About the house : old style, 3 bedroom house, large sun room and large backyard. Mainly street parking but can park in backyard if needed. Due to it being old, it has its problems, minor at most. Were told if we don't persist on things getting fixed, rent won't be raised as the landlord wants to keep it as it is before selling off to build apartments. 2 guys seeking housemate, preferably not a clean freak but not filth as well, happy to have a drink and let loose but not party 24/7. Located in South Kingsville, close to shops and transport (Spotswood station, approx 10 min walk). Smallish room up for grabs (3.5 x 3) can fit a queen size bed and drawers/table comfortably.
Excellent bedroom available in quite house on large block. Excellent BBQ and backyard facilities. Clean tidy household. Large loungeroom, new kitchen, marble bathroom, European Laundry, heaps of storage, off street parking A choice of either of the 2 spare rooms is available, either furnished or un-furnished. Internet is provided free.
As you walk through the front door, of the three bedroom townhouse, you are greeted by a large L shaped, timber floor lounge, where the couch and dining table are located. The kitchenis at the back of the house with with a wall between it and the loungeroom. The kitchen includes a large pantry and dishwasher. Downstairs is also home to the laundry with storage space and a powder room. Upstairs are the sleeping quarters and the main bathroom, which includes a sunken bath and a separate shower. There is a bus stop (471,944) out the front of the house and another (432) just around the corner. The train station is a 15/20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus. The circle shops and Bayside Fitness Swimming Complex are a few minute walk away. I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean, tidy and looking for a place to call home. Interested in sharing the occasional meal or laugh together. Unfortunately the real estate has specified no pets allowed.

Hi everyone :) We now have a room available in our wonderful home. The room is massive and has lots of natural light. The room currently has a double bed and wardrobe + other small furnishings in it but these can be moved out if you do not need them. The house is a 3 bedroom home with the third bedroom turned into an art studio/craft room. If you're into gardening we have a veggie garden and chicken coup. Our names are Bronwen and Sam, we are a couple in our mid-late 20s and we like to spend our time rock climbing, hula hooping, circus training and just generally being active. We both do shift work so hours are a little all over the place. Sam works in the indoor rock climbing industry and Bronwen works at a community welfare organisation and studies Social Work part time. Both of us are really house proud so having someone live here who also takes pride in maintaining and decorating the house would be ideal. We're really accepting of diversity and consider ourselves open minded people so we'd also like our new housemate to have similar values. Our fluffy pride and joy is our our 2 year old Border Collie called Johnny. He is the love of our lives and is the perfect little pup. Handsome, chilled out (although initially excited when meeting new friends) and loves a good cuddle. The person moving in would have to be a dog person and give Johnny LOTS of love and not just ignore him. It's his house as much as it is ours :) Rent is $528 a month or $791 for couples + one months rent for bond. All bills are divided evenly. If our house sounds like your sort of place to live send an email telling us a bit about yourself. Xx Bronwen, Sam & Johnny

Hi :))) I'm Laura, a girl from Barcelona (Spain) 25 years old. I've been in Melbourne for almost two years and planning to stay for around one year more. My home is too far away and one of the most important things for me, that's why I'm looking for somewhere to call home rather than just a place to stay. I'm the most lovely person to live with when I find the right company and environment!
I'm a 20-year-old Viet girl currently studying Digital Media at RMIT. I'm usually quite busy so I won't be at home very often, but when I do I'd love to have a cozy meal with my housemates and cool chats over warm beverages afterwards. In my free time I really enjoy making graphics and illustrations, petting cats/dogs here & there or playing video games.
Hi there, I've just moved to Melbourne, from India.. Very enthusiastic to make new friends and hang out.. I like to read sometimes, go for hitch hike, go camping and have irresistible love the pets.. I am a Post Graduate student ,and I am used to the "sharing a place" thing for almost 4 years now..
Hi, I recently moved to melbs and am staying at my friend's place and soon to be overstaying my welcome. I am working full time as a speech pathologist but have reasonable variable hours. I need a place with parking as I drive a lot for my job and my only other requirement is decent shower pressure. I'm easy to get along with. I don't really have hobbies unless wine and cheese count, I go through phases of thinking I can be the kind of person the works out regularly (I'm not really that person). Let me know if it sounds like me and your house would go together!!
