Although I'm not a morning person (Thought I should get that out of the way), I'm friendly and love to meet people and make friends. I work full time at Charlie's as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist so can get fairly tired during the week but usually perk up after a good feed and a cup of tea! I love to hang out on weekends and go on adventures. I like to paint, garden and I love ice skating but I'm always up for trying new things. I'm a pretty clean and tidy person to live with and try to respect other people's space and belongings. Hit me up if you think we'd make good housemates!
Hello, I am 31 and working full time. Easy going, like a good laugh, a gin & tonic and also exploring beautiful WA. Moved to Perth to chill out and be an aunty to three awesome little munckins (totally biased). Originally from NZ :) I am looking for a sociable and chilled flat to share with 2-4 others (male or female) of a similar age group. Max rent $200 per week. Move in date early July onwards.
Easy going, clean, reliable. I like to be able to walk to nice cafes from where I'm living, wine and cheese nights, movies and keeping active. I'm low key during the work week as I have an intense job in management but like to get out and explore on the weekends.
As I am working at UWA I was looking for a cosy, big house close to uni to be able to cycle there. This place is perfect to me. I need 10 minutes to uni, 20 to the beach and 15 to the city centre (buses and the train are very close as well). My way down to uni goes through Kings Park, it cannot be nicer :) And there is the beautiful Shenton Park around the corner. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking distance away, other markets 10 minutes by bike. The house was a typical family house with all the common facilities. There is everything you need for your laundry, the kitchen has a dish washer, a TV is in the first living room. A library is in the room next to it with another adjacent area with even more couches and spare mattresses. We are four people and there are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and a shower. The room is great, big enough to fit some stuff and equipped. The wireless connection is perfect!
I'm a young 50yo. I like to cook and I've been told I'm pretty good at it. I camp, like to exercise, cycle to work, I don't spend much time watching TV. I'm clean and tidy, an evolved male. I spend a fair bit of time at my partners house. I'm pretty relaxed, easy going and enjoy a good chat.
I'm from Switzerland and coming over to Perth for one semester to study at UWA. I like to spend my time outside, doing some hiking or SUP. I'm interested in having a chat and some drinks now a then.
The Rosalie Park is right across the road. If you like jogging, this is definitely a location for you to explore your own preferable route. Bus stops are less than 5 to 10 mins walking distance away for buses going to the Subiaco station, UWA, Claremont and the city. Less than 20 mins by bus and 10 mins by car to the city and UWA. There is an IGA, a bakery on the Onslow Road. The St. Charles QEII, Perth Children's Hospital and the Hollywood Hospital are also nearby with less than 10 mins by bus or 5 mins drive. A master room is for rent, with a queen size bed, a big closet. You can use your own sets of bed sheets, quilt cover and duvet or you can use the ones we have. We will prepare new sets of pillow for you when you move it. This is a fully furnished unit with sofa, TV, fridge, microwave, stove with oven, dining table, kitchen table wares etc. Basically, you can just move it with only your luggage! There is a free parking slot for the unit.
We are seeking a friendly, easy going housemate for a houseshare in leafy Shenton Park. You will be sharing with two males in their 20's, both students and one completing his PhD. Both are very nice, chill guys. I have been living with them for quite a while! The bedroom is large with built in cupboards, it's own door for external access, large window and TV connection port. (comes unfurnished) The house is an attached house with renovated bathroom, reverse cycle air-con and on-site parking (free spot available) as well as street parking. There is a shared living area / kitchen and a separate Alfresco area. The property is located on a quiet leafy street, near both the Onslow Road and Subiaco Shopping districts, 2 mins walk to King's Park and an easy commute to both UWA and the city. This room would suit a student or a young professional working in the area or in Perth. Available from 30th June but we are a bit flexible with dates :)
Hello! My name is Esther, I'm from the a lovely old town in the Netherlands called Leiden. I'm going to study at UWA for one semester, as part of my bachelor Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences. In my free time I enjoy cooking, discovering new coffee places and cycling.
Working for myself in Subiaco, completing undergrad' studies part-time. Looking to end my current lease in Highgate in the next month or two and move back over the other side of the freeway; anywhere between West Leed' and Shenton Park. Keen to find or form a house of two or three, ~27 / 34, with a shared lease. I'm pretty relaxed, kind of reserved but like to have a good chat and hang out. Keep reasonably active with a bit of running, keen to join a team sport too. Otherwise enjoy listening to podcasts, looking for my perfect pre-fab house, eating out with friends or just chilling. Respectful of other people's space and like to keep things tidy, esp' shared areas. Realistically looking at moving out sometime late August / early Sept'. Get in touch if you'd like to team up! * Please note my suburb list before messaging

I'm coming to study at UWA for a year from Bristol (UK) in mid July until the following June. Looking to live with other students ideally. This will be my 3rd year of uni, I'm very chilled to live with and love socialising, so somewhere easy for nights out, work etc and not too far to cycle/bus into UWA would be perfect! Looking for flat/house shares from mid July, until about June - or until mid December as will be travelling over summer.
