Mark, 47, two jobs. Displaced by fire due to negligent neighbours which my landlord and property manager would both gladly attest to that I didn't cause the damage.
Looking to stay near Newport so I can feed my cat who remains at my previous address (I am NOT bringing him with me to the new place).
I am after a short term arrangement (I hope no longer than 3 months) whilst the block of units I previously occupied can have power restored and then I can reapply to rent there.
