Hi Everyone, I'm a post grad student at UWA. I'm looking for a place to stay, preferably near QEII medical center or UWA main campus with AC/heat and laundry. I'm very friendly, neat/tidy, and easy-going. Currently it's just me, but my fiance will be coming down in a year's time, so a place that accepts couples down the road would be appreciated. Feel free to get in touch! :)
I am a quiet non-drinker, non-smoker anxious introvert who likes to pay things on time and keep to herself as much as possible. I love playing games, writing, reading, walking, spending time with my partner (who lives in the UK, when he visits I am happy to pay for an agreed upon amount of increased rent) and friends (online). I also like to cook and keep things neat and simple. I love pets and looking after mine, I have a dog who will be eight years old in November, he's an australian shepherd that loves people and other animals, and loves to behave like a cat by sleeping all day. I also have a fishtank and would like to get a secound one when I move out, or a low maintenance cat. I don't like having misunderstandings between myself and others, and prefer to sort out differences as soon as possible with words and compromises if necessary. I love my privacy and will respect yours and your boundaries. I've been told I'm undemanding, a good listener, and non-judgemental of people's flaws. I've lived in Perth all my life, and I'm looking to gain more independence and move closer to my uni so I can study easier.
I work as a disability support worker visiting people in their homes around the western suburbs. I'm friendly, creative, musical, honest, neat, healthy, and have respect for all walks and forms of life. I love mixing electronic music, PS4 and running. I have a strong belief that we are intimately connected within and without our universe.
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 3 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a cool neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, pleasant, friendly place to live with cool and drama-free people 😊 I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden studying a Bachelor in Peace and Conflict Studies and I'm arriving in Perth July 19. I'm really looking forward to study and live in Perth, but I do need a place to stay until around November 18. I'm easy to live with and I both like to hang out with friends and being on my own. I like to keep my room clean and organized and I always pay my rents on time. I'm a non smoking person and would like to live in a place where smoking is not allowed. In my sparetime I love to do sports and training and during my time in Perth I hope to be able to discover the city and it's surroundings and do a lot of fun activities. Best regards, Frida

Hello, I'm Delen, a French student, coming to Perth to study at UWA as an exchange student. I love meeting people and debating during hours. I'm naturally outgoing and easygoing. I adore laughing and having fun. However, I also enjoy the down times (where you can find me reading a book or writing). I adore connecting and trying new things but I think that respect is extremely important in society life, particularly respect of boundaries and personal space. Growing up with a fussy mother made me a tidy person who enjoys living in a clean environment. I can't wait to discover life in Perth, Australia and its people.

Currently seeking a room to rent within the next two weeks. I’ve been house sharing for the past 3 years in Maida Vale. I work six days a week and am very quiet/friendly and easy to live with as I know how to clean up after myself. I’ve been working in real estate for more than 4 years and have a strong background in how a property should be kept :)

Originally from Adelaide. Will move to Perth in Mid-August working full-time as a radiation therapist at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital. Friendly and outgoing person. Looking for a room to stay for a minimum of 6 months with the potential of contract extension. As I work full time, I enjoy quiet and laid back week nights watching tv and footy during the weekend. I love to socialise but am not a big partier. I also like to have my own time, and hoping to find someone with familiar sense. Will willing to contribute to cleaning the house as well as my own room.
I currently work full time and live in an apartment by myself. I am looking for another person who is interested in teaming up to find a new place for us to move into. I do have a dog (a mini dachshund) who I love to bits and will also be a roomie :) As I work full time I enjoy quiet and laid back week nights. I like watching shows on Netflix with a glass of wine and a couple of snackaroos. I love to socialise but am not a big partier. Just looking for a roomie that is chill and is up for some banter and laughs. On the weekends I enjoy taking my dog for walks, going to breakfast or out for drinks with my friends, going to the movies and also just relaxing at home. I am also a very clean person.

I like to be social, but am very respectful of others privacy and likewise sometimes enjoy relaxing in my own space. I am independent, respectful, don't smoke and pay rent on time, so very easy to live with.
