I am a cheerful person, calm and make friends with ease. The respect among my roommates is fundamental to good relationships. I am reserved in relation to my private life, but I also like to share daily experiences with my friends and family. My priorities are work and studies, and in the vacant hours I want to travel and enjoy this paradisiac place that is Australia.
This is a double storey art deco building. The apartment is very clean and the location offers a coastal lifestyle. It is fully furnished with linen provided. There is internal laundry with a large top loader washing machine and dryer. There are two rooms available; Room one is $430 for a single occupant, $530 for a couple. This is a double bedroom and has a brand new double bed, bedside tables, built in robe, tv, chest of drawers. Room 2 is $590 suitable for a couple, king size bedroom with direct access to outdoor entertaining area/deck, it is furnished with a king bedroom suite, bedside tables, chest of drawers, built in robe, tv. The rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so no shared walls. The apartment is situated at the back of the block, away from traffic noise. It is super quiet. Internally it is ultra modern equipped with full appliances. It has plenty of daylight and sunlight. It has relatively new carpet throughout (no shoes in the house) and the furnishings, design and layout give it a warm, homey feel. The common space has windows with shutters, all rooms have timber blinds, the East and West facing windows is great for cross ventilation. Little things like fly screens on windows etc. and being in a secure building gives you comfort. Aircon will be installed before summer but both rooms have ceiling fans. Public Transport-buses run every 5-10 mins literally at the front of the apartment block. CBD is approx 30mins by bus. Bondi Junction 15-20mins. Walk to the beach 5mins. If you drive, there’s plenty of all day on street parking around if you have a car. Some good cafes and eateries around. Bondi Junction and Westfield Eastgardens shopping centre isn’t far either. If you are a working professional, reliable in paying rent, like living tidy and can clean up after using common areas, then you’re more than welcome to come over and view the property. It is really about finding the right person to share with.
We have a really good vibe in this household. I am very sad to be giving up such a good room at a great price. Close enough to the beach, yet far enough from the beach where you can get plenty of street parking. Lots of light and fresh air throughout the apartment. Lots of storage space. Room has built in wardrobe plus 2 big windows for light and air. Pictured is the room available with Queen Bed plus plenty more room for activities. As I a moving interstate, the room can come furnished for a small price. (Queen Bed, Mirror, Bedside Table). Bond is $800. Room available around the 20th of April but can be arranged for earlier.
Make my bed every morning, very neat and tidy. Love my health and fitness. Well balanced but social guy, super friendly and can have a chat with anyone. 28 years old, Pilot starting with QantasLink. Moving down from Brissy and looking forward to a year in Sydney.

We have a cool house with a great garden and big bedrooms 10 min walk to Coogee beach, and about 20 mins walk to Maroubra. We are keen gardeners so we are thinking of giving the garden a makeover with native plants. The house has two bathrooms and showers! Plenty of storage everywhere including built in robes, a million kitchen cabinets and a store room under the house. Also, laundry room with extra fridge. There is a bus stop across the street to go into town and a pretty cool café. Bedroom 1: Large sun filled bedroom with wooden floors, windows to the front of the house, large built in robes and ceiling fans. Bedroom2: This sunny bedroom comes with built in robes, a nice leafy outlook to the side of the house. I’ll fit a double or a queen bed and a small desk. Bills: All the bills are shared equally . We are thinking of getting a once per week cleaner to do the heavy-duty cleaning and avoid cleaning roster drama :)
22 years old brazilian girl heading to Sydney in order to study International Trade at Greystone College. I really love going out, traveling, meeting new people, but at home I value a calm and CLEAN (especially kitchen/bathroom) ambiance. If you are not organized we would have some problems lol Along with studying, I intend to have a part-time job. Rooms 25 min max from CBD (by public transport) would be great. The stay length is about 9 months, but it can be shorter, too. No problem.

Fun and very easy going. Respectful of others and their space. like to keep my space clean and organised. I work as a barista making coffee and keeping sociable, however, in my downtime I do like to keep to myself and work on my own side hustle as an online digital marketer, not really the party/drinking type, though I occasionally like to go out and have a few drinks. Love to cook, and workout most days. I am moving from Perth to Sydney so looking to find some new friends and explore the city xD Moving to Sydney on the 2nd of May

Coming from Europe (lived in France and Switzerland) for a research project at UNSW. Definitely motivated to explore the town and the surroundings during my stay in Australia. I like various things, ranging from sports (tennis, badminton, running,.) to some chill activities (coffee, discussions about life, politics, philosophy) to some more nerdy stuff (my research project is about quantum computing, used to be good in Go,..). Have a great deal of experience in flats (encountered no problems for now 5 years spend in flats)
