Hello! I'm 24, work full time as a barista. Love to have a couple of beers, exercise, socialise, lay on the beach, eat and be a non dickhead. I'm looking for a house I love with people I get along with well.
Originally from the county but lived in Geelong most of the last 5years in between working away and travelling overseas. I'm a tidy housemate who is a master in the kitchen when i have the time. During the week i keep things very quite and on the weekend i enjoy a few beers watching the footy. Only need a house for most of the next year before i head off on a big trip to North, Central and South America and then work in Portugal. Cheers
This spacious, modern townhouse is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the South Geelong Train Station, Kardinia Park precinct and the Geelong CBD. The house is very spacious. It features two large living areas, more than ample kitchen space with a walk in pantry, one toilet and a decent sized laundry room downstairs. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one with an ensuite, the main bathroom and an additional separate toilet. It also boasts two shared off-street parking space.
Hey, i'm a very cruisy and easy going gal, always down for some fun but understanding and respectful of having space. Currently studying second year fashion and textile merchandising at RMIT and working on weekends. Always keen to hangout, have a laugh and have a couple of bevs
Want to be part of a fresh functional sharehouse with one or two others? Newtown, East Geelong, South Geelong or Geelong West sound okay? Like to be in clean and comfortable surroundings where it feels like a real home and you all share a meal weekly? I'm forming a new sharehouse soon. It will be furnished but with room for you too in the shared spaces. And as a plus it comes with a pet cat who is supercool and friendly. Me: working Masters student finishing my degree over next two years. Enjoy a clean and tidy house and garden with all the mod cons. Inspired by sociable flatmates who are busy living awesome lives. Clean living Love catching up with friends at cafes, beach days and the arts. You: similar, single, non smoker, drug free, normal sleep schedule, working and/or studying, no pets or one friendly cat only Bills and rent will be shared fairly. Get in touch!
Once again, i am writing a description to lure in anyone who has a room available. I am a full time working, studying, aspiring to something different every month 26 year old gal. I am like most of the descriptions on here, neat, friendly and looking for those qualities in prospective housemates. For fun? friends, eating, sleeping, dancing, eating, movies, music, eating, becoming obsessed with a musical instrument for a week, googling how long it takes to become a master at said instrument and giving up before i even begin. So you know, the usual stuff. What has brought me here? a relationship breakdown. So i decided to get a grip on my life and start a diary. Resolution number one: obviously, will lose twenty pounds. Number two: will find nice sensible boyfriend and not continue to form romantic attachments to alcoholics, workaholics, peeping-toms, megalomaniacs, emotional fuckwits or perverts. Any Bridget Jones fans out there? My main selling point would be that i come with Frankie the Border Collie cross Lab puppy, she turned 1 a few months ago and is keen... I would love to write that she speaks 4 languages, packs the dishwasher and makes tea for you in the morning however she isn't quite there yet... She's used to living inside and cuddling to any willing participant. I am obsessed with her, she is obsessed with anyone who will give her attention. Any questions, i would be happy to answer.
Heya! My names Britt, I'm 24, working full time hours at a cafe on the Bellarine. I'm about to start a sports development diploma at VFA. I've just come back from travelling and working in the US. I'm friendly, easy going, social. I've lived in share houses before and understand the principles of respect like doing your own dishes! Looking to move into a homely place with like minded people for a length of 12 months while I'm studying. I enjoy my own space but also enjoy the company of my roomies.
I am a very clean quite respectful ho honest trusting fun easy going helpful loves to cook loves animals loves children not a party animal prefer the quiet life fit. Hey I really hate these self describe sections so this will be short and brief. I'm Joiner by trade, which if you have no idea what that is that's cool surprisingly not many do. I'm a clean individual who always pays his bills on time and more than happy to do my fair share of house chores. On the social side big fan of heading out an grabbing a drink at the local pub and chilling not overly keen on the night club scene Well that's me in a snap shot
Hi I'm Alifa and I'm 23. I'm a language teacher who works 0.8 at 2 schools. That means, I work 4 days a week. Right now, I'm looking for a room in a shared house or a flat for myself. I'm also interested in teaming up with people. I prefer living around Belmont, Highton or South Geelong. I'm not a smoker, I have a dog phobia (so, I can't live in a house with a dog or even a puppy), I'm neat and tidy and also quiet sometimes. I have an online job as well, so you might not see me around the house if I have to work in my room. But, I'm happy to hang out, talk, and share food. I can cook too!
I am Deakin uni (waterfront campus) student, doing masters of architecture. Mostly I am at uni doing my thesis(research). I am hardly finding any time to hang out these days but would love to on some weekends.
Tidy Clean Hygenic Friendly Reliable Honest Originally from colac been around geelong forlast two years couch surfing. But kinda over it n wanting a reliable safe and comfortable place to live. Currently unemployed but intereested in sustaining employment. I enjoy music hanging out with friends roadtrips. Movies. Quiet nights in or random adventures out to the pub or just anywhere.
Hi, I am 54 years old and in Victoria for a few months, possibly longer. My daughter and the grandkids live in Ocean Grove so I need to be near them before returning to Queensland. I am currently unemployed but looking for part-time or casual work as I will be babysitting the kids while my daughter works. I have an elderly, very fat and well behaved, male neutered dog that I would prefer to be allowed inside while I am home. He would go with me when I go out and to my daughters once I get a job so he would never be home without me to supervise him. He is well socialised with other dogs, cows, chooks and ducks. (We live on a working cattle station in QLD) Where we are staying now there is a cat and while his natural instinct is sparked when she moves around, he obeys my commands and ignores her. He is 10 years and moving a lot slower since we came down to the cold from Qld. As am I.... I thank you for the time taken to read my story and hope for a positive response. Kind regards, Angie
I'm Jess, I'm a really relaxed, respectful and easily sociable person. I get along well with new people even if you're shy, I promise I'll make you comfortable in no time. I like to keep reasonably fit by doing weight lifting, walking my dog, or just going down to the beach for a swim and surf. I'm quite a quiet a neat person to live with, I'm not a party animal, love a good chat with the girls and maybe a casual few drinks every now and then, but I'd prefer to save my money for travel rather than go out and get smashed every weekend. I love all animals, but I've grown up with dogs and looking somewhere pet friendly to bring my own puppy in (preferably a Labrador Retriever). I've trained a successful Border Security Customs puppy before, so I promise it will be a well behaved dog. If you have any other questions, feel free to message me and I will get back to you ASAP, I hope to hear from you soon!
Looking for a vegetarian housemate, 25-44, that doesnt drink alcohol or use drugs. Park over the road with sports oval. Quiet street. 5 minute bike ride to beach. The house is clean on the inside though its a bit dated, the outside is fairly rough, to be painted at some point. If you like gardening there is plenty of space to grow anything. There is a veggie patch that you are welcome to. Washing machine and dishwasher. Gas heater in lounge room. The lounge is a t.v. free space. There is not really a limit to length of stay though it will be a month by month lease in case anyone who doesnt know how to be nice moves in.
Hello, I have a cat who is very special to me so finding a pet friendly place is important. I am a quiet and friendly person who is either out at work and volunteering or at home spending time with my cat :)

HOUSEMATE QUALITIES: • housemate aged 23-35 • people with similar values as above • good communication - communication is what makes or breaks a household. • if you're my housemate, I've got your back, that's just how it is. If this arrangement sounds of interest to you flick me an email :)
Hey, I'm Grace - a full time student at Melb Uni and working part time in Geelong. I tend to keep fairly busy but would love a house mate/s who I could chill with in the evenings. I'm easy going and have lived by myself the past two years up in Melbourne (this is the part where you're impressed I can pay rent, cook and clean for myself). Ideally I'd like to start up a house with one or two others, and I've got a fair bit of furniture which I'm happy for everyone to use. I'd dig a place with a garden so I can get a legendary veggie patch going, but happy to compromise :)
18 yo New to geelong , moving from Ballarat . Working full time with a property group Friendly , easy to get along with , mature and do most of my socialising outside the house Have not lived out of home before
I'm a quiet, respectful young professional looking for a place to call home. I'm house proud so prioritise keeping my space clean and organisied, and would love to have a friendly relationship with housemates.
Hey, I've been studying in Belgium for the past 3 years and recently landed a job in Geelong. So to avoid the daily commute I'm looking for a chill atmosphere in a share house where the housemates respect the cleanliness of the place. I've had a lot of experience living with people and like an honest and open approach when living with other people. I cook well, I keep common areas tidy, enjoy music, movies, tv shows, drinks, BBQs, fitness, playing video games some times etc. I'm open to living with male and female housemates, prefer someone of a similar age and into the same interest.
The house is located in a quiet street 4 km from Geelong's CBD, 5 minutes walking distance to the Gordon TAFE east campus and just a short walk from a city bound bus stop. The room is clean and bright with BIR's, and the shared kitchen has been updated and offers great cooking facilities. You will need to be neat, tidy, clean and friendly and we prefer female. If successful, you will share with 2 other quiet professional people.
$200 p/w for singles or $250 p/w for a couple. Prime location! Close to Garden Street shopping area, 1.8km from CBD and only 2.6km from Deakin Waterfont. Walking distance to many cafes in the area and also ~approx 200m from our house is a bus stop. The house is located in a lovely, quiet area with plenty of on street parking, but we also have access to back yard parking. I often park in the street as it’s easier, but on the odd occasion I require to park my car out the back. There is room for 2 cars out the back. It is a locked back gate. You will have the main bedroom in the house; which is very large and spacious (5.7 x 3.3m), which comes with BIR and ensuite and direct door access to the backyard. The room comes with a BIR but also comes with 1 freestanding wardrobe and the option of another if wanted. That is all for the room, but the rest of the house is. Furniture in pictures will change from what is shown. Pictures shown are the stock images taken to originally advertise. Furniture will differ once my housemate moves out. Spacious open plan renovated kitchen with dishwasher, and open plan dining/lounge area and study nook with split system heating and cooling. The rent does not include bills (Elec & Water) – which are pretty reasonable each month. Internet is available for an extra amount per month. I also have Netflix, so am happy for you to use that! Ideally, I am looking at someone staying long term, nothing below 6 months. Someone who is a non-smoker, clean and tidy, not too noisy and respectful of their surroundings. 4 weeks rent is also required in advance, as well as a bond which amounts to be 4 weeks rent. If this all floats your boat, just give me a message :)
Relatively new home, open plan living. Large bedroom with built in wardrobe. Kitchen and lounge facilities. Nine minutes from Geelong CBD, 10 mins to Deakin, 15 mins to Torquay. Quiet neighbourhood in central area.
Very conveniently located - the property is about 10 minutes walk from Geelong CBD, and 15 minutes from Deakin University Waterfront Campus, and less than 10 minutes walk from Geelong Hospital. There's 3 large bedrooms in the property, and 2 smaller rooms, which could made in a study or small lounge, or a guest bedroom. House has basics, stove, washing machine and line, etc. Room has some furniture from past roommate - up to you whether you want to keep it or not. The landlord does require you to be added to the lease as co-tenants, and approved by them - I don't think approval is likely to be an problem - hasn't been previously, but just thought you should be aware. Additionally, there is a large backyard which can be used for off-street parking, or other things.
I'm active, currently studying personal training following my love for health but love to have a chat and connect with people. I like yoga, travelling, running and wine! looking for like minded, clean, easy housemates that I get along with and can share a great space together in Geelong.
Hi, Known for being chilled and independent, I am a 28 year old male student who has decided to move to Geelong after being offered a new role in one of the local Bar in Geelong. While everyone needs their own space i won't mind coming out for drinks/food or hanging out every now and then. I like keeping things clean but not a clean freak and like helping around in the house. Love travelling or even a movie nigh at home as well as checking out different Bars and Restaurants. Waiting to hear from you soon. Pranamya AKA Rocky
