I'm gong into my third year of uni at UWA next year and looking for a place close by as I have just had to sell my car - so no hassle with needing a parking space, I just need somewhere to put my bike! I'm looking for a place to move into ASAP. I'm really clean and tidy and like keeping pretty busy, so I'm out of the house quite a lot. I've been renting with housemates for over 2 years now so I'm not new to the house-share thing. I'm super easy going and generally keep to myself, especially over the uni semester... that being said I definitely enjoy the odd beer and a good laugh. Look forward to hearing from you!
Great for students because easy access to transport into city, UWA, Cottesloe beach . Free tennis courts across the road . Bamboo floors very easy to maintain. No inspections . Small complex of four. Spacious light and bright . Large deck off living area. Separate bathroom, laundry and toilet. Large Main bedroom with walk-in-robe. Large second bedroom. Air conditioner, dishwasher. Close to all hospitals . Cafes, restaurants and wine bar two mins walk . Easy living in a great location . Feel right at home here as all my tenants have felt . You won't be disappointed .
I am an Economics student from Germany and I will be studying at UWA in Perth Semester I, 2017. I'm looking for a place starting in early February until the end of June. I will try to travel a lot around Perth to visit some nice places, beaches, attractions etc. . I am very easy going and I am looking for flatmates with whom you also can have a drink with or cook dinner sometimes. I am looking forward to visiting this great city and hopefully meet some nice people.
Looking for a nice bright place for myself and my gorgeous Maltese Shih-Tzu dog Tilly (5kg). Happy to share with another person. I work full-time in an executive position, am considerate, friendly, respectful, non-smoker, clean and tidy. I would prefer something in West Perth or near by. More contemporary and fully furnished preferable. An outside area or garden would be a bonus but not essential.
I recently moved from Brisbane, before that I was living in Colombia. Easy going, like a good chat and here to stay, Permanent Resident. I need car space.
Hi! I work full time in the city during the week and in my spare time I go to the gym, love watching a movie or two and run my own little small business! I come with a cat who is very chilled, loves a cuddle and is probably more like a dog. As you will learn I love food and in particular cheese and will always have an abundance to share so would love some housemates who enjoy a bit of company over dinner or dessert!
Looking for a roommate to move into our cute Shenton Park townhouse. The house is two stories with a sunny courtyard, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is ideal, right between the city and the beach. It's just a 2 minute walk from Shenton Park train station (Freo Line), a short bus or bike ride away from UWA and close to the local bakery, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarket. Your bedroom would be downstairs, is medium sized and has nice floor boards. It has enough space for a queen bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You'd be sharing a bathroom with only 1 other person. Your housemates would be 3 girls in their mid twenties (a German, a Dutchie and an Aussie) who all work full time. Ideally you'd be keen to partake in our routine of chilled shared weeknight dinners, Friday night vino and weekend festivities. Rent includes water, but all other bills are separate and split between the 4 housemates. Looking forward to meeting you!
I'm Danielle or Dee for short. I'm a paediatric nurse from the UK, here on a working holiday visa, looking for short term stay in Perth from around 13th Nov for about 4 weeks. I am friendly, fun, easy going.
Hello people I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake, though I prefer to live Nth close to the beach and good public transport, hence the suburbs listed. I have to drive to work anyway, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Cheers Dave
I am a 20 year old student. I am very easy going, and love sport. I study 3 times a week and work 3 days a week so I'm constantly busy. I am a very clean person and have furniture ready to move in.
I'm going on an exchange as part of my masters, and will be studying at UWA for Semester 1. I've lived in my own apartment back home in Denmark while doing my BA, but while in Perth I would love some flatmates! I would especially love people who respect the need to study, but would be up for house dinners and other social activities, so that I get to know you and Perth.
Hey :) My name is Leonie, I am a german psychology student who was lucky to get a placement at the University of Western Australia for the 2nd semester next year. Many international students start looking for a room after they arrive in Australia but I'd prefer having a safe room and nice flatmates before I fly over. At the moment I am living in a shared flat with two girls, who are also students here in Tübingen. I enjoy living together with people, it's nice to cook together, to have someone to talk to when you come home or just watch TV together. I am not someone who is partying everyday but I am 21 and I like going out and having a couple of drinks now and then. Furthermore I love sports, I got to the gym a couple of times per week and I go horsebackriding twice a week. I'd be very happy to here from you! Greetings from Germany, Leonie
I'm quiet, easy going and a non smoker. I'm considerate, responsible and reliable - I don't bring drama to a household and I don't want to buy into yours. Just looking for like minded mature individuals to share a home with.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.

Working as a nanny & child care worker. Have some flexibility on move in date. Able to pay 2 weeks advance. Clean and tidy, reliable and friendly. References available if needed. Need to be close to public transport as I don't have a car yet. I clean up after myself, love to cook and socialise, have a chat. A good sized kitchen would be nice as I like to cook for others and for fun. I'm friendly, like to have a laugh. Need accommodation for at least 3-6 months with some flexibility. Preference to inner Perth suburbs or north of the river close to the cbd, would like a nice house, clean and kept tidy, in a nice area and friendly people who like to have a laugh and socialise sometimes. I don't mind cats or dogs if you have them. Preference to share bathroom with only one other person or my own bathroom, either works for me and bathroom in great condition.
Hey guys, My awesome flatmate is moving out due to work relocation so I’m back on the quest looking for nice folk(s) to share my beautiful unit on Hay st. West Perth (less than 5km from the CBD). If you’re looking for that perfect, private place that you can dive yourself in after a long day of work; • A whole furnished master bedroom with lots of nature light and a beautiful European garden are all waiting for you. • Your bedroom also has a separate access to the bathroom • Also air-con because Aussie summer! • Also I will take care most the cleaning since I like being clean and taking care of the place :) • Our neighbours are professionals and retirees. They are respectful and considerate to others. • This is a quiet, peaceful area with security gate, and private car bays (both covered and outdoor). If you’re looking for ultimate convenience; • Ever dream about driving straight to the CBD and back without making any turn? Now you can! My ex-flatmate love this! • Shopping centres (Coles, Subiaco centre, Wooworths), restaurants, train station (Daglish stn), bus stop, fuel station, bottle shop, etc. all are nearby. Some are literally just across the street! Now what are you going to own: - If you're a single lad/lass, you're going to own a spacious master bedroom and your own private storage room; handy if you need somewhere to keep all your extra stuff. The rent is 250/pw including all bills. - If you're a couple, you're going to own 3 different rooms: a furnished master bedroom, a private storage room, and an extra medium room readying to be converted into a study or however you guys want it to be. :) The rent will be 370/pw including all bills. All utilities (Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and oven) are new and in excellent shape and condition. However, since I'm still buying new stuff for the place, if you guys need any other stuff I will simply put them on the house if I find them reasonable. ;) I also more than welcome if you want to change the look of our place. As you can see, it is designed for a family (5 rooms with a storage) so it is too big for me to handle.
I arrived mid-July in Perth where I started a one-year-living-experience in OZ! Since then, I've been busy with some remote IT work and preparing both a bike trip from Perth to Adelaide and a 100km run. However now, I've decided to stay longer in Perth and I postponed the latter projects... I am curious and I love discovering, exploring possibilities, nature, adventure, long-distance running, organic/natural vegan food, playing board games, sharing our stories and perspectives, memoirs/travelogues, documentaries, movies questioning things in life, smiles/laughs/hugs, learning/teaching, helping... I value friendship, honesty, clear communication, sobriety, freedom, harmony, simple happiness, and love for life and the living! I'd like to think I am open-minded, respectful, clean and tidy, as I try to impact others the way I'd like others to impact me. I like to interact with people and share time and space, still I enjoy myself and I do well on my own :)
I'm looking for a relaxed, respectful and tidy apartment/unit/townhouse/house to share with one or two others who are like minded in living arrangements. I am social but respectful. I like to do my own thing when I'm not at work but also up for a drink and a chat :) I like gardening, cooking, reading & spending time with friends when I'm not at work 9-5, Mon-Fri
Hey! We're two former university students moving into a house, looking for someone to share in this adventure with us! The house is big and beautiful and we're offering a decently sized 3rd bedroom. Hopefully you're willing to join our little student family, but we are quiet people who will respect your space. The house is fully air conditioned but not yet furnished, we'll be working on it soon. Unfortunately the place isn't allowing pets :( but I'm going to see if I can talk them into it :P Preferences will go to women because that's who you'll be sharing the bathroom with, etc, but if you fit with us we'll consider anyone :) also you'll have to be okay with LGBT people, because yeah.

3 good sized modern bedrooms with builtin wardrobes. 2 Bathrooms and 3 Toilets . 5 mins to Subiaco Train Station amongst cafes, restaurants, shops, gyms, etc yet in a quiet location. Beautiful neighbourhood. Furnished. Wifi and all bills included.
The place is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car bay with separate laundry and is fully furnished (minus your bed but if you need one that can be arranged), located within the Subi Strand apartment complex, which is in walking distance to all Subiaco has to the offer. The room is 3.3m x 3.0m (which can easily fit a queen size bed) with a built in wardrobe and backs onto the outdoor living area. The second bathroom will be primary yours and although it is not an ensuite, it is literally about 2 metres from your room. You'll have a car bay (In a secure basement) to yourself but if you don't drive, the Subiaco train station is about 250m away. You'll have access to all the apartment facilities including a swimming pool, gym, theatre, dining room, recreation areas, rooftop area, table tennis and pool tables.
I'm Dana and I have a baby girl kittycat, Mishka. I arrived in Perth earlier this year and have chosen to make it my home. Mishka came along unexpectedly but thankfully and chose to make me mum :) she is the most adorable kitty you'll ever meet. Toilet trained, clean, playful and gentle. A delight to have in a home. She takes after mum really. I'm a writer and work from home mostly or wherever creativity strikes. I work part time or pickup the odd contract role as a paralegal when/if required. Mishka had been indoor mostly but is really looking forward to playing outside with other kitties particularly with summer coming up! I live a quiet life, am friendly, reliable, social and outgoing, home is haven not into partying but can enjoy a drink and a meal together but generally stick to myself. I am positive and have a calm energy. I respect my space and privacy and those who I share with and around me would be the same. I'm looking at moving ASAP - today :) only have a couple bags so it's painless, swift and punctual. Happy days!
