Available: 2nd October 2019 This spacious, cute, light filled home is located a stone's throw from the shop/cafe strip of South Terrace, and less than 10 minutes stroll from beautiful South Beach! Wholefoods market and a range of yoga studios are also within a short walk if that floats your boat :) The free CAT bus service stops at the street corner, so an easy, short commute into Fremantle and the train station. The house is currently furnished and filled with delightful houseplants that I have managed to keep alive! Having said that, I welcome any personal touches and items of furniture you would like to contribute to make the place feel more homely. You have the option of going on the lease with me, or just renting. There is a shared bathroom but an additional toilet, a recently renovated kitchen, plenty of space for an outdoor setting to kick back with mates, a decent space for growing veggies and an old chook house for a slice of urban farm life if so desired. All furry/feathery friends will be considered (except cats because #allergies) Oh and there is air-conditioning and secure parking on the property. I am pretty much vegetarian so would be cool to find someone like minded but this is not a deal breaker :) I am open to all nationalities and LGBTQ If you're a friendly, clean, respectful, employed, chill housemate who is good at being an adult, I’d love to hear from you :)
I’m an easy going, fun, uncomplicated and friendly person. I'm pretty social and out and about a fair bit but can happily entertain myself and like my own private time. Clean and tidy with good communication skills and can cook a pretty decent meal. I work full time and long hours in a professional environment in South Freo so I’m not home a lot. I love to spend time at the beach, with friends (mostly at the Local...), live music and I’m young at heart! I'm happy to hang out with housemates and share a dinner or drinks sometimes but just as happy to keep to myself. I'm not really home a whole lot. Recently separated after 26 years of marriage and although my ex- husband and I have maintained a fairly decent friendship I have moved out of my marital home and looking for shared accommodation for around 6 or so months whilst we finalise the sale of my home and financial separation which will then free me up to buy a new place for myself. I'm kid and pet friendly, happy to share with guys or girls, non smoker, social drinker, non judgmental cup half full kinda girl!
So central, awesome location and beautiful well maintained home. Having time to yourself at home and also friendly housemates and fun with the youngest one particularly (2.5 years old)! Think of post-dinner Hide and seek, playdough, family sized lasagna and a bit of daggy dancing - but all most likely before you get home from work!! It's such a beautiful, peaceful home in the most wonderfully central south Fremantle location, along CAT bus route, walk and ride everywhere if you please, mere minutes to the beach...
Scottish-NZ & English-Aus blokes, moving over to Perth to work in Pilbara as a geologist on a 2:1 week rota, looking for a place for me and my mate Dylan. Both of us are open, sporty, out-going people and sociable. We are both very clean and tidy individuals. looking for either a whole flat/house to rent or share with other folks. 2 ROOMS ARE NECESSARY.
24 year old from Middlesbrough, UK Looking to live and work in Perth for a change of scenery and meet new people, leaving the stress of my graduate job in UK behind, for a year or two. Looking for a clean and airy spare room, don’t mind sharing communal areas and mucking in with house tasks, very social person. Love: watching documentaries trying new food having a drink and a dance animals fashion
I am a PhD student from the United States on exchange studying the plants and fire ecology of southwest WA at Murdoch University. I am looking for accommodation easily accessible to the university by public transport for approximately the next three months. When I’m not working, I like to go running, hiking, or do yoga. I also enjoy watching a movie or series when I’m feeling less active :) I am a tidy and considerate housemate. I enjoy spending time chatting, cooking dinner, or having a glass of wine with my housemates, but am also happy to have time on my own to unwind at home. I like to have friends over for a barbeque or a board game from time to time, but am not much into having huge parties. I am looking for a place to live with other post-graduate students or working professionals who enjoy doing their own thing, but are friendly and social with their housemates.
We are a relaxed and easy-going couple from Bavaria, Germany. We moved to South Fremantle in January 2018, because I, Manuel, am doing my PhD at Murdoch University in the field of Geology/Geochemistry. Now we have to leave our beautiful share house as the owners are planning to move in on October 1st and we look for an accommodation for the two of us in either the Freo area or Leederville area. Other areas, which are close to public transport will also be considered. Sophia currently works in Marketing and Web Design for the Evie Grace Foundation. The NGO is working towards eradicating child trafficking in Kenya by providing education, food and a safe home for street children in Kenya. We are both experienced in living in shared accommodations at various places and always keep everything clean and tidy and love to chat or do outdoor activities (basketball, hiking, city trips, etc) with our roomies and friends. We are looking for any type of accommodation that should have a proper garden. We have three chickens which we want to bring with us to a new place. They don't need much space in the garden - just a few sqm and we built a portable coop for them. We know that's a lot to ask for but would be willing to pay up to $300 for the right spot. Ideal would be a shared house with a decently sized room and ensuite but would also consider other options. Please let us know if you have the right spot for us. Thank you! Cheers, Sophia and Manuel
23 y/o student. I love long ass walks, cooking and uhm.. tea. Preferably after a long term place to live in one of said areas, I'm reliable and always pay rent on time, friendly though not going to live in your back pocket.. (maybe a drink or two and some laughs?) :D I don't come with any cigarettes or animals. But I do love cats & dogs! :D feel free to message.
Seeking Housemates OR A SPACIOUS Home to move into LONGTERM LOOKING TO MOVE INTO A VERY SPACIOUS HOME or LOOKING FOR SIMILAR MINDED PEOPLE TO TEAM UP WITH FOR A Longterm HOUSE-HUNT. Looking to live with RESPONSIBLE RESPECTFUL HEALTH-CONSCIOUS ADULTS in the age range between late 20s to early 40s. Location-wise for houses LOOKING SOUTH OF THE RIVER *** in the areas BETWEEN FREO to APPLECROSS REGION ... ideally like to keep it closer to the north and in the vicinity 10-15min max from Freo. Looking for a *homey home* - nice features… (not plain!)- with loads of greenery in its garden surrounds, and ideally close to nature reserves/ parks/ river/lake/ ocean. Looking for a 12 month stay ideally or longer for the perfect place. Personally its extremely important for me to be looking for a home that can be my sanctuary - somewhere to thrive in, recover in and LOVE coming home and being home in. Nature-full, happy, relaxed, stress-free, SPACIOUS and also where it feels like we have a lil family being all together but still with all our own space.…. Can’t stand being stuck indoors in what feels like a shoebox of bricks and mortar or feeling uncomfortable being me with all it entails inside the home. - Outdoors ideally will have large covered patio/ entertaining areas, plus garden to work with (eg veggie/herb garden/fruit trees etc) Looking for a quiet and; peaceful area of a suburb. Set on it being the RIGHT PLACE to call home… a house I can feel is comfortable for me to be in like my own home is important to me. I'm in no rush- i have a flexible living arrangement where I am now and so I'm happy to wait til I find whats suits my best interests - with both people and places I’m keen on a –*spacious* and functional kitchen - a chefs kitchen I guess you’d call it – ideally with a big gas burner stove, decent size oven, deep double sinks and have cupboard space for my high quality kitchen equipment and gadgets like thermomix, dehydrator etc.... happy to share what i have provided its all looked after :) I’ve also got enough stuff to fill part of an office/ study as well as a bedroom… heaps of books, and study materials and paperwork/ filing cabinet… so if there’s a study too or alternatively a really big bedroom with space for storing these that would be great! Also with regards to bedroom - walk in wardrobe prefferred otherwise larger size built in robes would suit too. I'd prefer my own bathroom and I DEFINITELY NEED A BATH. Its part of my therapy program to have magnesium baths - so its a non-negotiable aspect. Would love some space in a garage/ workshop/ shed /basement– I have tools (I’m an Industrial Electrician/ Instrumentation tech in the making) + have a bit of workshop gear, and some of outdoors/ camping/ sporting stuff that i'd like to be able to be stored in an organised manner in a garage/ basement/ shed – CLEAN, secure, accessible + able to be kept organised. Looking for a home with multiple different living areas so we are not confined to a bedroom when all are home and need our own space, especially if people are privately entertaining guests. Additions like solar panels, bore retic, fire places, evaporative air con etc etc are welcomed additions- not essential. Not fussed on things like pools/ spas but if they are there cool bonus. Rental/ Character references available on request - written and by phone. I personally have looked after full properties as large as 5 acres including gardens, pools, home etc. and have EXCELLENT references… I pride myself on this and on looking after homes as if they were my own. I can certainly be trusted with this. And if its not obvious – I do appreciate the finer furnishings in a home, so I’m not looking for run down, or bland or plain…. I’m looking for interesting + different and things that really make it feel like a nice home. I feel its important to love your surroundings! I have a DETAILED bio i can send you but in short: Myself, Dee (30 in December)- recovering from a car accident, recently finished a years stint in an head injury rehabilitation facility. I’m Still in the rehab/ recovery stage, just now more independently physically & cognitively capable & so working more on rehab in the community rather than live-in rehab... so theres lots of appointments to attend daily... keeps me quite busy. ... The next 6months of my life are focussed on regaining as much of my previous life's capabilities as possible (previously was working away on the mines in the final years of my dual trade apprenticeship in industrial electrotechnology + instrumentation). In contrast to that, I’m also a holistic health + wellbeing enthusiast and prior to the accident, I used to be right into my fitness and exploring/adventure travel life too + LOVE freediving and everything to do with the ocean. I'm clean, responsible, mature, friendly, caring, kind, thoughtful, resourceful, motivated, have a good research head on my shoulders and love everything about nature, the outdoors + life optimisation (bio-hacking) in every form. For more info about me/ my bio - feel free to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you regarding potential matches! Feel free to call or phone text in addition to responding via flatmates.... I don't always see the flatmates messages- so phones the more assured and fastest way to get hold of me. Cheers for your time! Deedee :) 0408377519
Hello, About Me: I am a 26 year old young professional working full-time as a Senior Strata Manager. I'm interested in rock climbing, getting out and about, keeping fit and keeping social. I've spent the last 5 years flatting in apartments so I have no issues with cleanliness, respect, payment times etc. I am going to be studying while I work so I will be looking for a place that balances downtime and getting out/being social at appropriate times. My plans are to find a place with a 6 month lease with the option to renew. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thanks.
Hi, My names Mathew and I'm a pretty laid back guy. I work part time (4 Days) at the Health Department within Administration and I play a bit of basketball and make music on the side. I like to keep to myself most times and I am very cautious of other peoples space but I don't mind grabbing a beer every now and then and having a chat :) I am clean and quite boring really as I enjoy days laying in the sun or nights binge watching Netflix.
Italian guy, early 40s. Quiet and non-smoker. Looking for a private room or small apartment with private bathroom/toilet/ensuite. A studio/granny flat would be good. Will require from January 1st short or long term. Prefer between Cottesloe to South Fremantle and anywhere between. Grazie
