I'm currently looking for a place/room to rent. With the price of rentals right now it seems extremely unlikely to rent on my own. Looking to rent with either one or two people, with a decent sized room to fit a desk in. I'm very easy-going and have respect for people's personal space. Always open for a yarn and a hang too. Also, I am tidy, and will clean up my own mess, along with keeping up with house and yard maintenance. Northside preferably; however, open to relocating if it is suitable. $250-$300 weekly give or take would be my limit and happy to pay for utilities and internet seperately if needed. I work full-time in the air freight industy and I am busy working in bands, which takes up a lot of my time. I'm not a big party guy, but enjoy staying social and party on special occasions. When I am not working or playing in bands I enjoy working out, reading, playing guitar and induldging in a good movie - love thrillers and docos. Would love to make some new mates along the way, so if you enjoy random adventures, gigs and long conversations about anything and everything, that would be amazing.
