Hey I’m Louisa. I’m 26, originally from the UK and work in fashion buying. I work pretty normal hours during the week, pretty easy going! Happy to chill in the week and maybe grab some food or go for a drink at the weekend.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to read something about me... I landed my dream job after many years of work and building my reputation in the industry and moved to Sydney. I've been here six months and my current flatmates are moving overseas... So I need to find a new home. I'm flexible and happy to start with shorter to term to see how we go, however, I'm ideally looking for 1-year minimum and longer term if term if it's the ideal house and flatmate. I will be away from home on a regular basis as my job involves travel. I'm healthy, grounded, relaxed, respectful and easy going. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle keeping a clean room/home. I'm friendly, easy to talk to and love a good conversation and a laugh, and known to be able to get along with people from all walks of life. I love animals and kids, however, I have none of my own. I practice (love) yoga and meditation for the past 10 + years, I'm also a regular at the gym. I love hiking and skiing and I'm away each year on ski/hike trips as well. I work with people in leadership development full time. I also facilitate a personal development retreat that is run in 26 countries for the past 21 years. I enjoy a very full and rich life of my own. I don't smoke and rarely drink, although happy to have a glass of wine and a chat though on a special occasion. If you're looking for an easy going, stress-free, no hassle guy who pays his way and is friendly and open. Then I'm your flatmate! Look forward to hearing from you! Warmly, Peter P.S. I need a home that offers either off-street parking or at least easily accessible parking nearby.
23 y/o Dutch Cultural Studies student, looking for a place in Sydney, preferably in the Inner West (Enmore, Newtown, Marrickville). I'm passionate about my studies, digging vinyl, thriftstore treasure-hunts, finding gems in little bookshops, visiting museums and just enjoying everything nice that Sydney has to offer. I'll be doing my own research practicum at UNSW, so I'll be a busy girl.. As for living, I'm looking for a shared house with calm and open minded people who have their shit together (or at least semi-together :) ). I love a little creativity and social spirit around me, but at times I also need my own space, just reading a book.. PS: I make a mean Moroccan tagine and it's always best when it's shared ;-).
Dear potential housemate/landlord, My partner and I are moving to Sydney having lived in London for just over a year. Just to tell you a bit more about ourselves. I (Toby) worked within the rail industry as an engineer for just under 10 years. My partner (Josie) has worked in the banking industry. We are pursuing our dream of running our own online business whilst travelling and will be working full time for ourselves whilst in Sydney. This along with our savings is what will fund our trip and living expenses. We are both very clean and tidy, enjoy socialising and are very outgoing. If we sound like the ideal housemates for your property, we would love to hear from you. Thanks, Toby and Josie
I'm moving to the eastern beaches for full time work and am looking for a place to live. I'll be doing shift work so potentially looking for other shift workers to live with. I'm easy going, like a beer or two and chilled to live with 😁😁
Hi, I am looking for a new flatmate, to share in a three storey three-bedroom house. The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and has in built wardrobes. I can take the bed out if you have your own. I have my own bathroom, so you would be sharing with the other flatmate who is male in his mid-thirties. All three bedrooms are lockable and the bathrooms are new. There is air conditioning and central heating in all bedrooms including the living areas. On the main level there is the living room, kitchen and laundry. The laundry has a large washing machine and dryer for all to use as well as a third toilet. Off the kitchen and laundry is a walk-in pantry for you to store your food and off the living room is the garden area. There is no smoking in the house. If you smoke, just smoke outside in the garden area. My house is located around army and navy families and is nearby to many parks. It may be difficult for someone without a scooter / bike or car, so maybe take a look at the address - Tallow Place, South Coogee and see if it suits you as far as location is concerned. There is a bus stop close by going towards Coogee beach that takes you to Bondi Junction and the city and the beach is about a 15 - 20 minute walk. The nearest supermarket is 20 minutes away either in Coogee or in Maroubra. I work full time and am easy going and own a cat, if you are allergic, it probably would not work. The household is a happy one. I am looking for a happy person between 20 - 35, who likes animals to share the house. Rent is $330 / week with shared gas and electricity bills for a single. Rent for a couple is $380 / week with shared gas and electricity bills. The water bill as well as the internet is included in the rent. Bond is $500. If you have any questions, please make contact. Louise

I'm a calm person who needs her own place but I like to socialise too. If you want some space and a friend at the same time, I'm the one! I look forward to meeting you :)

Dear potential landlord, My partner and I are moving to Sydney having lived in London for just over a year. We are landlords ourselves as we have rented our home in the UK to travel. With this comes a great understanding of property care, prompt payments and a healthy relationship with you. Ideally, we are looking for a one bedroom property that we would not have to share. Just to tell you a bit more about ourselves. I (Josie) have worked in the banking industry and my partner (Toby) has worked within the rail industry as an engineer for just under 10 years. We are pursuing our dream of running our own online business whilst travelling and will be working full time for ourselves whilst in Sydney. This along with our savings is what will fund our trip and living expenses. We are happy to provide proof of cleared funds, previous payslips and assets. If we sound like the ideal tenants for your property, we would love to hear from you. Thanks, Toby and Josie
We are Shannen and Naoise and we will be moving to Sydney at the end of May. We are hoping to find somewhere to live short term in the eastern suburbs, and if all is going well hopefully we can turn it into a long term stay. So a bit about ourselves and hopefully why we would make great housemates: Naoise is originally from Perth but has been living in Ireland. He is a Mechanical Engineer so he is very handy to have around the place for fixing things. He is quite adventurous and likes to get outdoors try new things (skiing, mountain biking, camping surfing etc). Naoise has a great sense of humor and is always up for a good laugh and doesn't take himself too seriously. Shannen is Irish and is a Neuroscience graduate. Recently she has been working in virus detection. Shannen loves to bake so there will always be treats in the house. She is also one of the most kind, caring and friendly people you will ever meet. She has a warm and bubbly personality. We aren't exactly party people but we do enjoy meeting new friends and having a drink or two on the weekend. We have been living in shared houses with other people for the last 5 years so we are used to sharing space with other people. We are both quite active and are looking forward to get out to the beach and enjoy the famous Aussie weather. If we sound like we could be your perfect housemates please contact us. Best Regards, Shannen and Naoise
I'm Steph, 24 years old. I work as a permanent teacher in Clovelly. I work 5 days a week, and go to the gym after work. I enjoy spending time at the beach, socialising, watching Netflix, drinks with friends, travelling and cooking. I am organised, co-operative and respectful. I enjoy catching up & spending time with housemates after work/on the weekend but also enjoy my own individual down time.
Hey guys, Super excited to be coming to Sydney in July as a Chemical Engineering student at UNSW!! I had worked really hard at my transfer college to be able to gain an advanced standing entry into UNSW, and am in a super happy place in my life right now that those hours paid off! --About me as an individual: I was born in India but have spent my schooling years from 3rd grade onward in Singapore. I've been really passionate about Chemical Engineering since 9th grade and aim to develop a revolutionary polymer some day. Super fond of cooking too, and I think that's just an extension of my passion for chemical engineering related things. Many more such extensions are yet to be discovered! Right at the onset, I would like to tell you - I proudly hold politically incorrect opinions on many of the sensitive topics like feminism, income equality, religion acceptance etc. AND as much as I ABSOLUTELY LOVE to debate, if I begin to realize that the debate would grow nasty soon, I back out immediately. I genuinely RESPECT every person and every opinion but I CAN'T AGREE to every person and every opinion. Exploring and adventure is my addiction. I am always up for a plan to go camping, cycling (I love cycling) or motor-biking (the best). Not a huge fan of trekking but I have always enjoyed it with good company and on a decent route. --About me as a flat-mate: I am a super organized guy; when I arrive at Sydney, you'll see how I will unpack 30kgs of things from my mid-sized luggage. Sometimes, I genuinely consider making a YouTube video tutorial on how to pack lol. I cook almost all my meals, but I'll be honest, I am no Gordon Ramsay. I am right there with those who cook to survive. Don't get me wrong though, my hygiene standards are all international standards compliant. I would love to have occasional fiestas where we chat, have some nice home-cooked meals and just cool the week's load off. If it hasn't come across yet, I am big-time an engineer at heart and I would gladly fix technical issues around the house. GLADLY. Been in charge of that at my home all my life and I have the solutions to almost 80% of everyday technical issues that arise in a house such as, WiFi/Computer/Android(not IOS) related, or related to toilet flushes, electrical wiring etc. --- So, That would be all about me. I will be completely honest, I don't have too much experience sharing houses, just of 1 month when I shared a house with a close friend, so I guess it doesn't exactly count. But trust me, I am a really easy-going and super accommodating guy. I believe I have the potential to be a great flat-mate but I would still insist that we speak over Skype so that you get an opportunity to ask anything to your future flat-mate. Thanks a lot for considering me! Have a great day and hopefully, we can speak soon!
Hi, my name is Dan. I am a 29 year old doctor who will be working in Sydney from March 2018. Originally from England but have been living and working in Victoria and Queensland for the past 2 years. As a doctor I work shift work including evening shifts, weekends and nights. So I am hoping for largely a quiet house and area, but also one that is social and enjoys some drinks out. I like to socialise and meet new people, am easy going and I am a non smoker. My interests include sports, running, swimming and traveling.
Im a 23 year old girl who works in the marketing industry in the fashion field and am looking for similar people to live with. Im pretty chilled and respectful of other people, I love going to the beach, exercising, eating out and having a few drinks on the weekend. (although also love staying in and not drinking though). I have one guy friend who I want to move in with (seperate rooms) so would be looking at teaming up with others, would be a bonus if you could provide furniture (beside bedrooms) Would ideally love to live with girls of the same age who have the same interests, but am also open to living with guys. I am looking for either a furnished or unfurnished room, and am able to move in within the next month. Please dont email me if you have a place that I havent listed or somewhere over $300 as I hate checking my emails when I dont have to, thank you! :)
Friendly & fun. Working part time, studying full time and wanting a place to call Home in between. I’m housebroken so cleanliness, neatness and homeliness will never be an issue. Just looking to live and not just exist in my new home :)
Wow !!! What a little gem this is. This is an older style home with tucked away in a cul-de-sac in South Coogee. It is literally on the water's edge with epic views. With a large front garden and private back yard - I feel it is a little bit of nature heaven in Sydney. I am picking up the keys to the property on March 21st and it will be open for viewings on that Wednesday and Thursday. I am looking to rent two rooms - one as a long term rental to a single person ($450 + bills) and the other as a short term rental ($550 including bills). Both rooms have build in wardrobes and room for a queen size bed. The home has heaps of character with wooden floors and high ceilings. I will be furnishing it from scratch and intend to furnish it similar to what you see in the photos.
Hey, I'm Courtney and I've just made the move to Sydney from Central West NSW. I work in mental health promotion with a great for-purpose organisation in the Sydney CBD, with occasional weekend work. Totally stoked about being able to live near the ocean, I get outside as much as possible, am pretty great at early mornings (except when I'm not), and get my yoga on anywhere I can. I balance out yin and yang of liking my own space, but also love a good social sesh. I'm clean, love fresh food, and my goal for 2018 is trying to retain really interesting/strange facts about things people wouldn't expect me to know about.
