We are 3 maybe 4 professionals in our thirties looking for a share house, each needing a room. We all work full time, and are all from the South Coast, so we travel away a lot of weekends. Personally I travel to Bali a lot for my business. Another is in the army and is away on base a lot. The other (s) spend a lot of weekends down the coast too. But we are all extremely respectable, work hard, love a Sunday BBQ and spend most of our spare time at the beach. All in all, very respectable and reliable. We are flexible with a move date, anywhere from two weeks onward. But could work around whatever suits. Budget wise we are open to this also. And flexible with length of stay. Can do anywhere from 3 months to 12 months. Happy to discuss this with you. Thanks, and hopefully chat soon!

Hi everyone, One of our lovely housemates is moving in with his girlfriend and so we are looking for someone to move in to our idyllic 5-bedroom home in South Coogee around the 27th of November. The house is newly renovated (with 2 bathrooms and a separate loo), ocean views and a sweet balcony overlooking Lurline Bay. We’re keeping the chills at bay with gas cooking and heating. Our little family includes our newest addition a Lab x Border Collie puppy Eva, She is an outside Dog, as smart as Einstein and about double as cheeky. With a large front and back yard (including BBQ area, Spit-roast, Outdoor fireplace and large vegie/herb garden), it’s a short walk to either Coogee or Maroubra Beach (we’re smack bang in the middle of both) and regular buses are about 150 metres away. We are four friends in our mid to late twenties and work long hours (full time) most of the week. As a result, we expect our prospective flatmates to be considerate of this and keep noise to a minimum during the week. Whilst we’re keen for a sneaky beverage after work, Weekend BBQs and occasional party nights, we aren’t looking to be party central. A bit about us (Tom, Andy, Gill and Michelle) – Tom’s a local, enjoys long walks on the beach, using power tools and long philosophical debates. Andy he is from Adelaide, but don’t hold it against him, he is sporty, funny, does magic with electricity and had an encyclopedic knowledge of AFL. Michelle is an angel from Perth, her cooking skills are next to none, with a sense of humour like a whip, and a laugh that’d melt the coldest of hearts. Jill is an irish lass but has long called Australia home , she works as a midwife and is the definition of chilled out and loves a few relaxed beers over some good conversation. So to more serious business, we have one room to lease: - Bedroom #3 on the plan: $280 p/w plus bills - Large double room with lots of natural light - In-build wardrobe - Polished timber floors & freshly painted Looking forward to hearing from you Andy, Jill, Michelle and Tom x
Hi everyone, I work full-time and generally keep quite busy. I moved to Sydney in January. I currently live in the Eastern Suburbs. I have my own car so a spot to park or un-timed street parking would be great. Thank you

And we're funny. And my friend is a photographer..

Melisa and I are an active professional couple from Argentina taking a year off to enjoy the working holiday program in Australia. We are a responsible couple, looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beautiful city of sydney. We are clean, orderly, non-smokers and easy to get along with.
I am a 24 year old male, who has been in Australia for the past 18 months. I have been in Sydney since June 2016. I am looking to move closer to the beach, ideally away from my current location near the CBD. I plan to stay for 3 months, until the end of February. I work full-time, evening and weekends (for the most part). I don't want to write too much about myself, for the fear of sounding cliché. I would love to find flatmates that have the potential to become great friends, but I'm also happy to spend time alone. I'm tidy and respectful. And we're now feeling cliché. So I'll stop :P But if you have a nice, (ideally private) room near the beach, please contact me with further details :) I'm also open to any questions you may have. Your future flat-mate, Sean.

Hey there! I am looking for a place beginning to mid-January around Sydney. I am a Canadian on a work visa for 5-6 months, possibly longer if I get my PR. I will be working as a sound technician/server, mostly nights. I will need a comfortable place to practice my guitar and singing, as well as writing and reading. No preference on male or female as long as you are genuine, easy going and can respect each other's privacy. I am very clean and happy to help out - able to share cooking and cleaning duties. I don't mind partying/smoking/drinking, although I don't myself. I'll often be working out and trying new things. Part-time vegan, mostly vegetarian :) I love animals, no problem with pets. Flat Preferences/Requirements: Need a bed, closet/chest of drawers. Internet needed, shared bathroom & kitchen works perfectly. TV or living space not necessary. Preferred private room or study area (as long as I have about 2-4 hours a day alone). I won't be in Sydney until the 29th of December and I'll have until the 1st to check out places. After that, I will be traveling, until the 14-15th. I was hoping to find a place that could accommodate my luggage (large suitcase & guitar), at a discount, before I move in. I want to live close to the beach and city since I'll be working nearby and would like to get the most out of this experience. I love to make friends, please contact me if we can work something out!
