Hi, Im Steve and came to OZ from Germany back in 2010. Im clean and past my wild days. I like sharing a glass of wine or beer and enjoy cooking (not only for me but also as any flatmates). Generally Im quite sharing. Im full time employed as Architect but am also building my business around property so Im fairly busy. I like to keep a good balance of work and exercise and play basketball, kitesurf and hit the gym. I also love getting out and about camping in summer! I do have a car and scooter so ideally you have space for parking. Looking forward hearing from you :)
Hi :) I’m Chris - a mid-20s full-time working professional who’s making the move from Sydney to Perth for work. Easy going and respectful, i’m an avid runner, gym goer, music lover, dirt bike rider, pun enthusing, dog (and all-round animal) loving human. During the working week i’ll be up by 5:30 ready to exercise before heading off to work, making my way back home in the late afternoon. During weekends, I like to get up early again and exercise, explore and relax; doing lunches or dinners with a drink here and there. I’m looking for a (furnished-preferred) room in Perth in or around the CBD/City that has an ensuite, a cool housemate who’s sociable, respectful, takes pride in their place and possessions, keeping their place neat and tidy, with a lockable garage (or off-street parking); who would be happy to hang out when we’re both bored. If you need more information give me a holla. I love the outdoors, a laugh, and am drama free!
Just started an online business and also studying website design, sales and marketing. Electrician by trade so handy around the house and used to work as a dive instructor. I Like the gym, bike rides, occasional wakeboard should practice more, bbqs, few drinks on the weekends, looking to get back into kitesurfing this summer. I’m social, but also like my own space sometimes. Love a bit of banter, so looking for fun people. Also clean up after myself, I never leave a mess. Need off-street parking, room has to be big enough for desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, I have my own, but we can work something out if your supplying. Also a little storage for camping equipment.
I’m a 20 year old student at UWA taking a semester off to work. I’m looking for a room to move into short term (roughly 3 months) until the end of semester. I’m a active person, love my sport, very easy going. Happy to keep to myself, but have lived in share houses before so know how it works. Tidy and self sufficient.
Hey guys! Looking for a room with own bathroom to rent in a sharehouse in either Leedy, West Leedy, Subiaco, Wembley, Wembley Downs, Mt Lawley, Floreat, Shenton Park, Claremont, Mt. Hawthorn. Work full time in the CBD and live a pretty active/social lifestyle. Do enjoy hanging out as a house but also can appreciate privacy. Definitely like being social and having a drink on the weekends! Looking to move in around mid-late October but pretty flexible with dates. Budget is around $200 to $250 not incl. bills Also, happy to have pets! Thanks :)
Message to arrange a room inspection :) Whole place is furnished and is newly renovated/modern, 2 story (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs), living area/kitchen/laundry/outside courtyard downstairs. Bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk, own private bathroom, built in wardrobe, aircon/heating, ceiling fan. You will need to have your own bedding/sheets and pillows. Location wise, it is close to Subiaco, UWA, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth children’s hospital, Kings Park, 24hr IGA. Rokeby road shopping/restaurant strip is only a short walk away. Very convenient for public transport as it is right next to Thomas St where multiple buses go to, so easy to get to city/UWA and any main places in Perth. If you like to go for walks or runs then a main entrance to Kings Park is across the road which is perfect for that. Sorry no couples or smokers please :) BILLS: - Actual usage for gas, water and electricity to be split equally (approx $20/week) -approx $23/month for internet
I’m a fun, friendly, and fit health professional, who knows there’s more to life than working a full time job plus 4 part time jobs to pay for my mortgages. 😳 I would love to rent a large room with floor boards, high ceilings, in a character/art deco/federation home. I would like to share a house with 1-2 others to share daily chats, meet new people, and help reduce how much I have to work. After hours I balance my work commitments with playing roller derby and getting to the gym. I am a non-smoker, social drinker, and can eat pretty much anything! I am respectful of others, love animals, and am familiar with sharing a home. I have my own furniture, both for my bedroom and possibly a house, if needed. 😁 I am not in a rush to move so am spending some time to find somewhere that's fits my needs. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey dudes!! I’m moving to WA from Adelaide at the end of December and am looking for a place to call home. Ideally after a joint close to the beach between Perth City and Freo, but totally open to whatever is out there! Gender, etc not an issue. Preferably wanting to live with people around the same age however, sorry grandma. As a housemate I’m very tidy, super easy going, really enjoy my alone time but am always down for a yarn/drink/whatever. I’m respectful of shared spaces, house rules, quiet hours, etc. I’m currently working as a technician for a healthcare company, although undecided what I want to do once I’m over there - Maybe sling beers or start that landscaping business I always talk about, who knows. I spend my free time adventuring, watering plants, finding groovy new cafes, hitting the beach, hanging out in the sun, skating, going for bike rides, going to gigs and spinning records. I’m a musician, so I’m always writing tunes, strumming and singing (but know when it’s not the time, don’t worry). All about that vegan power, but not a ‘preacher’ as the kids say. Loves the memes. Hmu if you’re on my level. We can conduct an interview over FaceTime or something for a laff. Peace!
Hey! I'm a normal person, I work long hours, out of the house by 7:30am and home after 6:00pm. Born and raised in Perth. Just rented my investment property out in North Perth so looking for another nice place to live!
We are two friends/housemates (accountant and nurse) that have been living together for 3 years. Looking for 1-2 more people (males or females) to rent with. Miki and I both love being social, throwing the occasional drinks and getting out in our spare time. Ideally we'd like to live with people that are also social. We are both tidy but appreciate a 'lived in' house as life can get busy sometimes! Send us a message if you're interested! Looking for a 4 bedroom house with max rent $180 each per week. We are also open to joining people who have an existing house. Our current lease is up in JAN 2019
I'm a 23 year old final year medical student from Scotland, travelling to Perth for 2 months to complete my elective in Perth Children's Hospital. I'm looking for somewhere near the hospital to stay, not necessarily for the full 8 weeks as I'm happy to move about during my time there! I'm pretty easy going having lived in shared housing for 6 years, but I'm also very clean and tidy, and make the world's best brownies (if I do say so myself). I love fitness/exercise and exploring the outdoors in my spare time, so I would love some advice of the best running spots in Perth and the best gyms to join. If you have any questions/suggestions, just give me a message!
Just come back home after a month away. Was house-sitting previously and held my own lease for four years prior. 32, studying finance part-time. Like to get outdoors, go for nice long walks, keep fit. Culinary skills in development. I’m pretty down to earth, on the reserved side but enjoy having a couple of drinks and good chats with housemates. Looking for a nice home to join with some other good humans
Hi! I am a 20 years old half-swiss-half-japanese student and I'm going to stay in Perth for 5 months. As my school is in Perth I'm searching for a comfortable room near the city. Kind Regards, Tanja
Hey there, I'm easy going girl who gets along with most people. Friendly, good sense of humour respectful of others space and privacy. Bills will never be late and I'm non-smoker. I love animals so happy to live with them and I have never failed a rent inspection and always had my bond back. Clean and I like to think good taste in music. Mostly tripple J. I work in Medical Science full time and study part time online. So I love my coffee. I have a good circle of friends and spend a bit of time out of the house catching up with them. I'm happy chilling in my room watching a series. I'm looking to save some money to buy a house eventually!
I'm a 24 year old PhD student looking for a new share house for my doggo George (11 month golden retriever) and myself. Unfortunately it's an end of an era (as of the 1st of November) at my current share house of 2 years and I'm looking for the next move in the second half of October. I'm respectful, reliable and love to socialise just as much as I like to keep to myself and not particularly after a party house. George is beautiful friendly goldy, doesn't bark and if you're a dog person, I guarantee he'll melt your heart. We would love to hear from you if you think we'd be a good fit :)
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A ROOM TO RENT IN PERTH? ARE YOU FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND GENERALLY CHILL? WE NEED YOU!! We are a diverse, tight knit group of housemates studying various masters' at UWA. English, Iranian, Kenyan and a Chinese. The room is a spacious, clean, high ceilinged room complete with AC, heater and avant-garde lighting. Large garden, smoking area and living room, bathroom shared with 2 dudes. We usually like to hang out in the evenings, relax, watch some far-out shows on Netflix or slaughter hordes of Zombies :) We can't fit another couple in here sorry. You must have some level of personal hygiene and be pretty laid back and like cats. Ok PEACE
My name is Camilla, I'm Italian and I'm moving to Perth to start a PhD on animal behaviour at the University of Western Australia. I will probably leave for field work at the end of November so I'm looking for a 2-month rent. I'm tidy and careful in the common spaces. I don't mind having people around and chatting, and I like pets. On my free time I like watching movies, listening to music, going for a walk, and hanging out with friends!
Very easy going, friendly lady. I live in Cottesloe at the moment but owner is moving out so all tenants must go. I do have a very small quiet 3 year old pup. She doesn’t drop any hair and is friendly and quite. I work in Claremont and also have my on home on the beach at Yanchep so will be there some of the week also.
Hey! I’m currently working full time as a high school teacher. I’m still living at home at the moment but am interested in getting out into my own space so on here just to have a browse to see what's on offer. I'm not in a rush to move out but am keeping an eye out for a private room with ensuite that’s a little closer to work and the beach ☀️ I'm clean, organised (to some degree of OCD) and really considerate of others’ needs. Outside of work, I go to the gym almost everyday and enjoy living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I also love meeting new people and am always down for a couple of social bevs 🥂
I am an easy going, clean, tidy and sociable person that works full time. Looking for people similar to myself and works the same hours. Not into a party house but do like to eat out and have a beer now and again. Very much into my fitness and live an active lifestyle, love dogs also!
