I'm Mijail, a 28 years old guy from Chile. I work as a barback at the Coogee Pavilion, finished a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and currently study Spanish teaching. I'm really quiet and easy going always keen to do things like going out for dinner or drinks.
Hi, I'm just about to start full-time work in personal training/nutrition, looking to move to a place close by. I'm a relatively quiet person, but always keen to chat and hang out. I love a good movie night. I tend to fill my spare time with physical activities or enjoying a good book. I'm a non-smoker, would prefer non-smoking flat mates.
A couple from Norway taking a semester abroad at UNSW. We enjoy having a good time and being with friends. Tidy and clean, and always upfront with rent. Sparetime is usually spent on cooking, exercising and hanging out with friends and family.
Im a Dutch student who is starting an internship from the 16th of May. Easy going, social and open to make new friends to enjoy my stay even more in Sydney. I am starting with an internship close to Peakhurst located in Sydney, therefore a quiet place/accommodation with a private room, is preferred. Any question is welcome! Kind regards, Sjoerd

28 y/o full-time professional moving up from Melbourne to start at a new job! New to Sydney, although I do kind of know the area and know a few people here and there. Looking for a new place to share with some cool people, or a room in a house already full of them. Housemates are good, but if you're looking for someone friend-worthy as well, then we should talk. Ideally I am looking for 1-2 housemates. I like people... but not too many. What you can expect from me is mostly Netflix after work, but assuming I make some friends and being Sydney, its safe to say I might head out for dinner or a drink on the weekend. I am not a party animal, I just like a normal level of social interaction. I have been living in a share house for the last few years, so I know the drill. I am tidy and I want to live with people who are the same. I can cook, so if you want to have a few meals together then I hope you can too. If you don't do the sharing thing then I am all for that as well. I have been living in some pretty cool places so I have some reasonable chat to bring to the table pending you understand my sarcasm. Things I am looking for in my life besides a place to put the bed are a gym, a view, a good coffee, wine and some good food, not necessarily in that order. You can expect me to be doing most of those things on a regular basis. Ideal locations I have listed, but if you think your spot is closer to the things I have described above, then have a go at twisting my arm. I have already moved up and already started work but am staying with friends so my move-in date is flexible.
Hi, my name is Jo. I am 23 and currently living in Melbourne, although I was born in Byron Bay. I have recently landed a full-time job with the Indonesian Consulate in Sydney so am looking for a flatmate for several months. I imagine I will be busy and working a lot, but in my down time I enjoy keeping fit and having a laugh. I would definitely be into sharing cooking, or having a chat over dinner or a drink. I'm relaxed and easy going, but like to keep a tidy home
Hi flatmates! My name is Simone. I am 35 years old. I'm Brazilian student and I am open minded, disciplined and well organized person. In Brazil, I work as a Legal Analyst in a health insurance company. I need to speak Englis fluently because it will be necessary for my work, so I decide to do a 01 year interchange to learn English in Sydney. I already went to Australia on vacation and I really enjoyed it, which is why I decided to study there. Regards,
We are a really easy going couple (French and Irish) in our early 30s, who have been living in shared apartments or houses since we are together (5 years), sharing flats with people from different countries. Both working full time in the city center with sponsored working visa. Travelled a lot, interest in food, photography, art, culture, yoga, motorbike, surf, socialising... Good cooks, clean and respectful. Like sharing a drink or some food with the people living under the same roof. Looking for a long term stay and nice people to live with!
Hey! Two friends looking or someone to team up with in the Eastern Suburbs. We are both easy going people who love a bit of banter over a wine or two. We enjoy a night out, but prefer a Netflix binge and a cheese platter at home. We both work and are pretty busy during the week and like to get out on weekend. We're hoping to find someone like minded who we can be friends with and hang out rather than a stranger in the house.. Can't wait to meet our new roomie :)
Hello I'm Hannah, I'm 25 years old. I have just moved to Sydney and I work full time. I would say I'm a pretty chatty and social person. But I also value down time. I think it is good to have a mix of both in a shared living arrangement. I clean up after myself and know how to respect shared common areas. Looking for a place I can be comfortable in to call home.
Hi there! First time moving out so looking forward to finding people I can share a 2-3 bedroom place with. A private room is a must with an ensuite/ own bathroom but happy with a shared bathroom too. I am a clean freak, bubbly personality, work in Chatswood in the health profession and intend on studying my Masters in International Public Health in the next 6-12 months. Love cooking, baking, netflix binges, having girls night in with wine and good food. Also enjoy alone time so personal space is important to me. I am very respectful, love socialising and also know when to back off and give someone space :) This is why it is very important for me to find like minded people who respect boundaries. I'd love to have a chance at entertaining friends and family for dinner or movie nights in from time to time. I'd definitely discuss this with housemates and provide enough notice of course as I am very considerate of others needs. It is very important that we keep our house clean and tidy and I would prefer to find a place with wooden floors (allergy to carpets and dust). I am very flexible so if theres a right fit with housemates, location and type of accomodation, I am willing to compromise. Happy to purchase things needed for the house. If you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them :) I also don't need to move out just as yet but thought it would be best to start my search well in advance to find the right fit! Looking forward to meeting my future housemate/s! :)
30 year old UK male who has a stable job. Enjoy cycling and coastal walks (that Sydney coastline!!), and also love to chill out with a book or podcast. Looking for a female flatmate preferably; I am clean and considerate, and am certainly not a 'partier'. Look forward to hearing from you. James
Hello there. I'm a hard working mum with 2 children aged 7 & 11. Very reliable, clean and tidy. We currently live in Penrith (Western Sydney) and we've always dreamed of living near the beach. Maroubra is by far our favourite place and beach. It's time for us to make this change when my current lease ends in May 2017. We are very multi cultural family being half spanish, half Egyptian but born in Australia. I do have a pet Labrador and he's very friendly and well behaved. He's always lived outdoors. I'm looking for an unfurnished 2-3 bedroom house or even an apartment. If you have a backyard and a garage that would be a bonus. I could possibly pre-sign a lease now and leave a deposit. I'm definitely looking for a long term rental 12 months or more. Must be close to a primary and a high school, bus stops, shops would be handy too. We are also into many sports and love to keep active. I really need to start looking now and let my landlord know of our departure so he can find a new tenant for our current house. Plus I have to organise a Removalist plus enrolment in new schools. Please feel free to contact me.
Hello! I'm 26, from Texas, currently on a 457 visa with a full time permanent role as HR Advisor in the city. I'm easy going, clean and respectful. I am flexible with my move date.. anytime between now and early May.
