**AMAZING LOCATION**. 200 metres to train at Shenton Park station (Freo line, 10mins to Perth!), 180m to a big beautiful lake, 500m to the shops and cafes, and only 1km to the local pub! 2km to UWA or the heart of Subiaco!! It's an easy walk/cycle to all 3 local hospitals and UWA, so would suit someone working at a hospital, university, subi or the city. There are also nearby bus stops to UWA This is a big house (not unit or apartment) which is beautiful and very spacious with a bar, high ceilings, two living areas plus back and front yards!! Located on a beautiful leafy street. Also has aircon. The room currently fits a queen bed, desk, shelves and clothes rack. (photos coming soon) The room can be unfurnished or furnished with bed and clothes rack . Bills not included. (usually $20-30 per person/week for all bills including internet) Female 20-30 preferred, tidy males considered. You will be sharing a bathroom with another housemate. I am a 25 year old doing a PhD in cancer research at the hospital /perkins/UWA (Rachael Zemek). My boyfriend Dane also lives with me, he is 28 and runs his own business, and goes offshore occasionally. We are easy going, hard working and will respect your space. But don't worry, we are not boring! We like to have a good time, chat, and go on adventures- particularly snowboarding, wakeboarding or surfing! This is not a party house, but is frequented as the meeting spot on weekends due to the great location. You are replacing an amazing housemate, so its most important to me that you're a cool person. So if you are chill, drama free, like to hang out and go on the occasional adventure, this is the place for you! You will also have to be approved by the boss of the house, Tilly, my little dog (who everyone adores!) Send me a message if interested or want more pics! Landlord just dropped the rent, so this room is now $165. Another slightly larger room also available for $185

Hello :) Currently living in a lovely apartment in Claremont, but I'm now at a point where I really miss living in a house and need a bit more space. Would be great to live in a place with people around my age. Date to move in: TBA (Probably looking in a month or so, but could move in whenever) Would love a place that has the following: - House property (no apartments, flats etc. sorry!) - Unfurnished bedroom - Good quality kitchen (big foodie and love cooking!) - Close by transport and the shops - Parking space - Walking distance from parks and/or beach to go on walks/runs - Reasonably spacious bedroom (bigger than 3m x 3m) - Nice neighbourhood - WIFI access ABOUT ME: - Originally from Melbourne - Studying a Masters in Marketing (online) - Work casually at a pizza bar in Cottesloe - Hobbies: Cooking | Eating | Health & Fitness | Singing | Hanging out with friends | Movies | Reading - Recently began volunteering at Princess Margaret Hospital - Love watching/playing sports when I have the chance (tennis, soccer, cricket, you name it) - Dog lover - Non-smoker With a bubbly personality, I'm overall an easy-doing individual who carries very little fuss. Cleanliness is not an OCD for me, however I do like to keep things tidy. Would love to be with people around the same age as me with similar interests :)
All female sharehouse is located in a quiet street. Close by to public transport and bus goes directly to UWA. Parking space available. Rent is $720 ($180x4) a month including all bills except for internet which is $69/month divided by 4 people. You will get your own room, large, fully furnished and share the bathroom with 2 other people. No smokers. This is not a party house.
27 year old professional (work full-time, study a Master's part time) Love good banter, a cheeky red wine and cooking (I'm a feeder, sorry in advance). Also love exercise and chilled nights watching Netflix. Not looking for a big bunch of partiers but would love social atmosphere :) Hit me up if you need to fill a room!
Hi 👋🏼 I’m moving to Perth from Tassie, I am a little worried I may melt though excited to be living closer to the beach! I am moving for a new job position in the health industry. Looking to move into an easy going house with people who enjoy doing their own thing but also enjoy a cheeky wine and cheese platter.
I am a student from the country about to commence study at UWA. I am a polite, clean, respectful and motivated person. I am a keen sportsman and play cricket, hockey and basketball and also enjoy running, swimming, water sports, golf, tennis. I like my own space but also enjoy socialising with friends.
I am a young researcher at UWA/Perkins institute, recently moved to Perth. I am looking for a quiet place where to stay, possibly not to far from work. I am a nice and easy going roommate, respectful of the others but willing to share my time and experiences with other roommates and friends
Hi Future Flatmates! We're two friends looking for a place to live that's relatively central to work, going out and going to the beach. We're looking at around the areas of Vic Park or South Perth. We're looking to move in by the 22nd of January. Our budget is around $150-180/person We love a good laugh, are respectful, tidy and clean. Katharina works near the airport and works out in the evenings. Junie works in West Perth and also works out in the evening. We love our wine o'clock time. We're quite independent, too. We do enjoy our space, but can be quite social, too. Summertime weekends sum up to beach time! Send us a message if you've got interesting places for us to visit or if you want to pair up (+1 or +2 max) for a shared house. Thanks, Junie & Katha
Hiya guys, my name is Michael and I am looking for a place to live nearby UWA. I have previously lived in shared housing so I have a good understanding of what is required of me and how to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone. At all times I try to be respectful and friendly to others and treat them how I would like to be treated. I'm responsible, open minded and clean up after myself. I have just started my PhD and am looking to move out around February (moving date is flexible). I do spend quite a lot of my time on my studies/research but this year I'm hoping to get closer to that mythical balance of my personal life and career. If you think you're at a similar stage then I would love to hear back from you. Thanks for your time! Cheers, Michael.
Hi, I'm a chemical engineer and I've moved from Brisbane to Perth for work. I'm really looking forward to making some new friends and exploring WA! I love playing/writing music, going to the gym, having new experiences and a bit of good banter. Looking forward to being a contributing member of your house :)
I’m friendly, respectful, clean and tidy! I love the beach and yoga. Just generally easy going and a good time. I work full time and enjoy quiet weekday nights and socialising on the weekends. I’d hope to be good friends with my housemates, and would love to live in a house where we all catch up every so often over dinner or drinks.
I’m a master thesis student coming from Italy to finish my project. I am very clean, tidy, friendly and excited to visit and travel around west Australia. I am looking for a room in a flat to share with other young people to socialize with. I enjoy going out during the weekends.
Hey guys, I'm Maddie I'm really hoping to find a granny flat or bedsit (or a shed I can convert), preferably at the back of a share house filled with cool people. I've been living on my own for a few years and have loved it; but I'm happy to move into a room in a sharehouse if it's with the right people. I'm a full time student at UWA studying exercise and sport science. I work as a remedial massage therapist, strength and conditioning coach, and sports trainer. In my spare time I'm usually dancing, playing sport, chilling at the beach, or baking.
Hey folks I'm gonna be studying at UWA for one Semester from February on. Currently studying Psychology in my Masters in Munich, Germany. I can't wait to study and live in Perth, I've heard so many good things and can't wait to get started there! Open for new experiences, people and activities, pretty much up for anything. Would love to get to know locals and leave Australia with an aussie accent, which people tell me I already got down pretty good :) love good chats and really get to know people but also respect everybody just minding their business once in a while. I'm an outdoors and sports person, so surfing, Tennis, hiking, beach and of course footy (maybe more watching with this one) is on my list. Looking forward to hearing from my future housemates :)
Student of English, Sports and French at UWA. I'm an open-minded, creative, friendly, respectful, person who loves the outdoors, fun events/ activities/ trips, music, coffee and good food. (My mother tongue is German.) Generally open for any kind of accommodation type.
The property is furnished (expect for the bedroom). It is closely connected to the city, with a bus stop right out the front! Not to mention it’s also close to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital & UWA. It also has a 24/7 IGA around the corner, and internet & water is included in the rent. The townhouse has airconiditoning upstairs inbetween both bedrooms. There is also a secure undercover car park available. (Please note: Electricity is extra cost, bill comes ever 2.5 months).
Hey guys! I'm a quiet, nerdy student who studies patisserie, so that means I often bring home cakes, biscuits, bread and other tasty treats! I like to be on friendly terms with the people I live with but I keep to myself the majority of the time unless you want to hang out. I'm not a party person, but I love dinner parties and board game nights. I'm into all sorts of nerdy things, and I have a Netflix account that I'm willing to share :P I have been living with a couple of friends in Subiaco but one is moving out with his partner and the other is going travelling! Contact me if you have a place or you want to look for a place with me! Edit: I've met a lovely girl on this website and we're perhaps looking for a third roommate to team up with, preferably without a car, but can possibly work with a car if it's the right person, so let me know if you want to join us!
Moving from Bunbury to study full time at UWA and am seeking accommodation within cycling distance of both Uni and Work. This is my first time moving out of home and I'm hoping to move mid January; I'm quite tidy and more than happy to do household chores and cook. I very rarely drink and am much more content to stay at home and do my own thing than go out or have wild nights, though I'll likely be participating in various sports during the year.
