Hey! I’m currently working full time as a high school teacher. I’m still living at home at the moment but am interested in getting out into my own space so on here just to have a browse to see what's on offer. I'm not in a rush to move out but am keeping an eye out for a private room with ensuite that’s a little closer to work and the beach ☀️ I'm clean, organised (to some degree of OCD) and really considerate of others’ needs. Outside of work, I go to the gym almost everyday and enjoy living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I also love meeting new people and am always down for a couple of social bevs 🥂
I am a clean and friendly 28 year old looking for a place to call home with my puppy dog, Aria. Aria is 2 years old, super sweet and gets along well with other dogs. Working 8-4 Monday to Friday in the CBD, currently in procurement for a resources company. Weekdays & nights for me are all about keeping fit, getting outdoors as much as possible with Aria, cooking vego meals and baking chocolate brownie (far too frequently!). Some of my interests - beaching, bush walks, triple j, cooking, reading, brunch, pot plants (obsession!), house decorating, catching up with friends and board games. I'm not a big drinker or party animal, my life focus is being balanced, healthy & happy. I'm originally from Busselton (moved up for uni) and my folks still live down there so often visit them on long weekends. Where I am currently has sold so I need to move out by Dec 14 :)
Hi, My name is Damien I am seeking a room in a house or an apartment with a outdoor area sharing with one or more other people. I'm friendly and good company although I like my peace and quiet as well. I have a commerce degree from the UWA and have been doing a beginners course in horticulture at TAFE. I enjoy the outdoors and travel. I like most pets. Riding distance to the train and hopefully walking distance from the bus. I know the western suburbs quite well. I am willing to do a tryout for maybe a month. I look forward to hearing from you: Kind regards, Damien:
From Perth and work full time for a not for profit. I’m quiet, clean, easy going, thoughtful. I enjoy being with friends, working out, and a couple of drinks here and there - not looking for a party house.
Running an online business and also studying website design, sales and marketing. Electrician by trade so handy around the house and used to work as a dive instructor. I Like the gym, bike rides, occasional wakeboard should practice more, bbqs, few drinks on the weekends, looking to get back into kitesurfing this summer. I’m social, but also like my own space sometimes. Love a bit of banter, so looking for fun people. Also clean up after myself, I never leave a mess. Room has to be big enough for a desk, wardrobe, chest of draws. Also a little storage for camping equipment, somewhere in the house.
Hey, I study vet nursing online and have an array of jobs to keep me afloat while I study. I am from Perth but moved to cairns and was living there for two years, now that I'm back I really want to be living out of my parents house but still within the western suburbs. I hate a messy house, so keep my stuff clean and tidy. I love to cook and spend time in the outdoors. Looking for someone people to sharehouse with to keep living cost at a reasonable level.
Hello!! I’m moving to WA from Adelaide at the end of December and am looking for a place to call home. Ideally after a place close to the beach, but open to whatever is out there! Gender, etc not an issue. Preferably wanting to live with people around the same age however - sorry grandma. Similar interests is a plus!! As a housemate I'm super easy going, very tidy, really enjoy my alone time but always down for a yarn/drink/movie night/whatever. I’m respectful of shared spaces, house rules, quiet hours, etc. I spend my free time adventuring, watering plants, drinking coffee, hitting the beach, hanging out in the sun, skating, going for bike rides, going to gigs, spinning records and giving stick and pokes. I’m a musician, so always playing tunes, but know when it’s not the time - don’t worry!! Loves the memes. I’m currently working as a technician for a healthcare company, although undecided what I want to do once I’m over there - maybe continue in healthcare, sling beers or start that landscaping business I always talk about. Who knows! Hmu if there's anything else you'd like to know. We can conduct an interview over FaceTime or something for a laff. Peace! (^:
I study full-time and work part-time in hospitality. In my spare time I like going to the beach, failing miserably to read books. When I'm not working I like winding down to a TV show or a movie over a beverage. I'm tidy, easy-going and I have plenty of experience living in share-houses. I appreciate my own space and respect people of the same mindset.
Looking for someone to take my place in a lovely sharehouse in Shenton Park. The room available is a double bedroom; it’s probably around 4x5m. It easily fits a queen size bed, desk, and wardrobe, and sofa without being cramped. The house is only a 5 minute walk to Shenton Park train station and bus stops with routes to UWA. It’s located right in between Claremont and Subiaco, and is also just a 2 minute walk to Shenton Park lake! The house is an old Shenton Park character home with wooden floorboards and ornate ceilings. It has a huge open plan living area and kitchen, and nice courtyard decked with a table and hung lights for entertaining. The house has lots of natural light, and high ceilings. There is reverse cycle airconditioning in the living area, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The high ceilings mean the bedrooms stay nice and cool in summer!
Hello, Due to a relocation for work, I am looking for a new place to live. I'm a teacher looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to move into mid December. In my spare time I prefer to be keeping active & fit, spending time with friends & family, or exploring. I am easygoing, clean, respectful and organised!
If you are looking for a cosy and clean, well-located room for rent around UWA, SCGH, Perth Children's Hospital, Harry Perkins Research Institute and Subiaco, you should not let go of this house. We are located in Shenton Park with easy public transport access right in front of the house to the city, UWA, claremont and Fremantle. The house oversees a vibrant oval with a running/walking track, that is full of activity on weekends, and is within 5 min walking distance to a 24h IGA, a post office, pharmacy, a couple of cafes and restaurants. We are also not too far from the cafe stretch in Subiaco. King's Park is also very accessible if you intend to cycle or even take a leisurely stroll. So location is fantastic for hospital staff or UWA students or even if you work in the CBD.. This is a 3-bedroom townhouse, that you would be sharing with a dentist and a UWA postgraduate student. There is one shared bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs near the laundry area. There is a small backyard with space to hang out your washing and a front yard that can be taken care of by the real estate's gardeners. There is a covered car port that is available. The room that is being advertised comes furnished with a queen bed and mattress with one set of bedding. The curtains are able to block out light completely if you wish to. There is a study table and an office chair as well. The room has a built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space and hangers. And its kept very clean, in a move-in anytime state. Feel free to take a look at the photos on the advertisement and drop in for a look. If you are keen, we will make the necessary documentation arrangements with our real estate manager. Move-in date is negotiable but preferably not later than 7 December 2018. Bond: $690 Rent per week (inclusive of water): $165.60 Other bills include internet (monthly) and gas and electricity (every 3 months).
Currently working full time in the city and looking for a like minded girl/girls around my age to live with! I'm clean and respectful and like to keep it pretty chill during the week. On the weekend I’m usually busy with sport commitments or catching up with friends. I’d ideally like to be within walking distance of a train station so it's easy to get to work! My move date is fairly flexible and from December to January.
Hi, I'm Jeline, a girl from Sydney but studying dentistry in UWA. I mostly keep to myself and will respect other housemate's privacy but I'm always down for a chat or having tea together :) I enjoy exploring new cafes (foodie), going out for walks and running. I'm mature, clean and tidy - will ensure common spaces remain neat. Reference available from previous landlord if required.
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A ROOM TO RENT IN PERTH? ARE YOU FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND GENERALLY CHILL? WE NEED YOU!! We are a diverse, tight knit group of housemates studying various masters' at UWA. English, Iranian, Kenyan and a Chinese. The room is a spacious, clean, high ceilinged room complete with AC, heater and avant-garde lighting. Large garden, smoking area and living room, bathroom shared with 2 dudes. We usually like to hang out in the evenings, relax, watch some far-out shows on Netflix or slaughter hordes of Zombies :) We can't fit another couple in here sorry. You must have some level of personal hygiene and be pretty laid back and like cats. Ok PEACE
Hello! I’m currently a final year law student at UWA, looking for a place to stay close to uni for (preferably) minimum year stay. I am mostly at uni or working so I will rarely be at home. If I am, I’m always up for a yarn + wine, or if you prefer, give you your space. Solid rental history, very clean and tidy 🙌
I’m pretty easy going and would like a chilled house to share :) I’m pretty quiet during the week because I work full time but also keen to have a wine and chats in the evening.
Hi guys. Mark is from Perth originally and Julia is from Norway. We're both currently studying at UWA fulltime (med, eng) and are looking at living somewhere close to UWA for next year. We're not really a PDA couple and like living with other people and having the odd drink. Cheers, Mark and Julia
I’m a fun, friendly, and fit health professional, who knows there’s more to life than working a full time job plus 4 part time jobs to pay for my mortgages. 😳 I would love to rent a place with large bedrooms with floor boards, high ceilings, in a character/art deco/federation home. I would like to share a house with 1-2 others to share daily chats, meet new people, and help reduce how much I have to work. After hours I balance my work commitments with playing roller derby and getting to the gym. I am a non-smoker, social drinker, and can eat pretty much anything! I am respectful of others, love animals, and am familiar with sharing a home. I have my own furniture, both for my bedroom and possibly a house, if needed. 😁 I am not in a rush to move so am spending some time to find somewhere that's fits my needs. I look forward to hearing from you.
We are two friends/housemates (accountant and nurse) that have been living together for 3 years. Looking for 1-2 more people (males or females) to rent with. Miki and I are both quite social and like getting out in our spare time. Ideally we'd like to live with people that want to do the same! We are both tidy but appreciate a 'lived in' house as life can get busy sometimes! Send us a message if you're interested! Looking for a 4 bedroom house with max rent $200 each per week. We are also open to joining people who have an existing house. Our current lease is up in JAN 2019
I'm a Brazilian moving to Perth in early February 2019 to do a Ph.D. (about 3 years) in Biology at the University of Western Australia. I'm organized and an easy going person who enjoys good conversations. Sometimes, I like to have a space for myself, especially when I have to study or to do something that requests more focus. I love cooking and like to have a beer sometimes. I'm looking for a place close to UWA.
