This lovely early 1900's villa is in the heart of Kensington and has easy access to public transport.....so much so that I don't have a car! It is very spacious, and has a great outdoor space for relaxing with a wine or two over the BBQ. There is ducted heating and evaporative cooling - better than nothing in summer! The room for rent is a large double (approx 5x5m) with BIR. I like to live with an environmentally conscious approach, so I have a worm farm for vege scraps and make use of the community compost for overflow. There is space/area for growing veges if you are that way inclined. My current flatmate (of 6yrs....) owns half the living area furniture so there is plenty of room for your own things if you have them. The house is set up for internet access but is currently under my flatmates name, but could easily be transferred. There is also an awesome cafe around the corner - food pic is from there 😊 PS despite being a shared bathroom I probably spend less time in there than most guys 😂 - oh and there’s a bathtub!

This two bedroom unit is located in a quiet street, in a convenient location, close to the local shops and train station (a ten minute walk), with heaps of cool cafes close by, including one right at the end of the street! The unit is on the first floor of an apartment block. It is an old-ish unit, although the lounge room has recently been re-carpeted which is a bonus. It is in very good condition and is low-maintenance. The bedroom is a good medium size (3.2m x 3.4m) with lots of natural light. It features a good sized built-in-wardrobe.

Two storey townhouse in a great location with your own bedroom and bathroom. The room currently has a queen size mattress but I could provide furniture if required for a small rent increase to $300. There is an IGA across the street and easy walking distance to Newmarket and Kensington station, tram line, buses, Woolworths, and restaurants. Townhouse has: - study area - open plan living, dining and kitchen with small walk in pantry - laundry - toilets downstairs and upstairs - central courtyard - small backyard with washing line - central heating - no parking restrictions in street Please note I do have a cat and she would have to sometimes be fed by you if you’re home before me at night. Hey Flatmates! Currently living with 6 people, not going to lie it’s getting a bit full on and need to get out. I’m looking for a 2-3 person max sharehouse, apartment, studio. I’m 27 and work full time in North Melbourne 5-6 days a week 7-5pm most of the time. I’m career driven and tend to relax when I get a day off. Love having a beer and watching the footy. Can make a mean mash potato and spaghetti! Basically looking for some peace and quiet but nothing extreme, we all want to have fun now and again. Hope you here from some of you :)
I am extremely chilled, work in the media industry and I have the best 5yo black Labrador named Sunny who is my world. Hoping to find a fellow dog-lover who doesn't mind having dogs live inside. I am reliable, professional and am as comfortable keeping to myself as I am chatting amongst friends/acquaintances or strangers. I am currently living in my hometown in southern NSW and am looking to make the move to Melbourne as soon as possible. I am currently in search of a fulltime job which I should come my way pretty soon given my extensive experience and qualifications in marketing/communications/journalism. I won't be making the move to Melbourne until I have my professional future sorted. I don't mind which part of the city I live in but I guess that could change depending on where I am located with work. However the main sticking point is definitely being able to live in harmony with my beautiful best friend, Sunny!
Hi all, My name s Stephanie, 28 years old & pet friendly if you own any. I am a libra if this helps haha! I am hoping to find something along the Craigieburn Line close to public transport as I will be working and studying. Definitely enjoy movies, dancing, exercising & keeping my belongings in order as crazy as my life may be in the world outside at home it all changes, I love my down time sometimes you would think I wasn't even there. I love to learn new everything so if your great a cooking I love to get inspired by everyone's own style & creativity as I am still developing my own. I am a very free spirit & try to be out in the world as often as possible meeting new people & engaging in conversation. I am a smoker I never smoke in cars or houses even if people have allowed me too I don't agree to it (its disgusting) trying to quit & get a better quality of life. I will be Studying acting so if your a performer I will be over the moon if not, I am still very excited about the move, I feel in our everyday lives we need our self protecting masks, though I haven't taken mine off for a while so I'm hoping acting can help me here. Looking forward to hearing from you whoever you may be. Regards
Hi :) I am not looking for a room ! I am looking for a housemate that we can share a 2 bed apartment near CBD. Thanks
I am a full time worker and Mat is a student/part time worker, both works as chefs in brunch cafes ! We are respectful, not party type people. Both of us enjoy drinking but in moderate and non smokers. We mostly cook at home on the day we work, still know well how to use kitchen clean and keep the shared space clean after use. When we have dayoffs, we'd love not just to go out and have lunch or dinner outside, but if the weather is sadly cold and rainy, we love to stay in bed, having a netflix-chill-day. We both want to be fit, so, Mat goes to gym and I goes to swimming pool :) However we are not health-geeks more foodies. Plus, we are up for small talk or a glass of wine/beer with anyone at home :) Most importantly, we pay bills and rent ON TIME.
I'm a student from Germany, currently living in New York for an internship. I'm a very open minded person who's easy and fun to live with. I love to meet new people and enjoy having chats and meet friends. I love to travel and always up for a climbing or hiking trip. I've lived in shared flats since 10 years now, which was always a great experience. I study biology and will be in Melbourne for an internship. Therefore I'm looking for a nice place and people to live with.
