Hello! Stating the obvious, my name is Olivia and I'm 18. I'm looking to live with cool people (preferably boys or extremely drama free girls) who are social and laidback. I love going to the gym and having fun, but I'm also very balanced as I work fulltime and enjoy being in a clean household. I also have an awesome small dog that you'd love! Please don't let my age be a deterant as I've been renting for 3 years and working full time for 8. I would also love to pay extra for the master bedroom or my own bathroom but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it and my move date is extremely flexible :) I also have a house full of furniture available Thanks!
Laid back, tidy, mature, friendly gal looking to share with similar aged people. I work part time in hospitality and spend the rest of my time working on my online business. I am sociable and enjoy a wine and a chat after work but also enjoy my alone time. P.s. as much as it saddens me, i am allergic to cats :(
Hi my names Cam, Im a FIFO worker on a 7/7 roster so Im only home half the time. I enjoy getting out and being active. Non smoker, bit of a drinker but nothing outrageous. Clean and tidy, and easy to live with.
21 year old full-time worker looking for a place to live closer to the Brisbane CBD. I am very clean and tidy, I do like to have a wine and cheese on the weekends and also like to keep to myself. I am an outgoing person, however can mix with any type of person.
A clean and tidy person who is respectful of people and property. I also am a relatively good cook, have a sense of humour and enjoy intelligent and interesting conversation.
I'm currently living in a modern two bedroom two bathroom unit in Stafford for $410pw in total, and I'm looking for something similar. Our lease ends on 26 Jan and my housemate is moving in with her partner. The unit is being sold so I need to move out. I have a fridge and washing machine but my housemate owns everything else and is taking it with her. Ideally I'm looking for someone who lounge room furniture, tv etc. I'm a friendly social person and like to have a chat with my housemates. I think getting along with the people you live with is important. I'm clean and tidy and respectful. I'm passionate about fitness, I go to the gym early in the mornings. I love being outdoors and I go to the beach as often as I can. On the weekends I enjoy a drink or few to relax and have fun. I work full time in the city in finance.
Looking for a large room or room with adjoining study for myself and my 11 year old son. I'm very easy going, live a healthy lifestyle. Need to move to reduce rent while I recover from breast cancer and an unfortunate relationship split (no drama or problems there - ties were cut several months ago). I have a very positive attitude, love to cook, can do extra cleaning as I'm not working full time. Getting back into fitness (running, yoga, bike rides etc.). My son is really quiet and polite and can share a room with me (two singles or a bunk in the same room). He has lived in shared accommodation before and is very considerate of others. Others have said they hardly notice him around the house. I am struggling to drive him a long distance to and from his school at Kedron. I have him with me week on/week off, and have an amicable relationship with his father. We like to live a quiet, relaxed lifestyle. In our down time we like to watch Netflix, and Will loves his xbox, soccer, and making videos. We love to play with our gorgeous mini-maltese x silky 12 month old dog who has been trained really well. I am training him to be a therapy dog. He gets along well with other pets and sleeps outdoors at night. He's pretty entertaining actually. Looking for somewhere to stay for a minimum of 6 months until I get back to full time work. I'm a Psychologist, currently not practicing, but doing some side work from home - helping people with job search/resumes - as well as some ad hoc work outside of the home. I'm a non drinker and non smoker. I'm social but also need my downtime/rest at the moment. Rarely have visitors as I meet friends out on occasion, and visit my family in Toowoomba for the weekend regularly on the weekends I have my son. Just looking for a place where we can lay low for a while until I get back on my feet. Very flexible in terms of where we stay and a move date. Prefer a place that isn't a party house. Can provide references. Thanks for considering us :)
Oh well Hey! Hi! hello there everyone. My names Robbie, 24 from Brisbane and would love to find somewhere new to live! Im friendly, fun, social, super caring and relaxed but also respect others and always clean up after myself. Lived out of home for many years, fully independent with licence etc. I prefer the Paddington / Grange sort of area but not too fussed, as long as public transport to the city is nearby I'm happy! If you have any questions, please send me a message sometime!
Hi I'm Whitney, I currently live in Victoria point in the Redlands and I work In Grange in Brisbane, I'm looking for a place close to my work to make travelling time small and also not too expensive to live. I'm currently thinking about getting a dog, I have always wanted one since moving to Brisbane. What I'm looking for is a place I can call home just as much as the persons/ or people living there too and we get along and are on the same level of respect in the house. I work full time hours 40 hours a week plus 8+ hours at a pub each week. If your interested please contact me I'm hoping to find a new place by the new year I have moved too many times in the last year being here already and I just want a stable place for once.
Trying to get my priorities right, one of which includes moving closer to the northside so I can enjoy a few more extra minutes of sleep - because everyone knows that a nurse enjoys that head to pillow-shut-eye time. I'll happily raise my hand and admit that I am a happy little extrovert, because I love meeting new people and have been sharing and caring since I was ten. Just to elaborate on that a bit, I was at boarding school, then did a bit of backpacking, decided I wanted to use my head again which involved living on campus at college whilst at uni and well now I am here in a share house looking to share again. Don't fret though I know the classic signs and symptoms of someone that needs their own space and will happily oblige. I try and make the most of my days off and am always up for an adventure, whether that is a market trip, off for some vitamin D and sea, trying to complete a 1000 piece puzzle or discovering funky new nooks and crannies to eat, drink or watch movies at. If you have any questions just type away. (ps there are 2 of us so looking for two rooms, pls)
I'm a student at QUT about to start my second year in Mass Communication. I'm looking for a third roommate to move into a house preferably in Newmarket, Kelvin Grove, Paddington, Spring Hill area. Looking for friendly, clean and tidy girls! Looking to move out around early to mid February
I am really easy going, flexible person. I can pretty much get along with everyone. I am currently living with a family in the outer suburbs of Brisbane and are looking to move closer to the city around June/July. I'm currently studying a diploma of paralegal services externally. I love going to the beach, being at the gym and I have family in Bris who I like to see on weekends. I don't have any pets but I'm such an animal person!
I am a family-oriented, neat and tidy, non-smoking/drinking/partying, people-friendly, caring, responsible person. I'm looking for unfurnished accommodation (1-2 bedrooms) for myself and my 5 years old daughter. She goes to school in Everton Park. We prefer living close to quite streets, single/double story dwelling, a garage/carport for my car. We've been renting since 2012 & is able to provide reference.
Clean, easy-going, reliable 24 year old female who has a love for wellness and living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy meeting new people and socialising as well as having time to myself. I am open-minded and fun!
I am a student going into my 3rd year of studying criminology. I am very social and love meeting new people, I work at boost juice so I can make a mean smoothie. Located in a quiet street surrounded by parks/walking tracks and busses and the train station are close by. I have signed a 12 month lease and am looking for someone for a 6 - 12 month stay. I'm very easy going and make friends with everyone no matter what age/gender. You will need your own bedroom furnishings and you can also have your own living room if you have the furnishings. This townhouse is close to Wilston village, only 300m to Wilston train station, and has the option of three different bus routes to the city. An easy cycle or walk to RBWH. The room is approximately 2.75 x 3m, plus built-ins, and ensuite with dual access for visitor use. The bedrooms are on different levels. There is a private courtyard off the living room with outside hanging space and room for a potted herb garden. There is plenty of garage storage if you have a bike / surf boards. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the townhouse is fully furnished, most importantly including coffee machine ;-). Apart from the usual, kitchen is also gas and has a dishwasher. Rent includes internet. Other bills to be split are: gas, electricity, water, and a fortnightly cleaner (approx $35 each per fortnight).
While this single-storey brick duplex may not seem like much from the outside, she's got some real inner-beauty. The interior is freshly painted and new ceiling fans have been installed in each room. The kitchen is relatively new (renovated a few years ago) and the bathroom is simple but functional. Technically, there are three bedrooms but the smallest has been turned into a study. The spare room is medium-sized and empty. While there is no built-in cupboard space, there's a spare walk-in wardrobe in the study that you're welcome to utilise. The rest of the house is furnished, so don't stress if all you have is bedroom furniture! The house also has a good sized front and backyard, as well as on-site parking and an abundance of storage space. The location is walking distance from Coles/Aldi/Bottle Shop, as well as several gyms, parks, cafés and restaurants. There is also plenty of public transport options nearby, including buses straight to the RBWH, Chermside Shopping Centre, QUT KG, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane City and Southbank. Looking for someone who is friendly, clean and likes dogs (as you would be sharing the house with a furry companion). Due to the property being a house and not an apartment, would love to have a housemate who doesn't mind occasionally helping me out in the garden.
Only ten minutes to the city, short walk to Wilston station and cafes. The house itself is a beautiful old queenslander, the walls have just been painted, bathroom updated and a huge backyard. The room is good size but has no built ins- I can supply a wardrobe if you need one.
- HUGE open plan living area with timber floors, air con and ceiling fan - 3 generous bedrooms upstairs - all with ceiling fans and built-ins. - Kitchen - dishwasher, stone benchtops and an abundance of cupboards - remote single garage (workshop and storage) - internal laundry - Front deck with panoramic views to Mount Cootha - Yard Maintenance included! Position - there is a bus stop across the road, the train station is only 200m, Windsor Home Zone, CBD and RBH a short drive. PLUS you can still walk to the infamous café/restaurant area of Wilston!
I am a 30yo health professional. Easy going and generally quiet. Work Monday to Friday. Keep busy over weekends usually. I also have a Weimaraner (male 3yo) - he's a gentle giant and I am very mindful of how he behaves.
We are both mature respectful and reasonable people who like to live a quiet lifestyle as we both dont drink . We are outgoing and do our best to keep everyone happy. More than happy to keep our area in the house clean and contribute to keeping the rest of the house clean, more than happy to cook and share a meal and a chat and do what is expected of a good tenant. Currently unemployed and are on government benefits due to our move back from toowoomba so we need to find accomodation as fast as we can but that dosent affect our ability to pay rent and we are actively looking and will take the first opportunity but dont let that change your mind about us as tennants. We are expecting a baby in march and im finding that can be a problem to most people so if you have a room to offer us without that being an issue we will be forever thankful and appreciative dont assume we need ridiculous ammounts of space because of this because we dont we just need a normal sized room pleasw if you can help and offer us something we would love to hear from you thanks for reading this and considering us as tennants.
