I will be predominantly 9-5pm working in the city centre although, will also be required to work away from time to time. My initial contract is for two years, so if the flat share thing works out, I'm happy to continue for that time. I do not know many people in Brisbane so I figured accommodation sharing might be a good way to meet some people. I enjoy a chat and a few beers/wines, but I also enjoy my own space and downtime. Ideally I will share with only one other person and have a private bathroom. However if the house is large and we aren't all cramped in, and there is at least two bathrooms, I will consider living with more than one person. I am looking to share a place so I can continue to work part time while I recover from breast cancer (I have the all clear). I live a healthy and relaxed lifestyle, and am really easy going. I'm happy to cook and clean and help out around the house as much as needed. My 11 year old son is going to Kedron State High next year and I want to move into the catchment area long-term. I have my son with me every second week. He is super quiet and well mannered. We love going out on weekends and during the week he isn't home much, as he has football training twice a week which means he gets home around 8pm and goes to bed. We also regularly spend weekends away visiting family in Toowoomba. I have a well trained 1 year old mini-maltese x silky who can sleep outdoors at night. He isn't a "yapper" and I'm training him to be a therapy dog. If a pet is a dealbreaker, I can send my dog to stay with my mum in Toowoomba. Ideally I'm looking for two bedrooms, but we would move into a large bedroom with space for two beds or a room with a study adjoining or nearby. I do have a cat named Cleo, she is really sweet but does what she likes mostly and that is being outside during the day, and coming in to eat and sleep at night lol.
