"Good dude and great to live with." - current and soon to be former room mates testimonial. Jackson Carter, 24 years young, Civil Engineer moving to Sydney for work. Grew up in Airlie Beach; salt water in the veins opposed to blood. Went to Uni in Brisbane, flirted with mining for a year in Central Queensland (wouldn't recommend it) and recently finished a graduate program in Brisbane. On weekends I like going on adventures and finding cool spots to surf, camp, swim, drink beer etc. live music, bars, cafes - standard 24 year old activities I would say. I have lived in shared housing (of varying dynamics) since leaving home at 17 so I understand the importance of having clean, tidy and respectful roommates. I am kind, courteous with a (self diagnosed) decent sense of humour. I am looking for a young professional house of Monday - Friday workers (so our schedules aren't too conflicting) who are also respectful of others and are clean to live with. I would like to call the people I live with mates, not just roommates. 6 months+ on the lease would be beneficial but not too phased if it's not, I arrive in Sydney the weekend 4th March.
I'm about to move up to Sydney from Melbourne to start a PhD at UNSW (full time, under scholarship) and I'm also working part time in the Army Reserve and have been working in the fitness industry for longer than I care to remember (might carry my business over to Sydney, or I might just enjoy the views for myself). Chilling out over a coffee or a meal by the park/beach would be highly valued, but between work and research, exercise and reading there isn't much time left over – so I'm looking for mature housemates that can keep a tidy ship and respect the people they live with. I'm an early riser, love to talk life, health, and philosophy, and I would dearly love to bring my dog up to Sydney with me if at all possible. His name is Chewie, he's an 8 year old German Shepherd, has grown up living with cats and dogs of all sizes, and generally steals all the attention. He just flops around the house and saves his energy for the park. Need to be moved up with in the next few weeks (mid March at the very latest). Give me a yell if you have space in your house for me to join, or if you're hunting on the same mission. Chewie and I would love to hear from you!
Hi, I'm Enguerrand a 21 years old french student. I come to australia to make my internship in event and I'm searching for a flatshare of at least 3 people to have some life in the appartment/house. Hi there my name is Alex, I'm 28 years old and have been living in Sydney for a little over a year now after making the move interstate. Currently looking for a new place to call home around the South East of Sydney but open to anywhere really south of the city. I work in the Matraville area, Monday to Friday usually early mornings till late, but have the weekends to unwind, head to the beach, go for a good walk/ run and just explore and have fun. I see myself as easy going, neat and tidy as well as considerate to people from all walks of life. Pretty much up for anything and just keen to have fun and be happy. Reach out and let's make something happen :D Look forward to hearing from you, Alex
Jimmy, Advertising/Media Professional - Seeking sociable House/Flatshare in Coogee! Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a flat or houseshare as close as possible to Coogee Beach Road. I work in media and am out socialising at work a fair bit, and want to continue that with housemates seeing all Sydney has to offer. Would be great to find housemates who are similarly sociable and up for a laugh. I am keen on fitness (Go to Titan's so would like a place that is close by) and also play football for Coogee United. That's not to say that I am a health freak though and enjoy the occasional drink with the best of them, most likely in the CBH or Pav! Not looking for a 24/7 party house but a one to enjoy good times and some banter in when suitable on weekends maybe! It's completely fine with me when housemates want to do their own thing at home, but if you are always going to lock yourself away we probably won't be right for eachother. Few other things about me: Single Huge Tottenham Hotspur fan (would be great to live with someone who would be keen to watch Premier League Games too) Good Cook (or so I think!) Love a BBQ, definitely keen to host a few over summer! Into all kinds of music, but not one to play it at all hours! Love a good festival though! Clean and tidy but not a clean freak if one spoon is left in the sink! Keen to get down the beach whenever possible! Bought a bed here which I want to keep and is a Queen so will need plenty of space. Happy to live with girls or boys and in many ways would prefer a mixture of both, in my London place it was 2 boys + 2 girls who didn't know before moving in together and now are friends, would be great to do that again! Budget of around $300-360 per week Am free to move within 2 weeks of finding a place, although that is also negotiable. If i sound like the kind of housemate you are looking for then get in touch! All the best Jimmy
Hi! I have just moved to Sydney from the gold coast. I work full-time as a veterinary nurse! I am a pretty cruisey person that likes to eat and go to the beach a lot.. I am very clean (thats my nursing coming out) and love to have a cold beer after a long day at work! Choose me and I promise you'll be laughing non-stop the entire time I am there.. Kind Regards Samm Jackson a.k.a Sammual 'L Jackson
I'm a 22 year old Flight Attendant (so I'm not home too often!) but I love to have fun and a good drink withy everyone. I'm clean and tidy, and can make a mean paella. Looking to move ASAP! Thanks, tobie
Originally from Brisbane, moved to Sydney last June and have been living in Coogee. As my Flatmates prepare to move back to Ireland, I'm on the hunt for a new place. I'm 28 and work full-time in Television. My working hours vary - mostly during normal business hours 9-6. When I'm not working - I enjoy spending time with friends for a drink, keen movie goer and try to keep a pretty healthy lifestyle (or try to be). I have a boyfriend of 9 years who lives in Brisbane. I tend to head up north or he comes down every 6- 8 weeks. I enjoy talking travel, I've been through Europe, Asia and just came back from spending 3 years in Toronto Canada. I'm very down to earth - and very easy to talk to. Always clean up after myself - and love to cook!
Beautiful, quiet and coastal location located 3 minutes walk to the coastal walk and 15 minutes walk to Coogee Beach. It's close to the bus stop that goes out into the CBD and less than 10 minutes drive to Coogee, Randwick and Maroubra shops. Apartment is very clean, has new carpet, captures plenty of natural sunlight, homey and peaceful. Great kitchen with working oven and plenty of bench space. There's a spacious living area that goes out into a pleasant and sunny balcony. Bathroom is newly renovated with modern finishes and the toilet is separate to the bathroom. The room available is large, clean, has plenty of natural sunlight and has a spacious built-in wardrobe. There is only one carport but it'll be reserved for the person that moves in and is included in the rental amount. Current roommates are looking to move out and we purchased most of the furniture and looking to split some of it so happy to discuss re-doing the interior design of the apartment and share costs.
Hi! I'm Mo, a Londoner who's just moved over for work. I'm a doctor and will be working at POWH so looking for a place in and around Coogee. A beach view from the pad would be ideal! I'm clean, tidy and easy going - my week can range from chilled nights-in to being out and sociable. I'm outdoorsy and very active. Currently learning to kite surf, so a place close to the beach would be perfect. I also travel as much as I can and want to explore what Australia has to offer. I'm looking to share with like minded people! Feel free to contact me on here or on my mobile.
Hi my name is Bri. I have just graduated from university in Newcastle and started a full time job doing physiotherapy at Prince of Wales Hospital. I've lived in share housing for the past 5 years so I'm used to being respectful of shared spaces and keeping tidy. Looking to move into a house of others who are working/studying during the week but keen to chill out after work and have fun on the weekends. I'm pretty big on the beach, live music, running and exploring new places.
I'm a 22 year old registered nurse working full time. Looking to move into a private room sometime in May. I am tidy, sociable, reliable, respectful and really easy going. I like socialising and having a few drinks, but also enjoy my quiet time. I am keen to find a place that feels more like a home rather than just a place to crash.

I want my home to be a relaxing and quiet place. However, I do like having drinks on the occasion. No parties unless arranged together. I like to keep a tidy place and always clean up after myself. I'd like to share with someone who is like minded, respectful and considerate :)

Hi everyone! I am a 24-year-old engineer from France but living and working in Sydney since mid-february. What is there to say about me? Well, first I am a very organized and tidy individual, and my friends never miss an opportunity to joke about it! I am also very open-minded, dynamic and serious. I travelled quite a few times and for long periods (US mostly) so I learnt to easily adapt myself to different culture and locations. My main passion is aviation, I have my private pilot license and if we end up sharing the same appartment then you can tag along with me for a flight! I also run on a regular basis, it' the best way to see around the city and burn some calories (combining the pleasant and the useful)! Cheers! Charles

Hey guys were Matt and Mia. We've recently returned from a four month trip across India, Nepal and Sri Lanka! I currently work for Channel Nine as a Social Media Producer in their sports team while Mia works at an eco cafe in Bronte. We both enjoy the beach, beer, trekking, camping and cooking. I myself have a real passion for sports (rugby league and cricket mainly) and occasionally write for a magazine. We're looking for not only a place but a family. Not like children and stuff but a place where everyone's social and easy going like ourselves. We're a social couple who won't hide in our rooms but instead enjoy a drink with the housemates or some cooking or both! If you've got a room available let us know :) Cheers, Matt n Mia
