at least 4x3m) so I have plenty of space for a double bed and desk. I ride my bike to work so a garage or secure area to store it at night would be a plus! I am flexible with move in dates and would love to organise a place to move into sometime during September! Please don't send me messages about houseshares more than 2km away from my suggested suburbs.
We are moving to Melbourne from the UK at the end of August. Jack will be working full time as a doctor and Megan will be looking for work as a teacher upon arrival. We are looking for a one bed flat for a 9-12 month lease from the beginning of September.
Hi! Looking for accommodation in and around Melbourne. Originally from Sydney and am starting a new full-time job in Melbourne. I am also studying for my Masters degree. I'm 27, non-smoker, no kids, no pets - but I don't mind if you smoke, have kids or have pets. I am quiet to live with but I am looking forward to meeting new people (as I don't know too many people in Melbourne). I am also very clean and will always wash up after myself. If you respect me, I will respect you :) Cheers
Hello ! I am a 3rd year female uni student studying at Vic Uni. Looking for a job at the moment as well. Would like a private room in a shared house and preferably female housemates. Furnished rooms only please ! Friendly and will clean up after myself. Usually would keep to myself and respect other's privacy! I love pets and do not discriminate against any sexuality.
Hey! I'm a 34 - year old psychology student, studying over at Victoria University in Footscray Park campus. I like to do a bit of cooking, and would love to have a team cook-out with my flatmates or other similar shenanigans. For my free time, I'm mainly focusing on my studies, and going to the gym. I value cleanliness and consideration above all else. Looking for like-minded individuals who want to live in a clean, calm (especially at night-time), and pleasant environment. I don't have too much of my own stuff, so I'm ideal for households that don't want the property to be crammed with different items. Also for that reason I'm looking for a furnished room. Drop a message and lets have a chat. :)
Im a professional fulltime worker, just recently returned from living and working in Alice Springs. I'm a pretty chilled housemate, very clean. I have all my own furniture and I am looking for someone to share a house longterm with. Im happy to take on a lease but would like a nicer, bigger home up to $700 per week. I have an awesome dog who goes with me everywhere. I love to cook, have people over for dinner but I am not a party goer. I live a pretty quiet life and would like to share a house with someone who is respectful and chilled.
Hi there! I'm Sophie- 24, from Tassie. :) Very friendly and sociable, but also happy to do my own thing. I'll be studying hospital assistance in a couple of weeks, so I'm looking for somewhere in the Western suburbs. I enjoy reading, politics, any animals!, general domestic duties and I'm good with sharing and cleaning communal spaces. Cheers!
The current accommodation I'm in I have lived with this family for almost 8 years without any issues. I'm easy going laid back always on time with rent a neat freak but I am a smoker.
Very friendly and easy to live with Kiwi girl, tidy and quiet, love my own space, non smoker, no problems with the bills or cleaning. No pets, loves to stay active so I'm up early to hit the gym most days. Work 4 days a week and the other three I'm usually seeing a movie, heading out to dinner or chilling at home.
Hello! I am looking to live in a share house. It is important to me that this is a quiet house as I will be entering Honours next year. I also would prefer a desk to be able to fit in the bedroom or a place where I can study undisturbed. I would also like for there to be a BIR or at least free-standing wardrobes provided. In a perfect world, I would love for an ensuite or to at least have my own bathroom. I am a social media moderator so it goes without saying that I am a social being and I would like to live with people who aren't scared to have a chat. If you haven't noticed, I do have my two cats with me - they are pretty chill and interested in lap sitting and hiding some of the time.
Im friendly, outgoing, unflappable and easygoing. Im very respectful and cleaned. Im teacher and undertaking a course to improve my pedagogic skills. I work on radio and really like diversity. Good music, literature, dance, chai-latte, video games and sports -gym- are some of my passions.
Ive just moved over from NZ on Saturday! Im easy going and keep myself busy - I spend most my spare time playing/producing music. I have already started working for a Landscaper in Brooklyn so I'm keen to get settled somewhere i can travel easy to and from..
I am a full time professional. I am 40 years of age and am clean and tidy. I am quiet and respectful, and also value my own space. I am active and enjoy going to the gym. I like to cook, and enjoy good coffee and music. I am an avid reader and am passionate about cinema. I am also well travelled and am always planning my next holiday. I also enjoy a good laugh and make it a point of attending the Melbourne Comedy Festival every year. When I am at home I enjoy a pizza with my housemates, a chat on the couch or a conversation over a home cooked meal. I welcome the opportunity to have the company of one or more housemates.
