Hello, My name is Anti WU, an international student currently looking for a new place to settle down. I’m a reliable and tidy person with good living habits. I don’t smoke, and I have no plans to keep pets—this way, I can avoid causing any unnecessary damage or odors to the property. I stick to a regular routine and never make noise late at night that might disturb others. I also pay close attention to the cleanliness of shared spaces, cleaning them regularly to ensure a neat and comfortable living environment for everyone. Academically, I’ve completed my studies in Agricultural Resources and Environment at Edith Cowan University, and I’m set to pursue a degree in Environmental Health at the University of Queensland. My parents work as an accountant and a doctor, and with a stable income, I can always pay the rent on time and in full. Right now, I’m staying in hotel accommodation, and securing a suitable place around July 21st would really help me focus on my studies. Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished property with utilities included. It would be great to have a private bathroom in my room, a kitchen where I can cook, and easy access to transportation.
