I'm an easy going, smiley 34 year old. I work hard so enjoy down time over the weekend either relaxing at home or out with friends/family. I have a cat, Barney, who is friendly and like me, loves to eat 😀 he's a sucker for affection! I'm a mean cook, enjoy a drink and sing as a hobby (I don't practice at home often), but open to jamming if you play an instrument 😊 Looking to return to study in 2018, so looking for a chilled out and mature space.
Clean, friendly, quiet, respectful

Hi! I'm Lawrence, an International student from Mauritius, who's been living in Melbourne for a few years now. I'm looking to move closer to the City to save time going to work and to Uni. Full time post-grad, so a cosy place for relaxing/studying would help! I'm also a casual hospitality worker, so unavoidably pretty friendly. Not big on partying anymore, but do appreciate drinks and always up for some banter! Respectful of other housemates privacy. Not very fussy about a little bit of mess here and there and the TV playing in the background as I grew up in a big family house, but I tend to enjoy the sight of clean common areas... Happy to do my share of chores too. Random facts: I'm an avid recycler, I don't smoke nor do I eat meat (anymore) and errrr.... I also speak French and Spanish. Voilà!
Hey all! I am looking for a furnished bedroom in a share house for 6 months or more. Hi I'm Rod. Just finished my Master of Architecture at Deakin Uni and now commencing a Graduate Architecture role in Flemington. I returned to study after 20 years as a software engineer. I have a diverse range of interests and can talk about most things. I'm pretty quiet and generally pretty busy with work and evening classes (2 nights a week) at Box Hill TAFE. I am house proud and take my flatmate responsibilities seriously. I can provide references. Currently living in Geelong, but would like to move into Melbourne to be closer to work and friends.
Hello! I'm a Creative Writing student at Deakin University (Burwood) working part time. I write a blog about anything and everything. I'm not a big party person although I do enjoy dinner and drinks, and prefer to watch movies or Netflix in my leisure time. I'm a relatively quiet person, albeit quite social as well and I try to maintain a tidy space as well as living minimally in my space. I like to get things done sooner rather than later. I get along very well with pets (but don't have my own) and will be mindful of others during night time hours.
Hi, we are a couple in our twenties, looking for a place to live! We are looking to move early August, when our current lease is up - not before. Both working full-time (between Melbourne & Geelong). Easy-going, tidy, love a Netflix sesh and a few drinks on the weekends. Cannot live with cats or smokers, due to allergies and asthma. Interested in both rooms in share houses, or someone to team up and find a new place together, so feel free to message us :)
Hello! My name is Dylan, I am a 23 year old female who is originally from the USA - Texas to be exact! I studied abroad in Melbourne, and absolutely fell in love with the city. Even after traveling across the globe, I decided Melbourne is where I wanted to move after graudation last year. My degree is in music business (production emphasis) and management, so obviously music plays a huge part in my life and is ultimately the industry I want to work in, but I am currently working full time as a receptionist at a luxury resort in the heart of Kakadu National Park to take care of some visa requirements. I fly back to that states on the 6th of June to file my visa, but will be back in Melbourne the 11th of July and I'm so excited! I am respectful, organized, clean, and always pay my bills on time. I love nights in with friends, especially when I am working full time, but can definitely go for the occasional night out. I absolutely love cooking and can spend hours in the kitchen trying new recipes. Besides that, I try to work out pretty consistently throughout the week and love to take trips to go hiking, create DIY projects/have some creative outlet, and love learning new skills/hobbies - currently trying my hand at guitar and German (Ich bin noch nicht sehr gut). If you want to know anything else, please let me know, and I'll do my best to answer! :)
My name is Laura I’m 23, currently studying nursing and working part time as a carer. I am ideally looking for somewhere in the Inner West. My max budget is $200 pw but ideally would prefer between $150-170. My intention is to move mid July preferably after the 13th but could be earlier if I find the right fit. A little about me: I am studying nursing in Geelong (I am usually there about 1 day a week), I work as a carer (presently I have contracts in Port Melbourne and Richmond but this changes on a regular basis) I work mostly days but can have the occasional late night. I am financially secure and capable of paying my bills on time. I am happy to contribute to household tasks such as cleaning. I enjoy cooking, travel, watching TV etc. I would describe myself as more of a homebody, although I enjoy going out to movies, brunch, dinner or the occasional drink. I have a sarcastic sense of humour so as long as you understand sarcasm, don't mind a laugh, drink or tv I'm extremely easy to get along with. I am looking for housemates that are happy to share a meal or a drink when we can, have a chat or watch a tv show. But also doesn't mind some alone time.
I'm a 19 year old female student who is originally from England and have lived in Wellington, New Zealand for the past 9 years. I have recently graduated with a Commercial Dance diploma and am now looking for dance work. I have recently accepted an offer and I am heading over to Melbourne for a 1 month mentoring course with a professional dancer, choreographer and director. I am needing somewhere to stay during this time. This takes place in Spotswood, VIC so I am preferably looking for suburbs close-ish to the area. I am an outgoing, fun, helpful and trustworthy girl who is very tidy and likes to help out wherever I can
Hi, Im Jamie. 44, male, Registered Nurse. Clean, quiet, respectful of others and their privacy. Into photography, hiking, 4WD, cooking/eating out, movies and wine. Have the most amazing.......ly bad singstar voice (which I naturally wouldn't subject you to unless you wanted to join in). Non-smoker, social drinker, like to try and keep fit and healthy (though profess to a "slight" chocolate and gelati addiction). Don't do drugs and wouldn't share with anyone that did!! Prefer a female housemate as usually easier to live with than guys. Have shared heaps due to previous nature of my work as locum nurse. Have had a working with children check due to the nature of my employment if this is of importance. Anything else, we can chat about if the occasion arises.
Hi! I'm from Singapore and am studying a degree in Advertising at RMIT city campus.🙂 Generally i consider myself to be a tidy and quiet person during uni days and will prolly be camping in my room doing uni work or just on netflix most times so you can expect me to be respectful of your privacy. I smoke occasionally from time to time and also like to party every now and then. I love a mad hang/drinks session with mates and absolutely love pets. Ideally i would like to find a FURNISHED room and a place where i can call home and can hang out in the lounge room with cool house mates watching netflix etc or we can cook food for each other all the time and get drunk together. (p.s i've been told i can cook some nice stuff!) i love music of all sorts really however i am particularly a fan of rock, alternative and yea so on.. you get the gist of it. My favourite band will always be Blink-182! (i promise i won't blast my music or any blink out loud all the time so you don't get too sick of me :P) Currently living in west footscray and would like to move out soon to somewhere closer ish to uni or the eastern surburbs. However i will not be in Melbourne from 19 June - 17 July as I will be back home in Singapore, therefore im looking to move out either before Mid june or after my birthday which is 15th of July. Hope to hear from you future housemates!
Hi. My name is Sam. I'm a 25 year old Bricklayer who works full time. I am originally from NZ, but have lived in Melbourne for the past 4 years. I'm pretty laid back and enjoy a beer after work. During the week I'm usually out playing touch footy or boxing. I'm looking to get into a house share with some like minded people, preferably of similar age. I plan on staying in Melbourne for the next 4 months (possibly longer) before going travelling, so if you are after a short term tenant or think I would be a good fit in your house, get in touch. Also, my move date is flexible by a few weeks either way. Cheers
