I am looking for a room available from February until June then I will be moving interstate. I am respectful, trustworthy and considerate and have full rent history. My spare time I will usually be hiking around the Adelaide hills, relaxing down the beach or in my room reading a book.
Recently visited a mate in Adelaide and im looking to go back and live there for a year. Im really easy to get along with, chilled out and always up for a laugh. I understand the importance of privacy, respectfulness and just normal unwritten rules of a shared house. My arrival date is reasonably flexible, looking for people who are hopefully going for the same reasons as me.. to see as much as possible, party/socialise, chill out and work/study
very easy going social guy. Mature and responsible, yet young at heart. Always willing to help and accommodate where possible. I'm currently on a disability pension My interests include visual arts ( painting and drawing),photography, furniture restoration. I'm not bad with the tools and playing handyman. I enjoy gardening and don't mind taking that responsibility. I L❤VE COOKING! Indian, Thai and Italian are my preferred cuisines. Willing to give anything a go though! ✌️
Will live anywhere as long as it isnt too far North. Laid back, easy to get along with. at uni studying nursing love AFL and go to every crows game. looking for somewhere that people are tidy and respectful of others things.
I'm energetic and friendly I love runs on the beach, food and wine, live music, meeting new people. I work full time in hospitality, and am looking for an easy going house mate who I can be myself around 😊
Just your typical bloke who likes having a beer, joke and just wants to have fun everywhere I go. I like a lot of water sports like surfing, water skiing wakeboarding just to name a few. I grew up in Victor Harbor and have just moved back from QLD. At the moment I'm working part time so I can start studying 👍🏻 I've got a beautiful American staffy who loves people and loves playing in the backyard.
Hey! I am a non smoker, no pets and single. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle and I am looking forward to getting my fitness back after being away overseas for a few years.Ideally I would be living with other non smokers, I find that smokers hang out with smokers and I hate the smell and the habit. Anyways.. I lived in SA once upon a time for most of my life but left for a FIFO job out of Perth about 6 years ago. In adelaide I worked as a dispense technician in pharmacy and used to have a secnd job most of the time in hospitality. Adelaide is still 'home' and I want to create a life here that makes me want to stick around. This is where you come in.. I want a good housemate that is mature enough to co-habitat as I am not looking for another parent and I want us both to feel free to live our lives. Of course its nice to live with someone that might notice if you went missing or made you some left over salad in the fridge but we dont need to be besties. I have lived with a couple people in the past, mainly guys and it's worked out well! I grew up with the sisters so I know all too well that too many women isn't always a great thing. I have never lived wit a couple and have only heard on here say that it isnt always the greatest experience but I would be open to it. Having worked away and lived in camps I have enough maturity to openly discuss any issues and would be open for you to do the same. I dont want to drive you insane with a simple habit Im unaware of that if I knew about I wouldnt have kept doing. I remember having someone that was particular about how the towel was left sitting after you dry your hands on it.. easy one to be mindful of :) same goes for me. I want to be able to say hey, when you put the bin bag next to the bin and not in it it drives me bonkers! My general habits. I drink on occasion, usually a couple wines with or without company :) I dont really go out drinking a whole lot as I feel those days are a little over and most of my Adelaide friendship groups are filled with professionals or people with children. I dont watch a lot of TV so I wont be up to date on your latest show but I can eargerly listen :) Im a people person, happy to chat and love a good DnM at the right time with the right people. I used to be quite into fitness and looking to get that relationship back into my life. I will be workng full time however i am currently not working (i arrived back in Australia directly before Christmas and just did a week in Darwin) I will be working soon. I tend to like working lots of hours at once and then having a few days off- should the industry and the south Australian job market allow for that. In summary I am an easy going girl who grew up in a rural suburb so i know how to mow a lawn and kill a spider, just dont ask me to kill anything with hands and fur cos I tend to stay away from meat. I am mindful of what I put in my body (except for the odd day where cadbury gets the better of me) and I can be practical. I am pretty upfront without being that rude person and I am looking for a home. If you have got to this point, Great! I think meeting the right housemate is just important if not more important than the space. I am looking for an area close to Semaphore, however I am not seasoned on what all the areas nearby are called. So if you contact me about a place five minutes away from Semaphore I may be unaware. If I am not in Semaphore I would like to be north of the city or Port Adelaide or somewhere with parklands or nature nearby. The places I have been looking include SEMAPHORE, LARGS BAY, PETERHEAD, BIRKENHEAD, GLANVILLE ETC Also I have stated 4 months and a move date- this is negotiable. This is basically becuase I dont know what I will be doing for work. I dont want to go jumping into a six month lease when I dont know what I am doing but in order to work out what I am doing I need to be stable enough that where I am living is not on the forefront of my mind. At the same time I dont want to set up shop for a month only to move again in four weeks.
I'm 28, and working full-time. I have a small, old female dog that mostly just sleeps. She is very well behaved and i have had her in rental properties before with no problems. I'm quiet and friendly, love a good TV marathon & a glass of cheeky wine or two.
Hi there, We are loving considerate couple from Sydney. We are looking to make a new home in Adelaide. We are respectful of others and do like our personal space but are also heaps sociable when engaged. We also do like to cook and keep things tidy. We are easy to get along with and are quite easy going. Please do not hesitate to message if you have any questions.
Originally from the Western suburbs and am looking to get back to my roots. I'm easy to get along with and am very neat and tidy. I work as an Interior Designer and enjoy using my spare time to do something creative, checking out local markets, cooking/baking, going down the beach and spending time with my family and friends. Hoping to find a place where my housemate will eventually become my friends, but I also respect that people need their own space too.
I'm fun and easy going. Love good company and discussing any topic of interest. Love heritage architecture and architecture in general. Love bird watching, walking, cycling. Have a good sense of humour and genuinely like to be amongst people. Very well groomed and exceptionally tidy and house proud. In closing a definate asset to any household.
Hi! I'm Brogan, I'm 26 year old female, living in Semaphore at the moment. I work full time in dental. I'm a social person and always up for a good laugh, eating out, getting outdoors or simply staying in and veging out. I'm very tidy/clean (think it's my occupation that makes me this way haha), respectful of others, honest, trustworthy, bubbly, I'm country born and bred and a pretty happy go lucky gal! My friends would say I'm funny and quirky but have a big heart (...thats what they tell me anyway haha). Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi all, my name is Kaitlin and I am 19 years old. I have recently completed my diploma and am currently working in retail until I gain employment in my field of choice. I'm looking forward to moving out of my parents home and gaining some more independence. I believe I'm easy to get a long with but I also respect personal space. I'll make sure rent is paid on time and I pull my weight when it comes to housework. I also don't mind a sneaky drink or two 💃🏻 Look forward to hearing from you 😁
I consider myself very friendly person. I respect others choices and like to communicate on mutual respect of there living. I am a tidy person that's always picking up after things. More of an outdoors person but still will like to have days of veging out watching movies. Would prefer to be able to come and go as I please as I do work at the Palai hotel so can be various hours of the day/night.
Get on well with others.clean and tidy.respect others and keep to myself.I have a very cute and friendly little dog.I have been in Adelaide for the last 10 years.would like to find a nice place away from the city.my little dog loves the beach.I love cleaning and cooking, and taking my dog for walks.I am a light smoker,I only smoke outside.
Im a very sociable 25 year old, I grew up in the country so I'm very kind and down to earth. I get along very well with males, but would consider moving in with females of the same age and interests. More female friends are a must! I love cooking, going to the gym, beach, and having a few drinks with friends when i have the opportunity. Ill be studying a Diploma of Interior Design in January at Tonsley so looking for house within reasonable distance to that location as I'm currently in the northern suburbs. also willing to team up and start a share house.
I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.

I`m very friendly and sociable, but I also respect people`s need to be alone. I enjoy cooking, reading, skateboarding and cycling and many other activities. I`m very organised and like to keep my surroundings tidy and clean.
I love good banter, pretty chilled, easy to get along with, fairly active! Love getting amongst the outdoors and spend any spare minute on the beach. In saying that - chilled nights in with some mates and a beer or wine are a fav! LOVE to cook, and don't mind doing my share of the housework. I am a very active/hands on person so i love to make sure my surroundings whether inside or out in the garden are comfortable clean and welcoming :) I am a music producer and work daily with my UK crew, even though i may seem like a recluse, I am constantly creating and trying to keep the creative flow alive so i tend to keep to myself and my work more often then not. I have the most amazing soul in the form of mans best friend, my dog Bosco! :) He is a 2.5yrold American Staffy X Rhodesian Ridgeback and is FULLY trained from 6weeks old when I first got him :) But the only way to describe him is to not and leave it up to meeting him and finding out for yourself and falling inlove with him like almost absoloutely ANYONE who gets to know him does lol :) (He is not the first dog i have trained/owned so i can assure you that by fully trained i mean inside and out! ) *** AND YES HE IS CAT SAFE AND FRIENDLY! He just wants to play and be happy with all walks of life!*** I love to cook also and when I do socialize and pull myself away from producing I usually love to cook and share with others as i believe good food should be enjoyed by all. I walk Bosco twice a day (times of day and night can be very irregular due to setting my own work hours and dealing with overseas time zone differences) and also pick up at least a night or two's work at my friends newly opened Cafe.

Hey guy's and girls! Well now that my house mate has left to go back to Perth, we need a new one! What do you get when you live here? You get a beautiful, modern 3 bedroom dwelling - one of which will be yours! There's a modern kitchen' and spacious living room and bathroom you can use as well. The kitchen and living area's all feature modern furnishing's including both a large stainless steel fridge and microwave in the kitchen as well as a 6 person dining setting for those nights when you want to wow your friends with your best cooking skills! Love your shopping? Well this place is locaton location location. You're within 10 minutes of not 1 but 4 shopping precincts (Westfield West Lakes, Armada Arndale Kilkenny, Port Canal Shopping Centre Port Adelaide & Churchill Shopping Centre Kilburn) plus their is a Foodland Supermarket which is literally a 3 min walk from here each way. Don't like cooking - the pub up the road has $5 schnitty's everyday #bargain! Public transport is excellent for those who dont have a car. The bus stop is literally 30 seconds away on either side of the road, and the bus's run every 15 mins. For those that do drive, your about 5 mins from the port, or 10-12 mins drive from Adelaide City Centre. So how much does it cost to live in this well located modern abode? All this can be yours for $120 per week plus an even split of the utilities (and supply your own food - given the myriad of supermarkets around that should be easy right?!). I need to mention that the landlord will not allow any more pets here, so unfortunately we can not accept anyone who has pets. Fish, turtles etc are an exception ;) Sounds like the place to be? Well don't delay, send me a message with a bit about yourself and we can go from their!!!
Beautiful house in a quiet street and safe area. 2 Big bedrooms available, each containing a double bed, desk, lamp and wardrobe. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the house to the train station, the train takes 15 minutes approximately to the CBD. Very suitable for Adelaide University and set up for students seeking quality accommodation. There is a swimming pool, bbq and large outdoor area. Inside the house, is a modern kitchen, a brand new dual basin bathroom and there is two toilets. Great facilities and close to park, shops and beach. Unlimited ADSL2 wifi internet included & can pick you up from airport.
Royal Park, only 5 mins to the beach and Westfield West Lakes shopping centre/cinema etc and about 20 mins into the city. I rent this house and have been here for about 4 years now and quite like it here. It's a modern house and you would have your own bathroom (main bathroom as I have an ensuite) and also remote control garage. Security shutters also on bedroom windows and great air cond/heating. I would be asking $170 per week not including utility bills (due quarterly) or internet (monthly) but would go halves in them when they arrive. It is fully furnished but you would need your own bed. Not sure if this would help you out but may be somewhere to start! Please feel free to ask me any questions or let me know if you are not interested. Take care and hope to hear from you soon.
Hey, I'm currently living in Henley Beach with family... looking to move in with someone/people of my own generation, hopefully still in the area! I'm easy going, very sociable, tidy, working full-time mostly from home (I occasionally travel interstate on visits).. Love the beach, love a vino in the sunshine and love my food :)
