Open to establishing a new house share or moving into an already established house share with no more than 2 others.

Hi all, I'm Sarah. I am new to the Brisbane area, originally I am from the Gold Coast and decided on a change. I work part-time at a factory in Rocklea and my hours can get pretty odd, by that I mean I can finish at 2am some mornings. I'm respectable, neat and tidy. I have no problem with pets however, I prefer dogs over cats if I had a choice. If you have any questions don't hestitate to ask. I can supply a rent history and home share history.

Looking for all-female house/flat close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'm potentially interested in other areas besides these - further east or north.
Non-smoker but will live with smokers as long as its kept outside. Neat and tidy, I leave things as I find them and expect the same courtesy. Study and work keep me busy but when I am not doing either of these I can usually be found at a gym. When at home I am quiet and certainly not into invasive music etc. Otherwise very easy going, polite, friendly and respectful and am seeking same within a residence.
Hello Everyone! I am looking for a room/shared room/bed. I am 36 years old male. I don’t smoke and neither takes any kind of alcohol. I am a vegetarian and like to cook at home, though I am not a good cook. I don’t mind living with a meat lover. I am a tidy person and clean myself. I respect others privacy, always willing to share a light talk or a get together to know people and make good friends. My personality is friendly, quiet, professional, easy-going, honest, reliable, clean, and respectful. I have already lived in USA and Oman as I worked in these countries. So, I have experience of living with people with different cultures. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via email or mobile. Thanks for reading my ad and have a good day! Cheers
Firstly, I'm looking to move around the end of April so putting the feelers out there early. Secondly, I lovevanimals so if you have pets then great! Or if you don't, then I'd still prefer a property that allows pets because I plan to get a fur baby of my own! =D Now that that's out of the way, I'm really just looking for some place to call home with some like-minded people. I'm generally clean and like to live in a hygienic environment, but I am certainly not uptight about these things. I don't care if things aren't always 100% tidy all the time, as long as everyone is making an effort to keep it a nice, comfortable place to live then it's all good! Also, I work full-time as a design technician. Hooray for work. I'm vegetarian and I like to cook my own food at home most of the time. Bit of a gamer as well, so I like to have access to a decent internet connection and I try to balance out the nerdyness with a good dose of fitness a few times a week. Having said that, the gym isn't really my thing.. I prefer cycling out to somewhere new for an adventure or something a bit different like rock-climbing.. That, and I don't own a car so I generally ride or walk anywhere I need to go. Overall, I'm looking mainly for a place to settle down for the next year or so with some good people who want to have a nice home. Definitely down for doing team-ups. Currently all I really have is some cutlery and cookware, so I am happy to work with anyone to get a house furnished as well as possible. So yeah, that's about all for now. If anything I've said tickles your fancy then feel free to call or text me. We could always have a few casual hang-outs first to see how things go. Toodle-oo!
I work full time and study part time. Currently living in Brisbane and wanting to move back to the coast. Transferring with work around the 20/02/17. I'm very busy with work and uni, I like to keep active and social. I'm clean, tidy and respectful.
Hello!! I'm Eliza, I'm 21 years old. I'll pretty well say what everyone else does, but it is true. I am a super respectful and tidy person (no really, I'll do your dishes if you leave them out but I don't mind - as long as you tidy up sometimes). I'm a very sarcastic person and most of the time I'm laughing. I work full time in Indooroopilly, and I would like to be within a fifteen minute drive to work. My current 45 minute+ commute is literally driving me nuts. Pun intended. I would genuinely like to hang with my future 'roomies' - however I do like my own time as well. I'm not too much of a partier, so if it's a party household then we won't suit. However I would partake in the occasion drink of a night time with my room mates. My max budget is $250 p/w including bills. I can move in April, however that can be moved forward a little. I would like more of a long term lease as well. This will be my first time moving out but I'm very independent so there won't be any dramas. Please feel free to message me if my little novel above didn't cover anything. :)
Outgoing career focus, genuine and minding my own business Right now I'm based in Sydney and relocating the coming couple of weeks to QLD, prefer to be close to SpringField Lakes or Forest lakes. Please do let me know Sam
I'm a student working part time doing bar tending/waitering at hotels with 30+ hours every week. So I usally work nights and come back at odd hours of the night but I make sure I'm super quite cause I'm respectful of everyones sleep. Basically if I'm not at work, I tend to be at a desk studying or out playing or watching sport. I'm a really nice and clean person, I clean up after myself and use my manners and I socialise alot after I get to know people. I'm always courteous in asking for things first, like if my girlfriend can stay for a night etc. I have a king size bed with side tables and a bit of workout equipment but that's all other than I need somewhere to study. So either I can buy a desk for my room or if there is a study available that would be a perfect world to me. So about me.. I'm studying diploma of business to get into university next year, I play Rugby union so I train alot and I like playing board games with friends or just Xbox in spare time. I'm very social after i get to know someone. I'm a Christain and my parents are New Zealand so that's my ethical background. I've got a girlfriend who is lovely and I usally stay over her house a bit too. Hope you'll consider me as a roomie :)
G'day! Im Greg, and clean, quiet and easy going bloke. Who does like a discussion lol. By April 2nd, i will be well into my final semester of uni and am looking for a place to stay for a few months before I head out bush for work after graduation (as a teacher). I also currently work two jobs, as a personal trainer and an uber driver. I do have a dog, which i would love to bring with me, but also am aware the difficulty that can pose - so i do have somewhere he can stay for those few months before graduation if need be. Looking forward to having a chat! :) Happy to stay anywhere in west or south brisbane for the most part :)
Hi guys, I am a very respectful, down to earth, honest and tidy person. I am working in the area and currently residing in the Gold Coast, so I am hoping to trial the area for 4 weeks with the possibility of staying on. I am extremely easy to live with & I work from 7am to 7pm, so would barely be home, I will always respect others privacy, belongings and all things concerned, including yourself. I love to have a good laugh and am always up for some music playing, movies, laughs ect. Hope to hear from you Phil
