I work in the area and also work in the city. I generally like to maintain a clean house hold due to many years working as a Steward in the yachting industry. Well traveled and cultured. I enjoy cooking as much as I love ordering out or going up the road to try a new restaurant. I try and keep active by walking or regular gym sessions, then again I do love going out for a few beers. I'm a huge AFL fan and like to watch a game with a pizza every so often. All for having a chat but I do enjoy my downtown, sleep is pretty important to me. But all in all I'm pretty chilled out to live with and look forward to becoming mates with some new people.

My name is Alyy and Im a house proud 23 year old fulltime childcare worker and cook. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, cook a nice meal, spend time with friends or enjoy the outdoors. I also like my privacy and spending time relaxing on my own. I'm quiet, responsible and clean. Have never missed a week of rent and always clean up after ourselves. My lease is due to end on July 6th and I cannot renew as I can't afford the high rent anymore with my partner off work due to injuries. We are not sure where we are going to live straight away as our parents don't have room for us, so a share house for a few months seems like the best option until we can find a decent caravan/other option. I have 3 cats that may need to come with me.. if there are issues with that I can just take 1 but would prefer to keep them together. They all have individual personalities and are trained well. I keep up with their cleaning on a daily basis and they are well looked after. My partner (is 24yo) and I would prefer to live together if the price is affordable for us, otherwise it will be just myself and 1-3 cats and he will visit often. I can't afford more than $150 per week for all of us. (inc or not inc bills). If you can help us out with a temporary home please contact me. Thank you! Also if you have a caravan for rent or sale let me know!

Will be moving down from Central Queensland for a FIFO role to Olympic Dam as a Radiation and Occupational Hygiene Specialist (7on/7off roster) and keen to get to know Adelaide and explore. I love hiking and fishing and where possible will be heading back North to see my partner and my gorgeous Husky- so if you like having a barely there housemate I would be perfect. I enjoy spending time with my housemates and like to cook, visit markets, garden, go to yoga/gym as well as time to myself reading a book or chilling with netflix. Not keen to be in a house where drugs are used! Im hoping to buy a house in Adelaide so really looking for 3-6 months lease from the 6th July of thereabouts and a furnished room so that I can move all my stuff from QLD in one go (unless you have a shed which would be amazing!).
Hi I'm Mitch, I am moving from Perth in a new work position at HARDI. I am currently a sales support coordinator and will move into a service/technical service support role. I am a honest, friendly, trustworthy and respectful person, who enjoys a good laugh. I enjoy playing a range of sports including golf, cricket and a bit of football. I also play guitar, so if you don't mind a little bit of noise every now and again and like to listen to music then I'm the right person. I don't mind to have a beer or two over the weekend and to head down to a pub for a meal. I am currently now a 100% sure the exact date I will be moving over as the company is looking for someone to take over my role here in WA. thanks,
I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.
Hi there. I am moving to Adelaide to start a great job. My job starts on 13/06/17 so I would like to move in on 10/06/17. I am easy going and friendly - like my own space but happy to socialise a bit and have an occasional meal together / glass of wine and chat :) I am not a vegetarian so will be enjoying an occasional steak :) I enjoy outdoor sports:golf/boogie boarding/mountain bike riding/sailing/hiking/fishing. I also enjoy doing art work. I am hoping to find a place nearby to do yoga. Ideally, I would like a large furnished queen room with own bathroom, in a fairly quiet household, with all bills and internet included. Pool would be nice :)
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hi I'm Marianne :) I'm 23 years old and I work full time for the Government, so you wouldn't really see too much of me through the week. I'm super friendly and fairly social on the weekends! I enjoy catching up with friends most weekends, but do like to stay at home now and again. I'm super easy going and more than happy to have a chat or give you your privacy if you prefer :) A lot of my friends and family live in the southern suburbs so often on weekends I always find myself travelling out to catch up with them. I'm lots of fun but also respect that everyone loves a bit of me time! I've got bedroom furniture, so an unfurnished bedroom would be perfect! I'm clean, reliable and keep the house tidy! I've always had a lot of respect for properties and neighbours, due to renting for the last 4 years. I also have a car, so a car space/secure street parking would be needed. Please no calls :)
I work full-time for Telstra as a field technician mostly 6 days a week. I'm looking to move preferably North haven , Henley beach, port Adelaide, semaphore, large bay or somewhere really close to the beach, I would also consider moving to northern suburbs as I have family there. I'm pet friendly, honest, trustworthy and respectful. I'm into the universe, nature, photography, music, gaming I'm easy to get along with and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space at times as well. Looking for an honest, chilled person, 420 friendly to apply for rental properties with Peace
I am clean, friendly, fun and considerate. I am a spiritual person who is in to chanting and meditation. I like the occasional glass of wine. I am a non smoker. I love animals. I am not a party animal more of an out to dinner, dinner with friends, movies etc. I like to travel and sing. I am happy to have a chat and watch netflix or stick to my own devices. I am respectful and pretty easy going.
Early retired due to some health issues, friendly but usually keep to myself not an overly chatty soul but will share a meal and bottle of wine on occasion. I need more space than a single room to do my sewing, painting, paper crafting, outside undercover available for bigger upcycled projects. anything creative. I like to cook, Sci Fi Geek, SoIaF (GoT) sustainability, caring for the planet, gardening. I already have most of the home furniture which is another reason I prefer to establish a place myself/with another person so there is equal identity on the home. Don't really feel it's fair to pay half the properties rent and be confined to a single room. I have black kitten who is my comfort animal and not negotiable. she's very devoted and hardly leaves my side.
Near new townhouse with access to indoor heated pool, gym, sauna, spa and steam room. Near train and bus transport. Your own bedroom with balcony and own private bathroom. Furnished but need your own bedroom furniture.
Hi, I am Chantelle, a 20yo student looking for an awesome place to live! i find myself to be creative and a bit artistic, i love to read, write and have a knack for sketching and drawing, currently keen on the anime genre! i am often quiet at first but when i get to know people more, feel more comfortable i open up like a book (specifically, a horror book - my favourite genre). I am also considerate, bubbly, enjoy a good conversation and good company while being respectful of others privacy and space. i am currently studying a Cert III in Hospitality full time and am currently applying for work, so if you know of any places hiring, give me a dial! i am focused on looking for quiet, friendly, easy going housemates, preferably less than 30, who share a mutual respect for home but also enjoy a drink and friendly chat and shared meals occasionally as well. If you think your somewhere could be our somewhere, then drop me a line! I look forward to hearing from you, Chantelle
About the house… Two bedroom open plan living, tidy cottage. Modern facilities and very comfortable to live in. Bedroom is unfurnished. All other white goods are already in the property. Room for another couch in the lounge room and happy for you to try and fit other furniture/belongings throughout, make yourself at home. Close to Port Adelaide and Semaphore. Cool bars and cafes only a stone’s throw away. Beach is a 5min drive, 15min walk. Reverse cycle heating and cooling in the living area only, but house is fairly well insulated. 25 min drive to the city up Port Road. 7min walk to Peterhead railway station on the outer harbour line, with express trains running regularly during peak hours. Secure backyard, with great outdoor entertaining area. Not a clean freak but like to keep the place tidy, I would expect the same of my new housemate. As per most leases, we are expected to maintain the garden. If you could help there too, that would be appreciated. Fairs fair, 50/50 on chores where possible. New housemate will need to go on the lease. Bond is approx. $1000. Lease at this stage is until Feb 2018, with the possibility of extending. Inspections take place once every three months. Bills will be split 50/50. We pay all of the water, not just useage as per lease. On average power bills are around $350 every three months, gas is normally around $200. I like to conserve power where possible; save the environment and keep things affordable. Internet is $60 a month, my old housemate has to contract so we may have to roll that over.
Fairly modern house...plenty of space within a 4 bedroom house as it would just be the two of us, the room can be either furnished or unfurnished, you will essentially have your own bathroom and half the house to yourself, internet included in rent. House has all mod cons, air conditioning, heating etc, I have two dogs so unfortunately if you have a dog I can't have any more... but if you don't and love dogs then this is the home for you! Outdoor area has small pool table and darts board, BBQ for entertaining... don't worry I'll mow the lawns ;) If you are fitness minded there is also a gym in the front room... mainly weights but there is a bike as well.... oh plus a 65" curved TV with surround sound so movie nights are the best... also i have foxtel too haha.
This is my first time moving out I am just trying to find trust worthy people I am reliable honest and clean my main focus is getting a full time hospitality job do some further study and eventually live by myself. I will hardly be home and on the days I am I'm just laid back watching movies. I believe in even work loads, so sharing chores and maintain a clean healthy environment.
I am a clean organised country girl who will basically keep to myself most the time in saying that I do live to chat. I am currently working part time and studying full time. I am looking for a little bit of a modern place with at least a double bed and room for my clothes Would rather bills included and Internet as well. I would rather a place with no bond or someone who will let me slowly pay the bond off. I am currently looking for about a 6 month stay but for the right place with the right location possibly longer. I would love a place not to far away from Henley beach or Woodville

Hello my name is Jade and I'm studying to be an Aged Care Personal Carer. I love my course and I'm looking forward to making a difference in people's lives by giving people assistance to support their independence in life which is totally close to my heart. Currently I work casual/part time as an Admin contractor however this will be changing once I graduate from my course in July and I begin my new career as a Carer. As a housemate, I'm kind, responsible, respectful and I'm wonderfully housetrained lol. I pay my rent and bills on time and I live a quiet lifestyle. I'm happy to chat to my housemates when we catch up and I'm happy going about my day independently fulfilling what I need to do to make a positive difference in life. My hobbies include, reading, Netflix, gardening, walking, Apple puzzle games and many more hobbies. Ideally I'm looking for a home with housemates who genuinely love life and have past the partying stage of their life. People who have followed their heart or want to make a difference in life. For example in their career or hobby or in their dreams in life or are in the beginning stages of bringing about this type of change in their life. For example, a person who followed their heart to become a singer so they could one day create a choir for people who have a disability to bring enjoyment to their lives or a person who dreamed of becoming lawyer so he could change the legal system to help those who are less fortunate have an equal voice/opportunity as those who are greatly fortunate for example or those who love their job in a Charity Store doing all from their heart to find new ways of selling donated goods so that more and more people will have the funds to prevent them living on the streets for example and many, many more examples a person has chosen to create or change or make a difference in life.
