Dearest potential roomy, I have a smallish room available for rent available (refer to pictures) in my house in Yarraville. The house features a medium/large sized kitchen (with dishwasher), living area, laundry (with washing machine), one bathroom, outside decking area, and space to park 2 cars, as well on on street parking. It is located in the fabulous Yarraville, 10-15 minute walk to Yarraville Village and Yarraville Train Station. Right next to the freeway and close to public transport (If you can't be bothered walking to the station, bus stop is about 200m away). I am a young professional male looking for someone fun, chilled and clean to live with. I am very easy going and am looking for someone who can add to the dynamic of the house, not just live in it. The house is large enough that you can be social when you like but also have your space and privacy when you need it. The room is currently empty but I have some furnishings that can go in there, just waiting to see what your preference is :) I have a loft bed, desk (both pictured). Happy to assist where i can to sort stuff out. The rest of the house is fully furnished and yours to use as you wish! The room is $160pw ($695 per calendar month). Both pics of the room are the same room, just what it's looked like at different stages. Room lease will be 3-6 months, but will likely be available for longer if things work out - happy to discuss! Bills are split evenly every month. Electricity is generally around $150pm ($50pm each based on having 3 people in the house). There is no gas in the house which makes life easier :) Internet is split evenly as well ($70pm, so $23 pm each). Obviously, if there only two people living in the house for whatever reason, things are split in two :) (this has only ever happened during transition with someone moving out/in). All in all, works out to about $15-20pw to cover everything. If this sounds up your alley please contact via the email form with your full name, describe a bit about yourself, any questions you may have, and remembering to include your mobile number and email address so I can contact you back to arrange a time to view the room! Oh yeah, i have an (extremely friendly) dog and a (typical lazy) cat as well so you'll need to be okay with animals! :D Any questions, just ask!!

Soon to be moving out of this amazing townhouse and looking for someone to take over my room ASAP. This room is approx $170 per week excluding bills and $600 for bond. Room comes with full floor to ceiling mirror/wardrobe. Looking for someone who either has furniture or is willing to buy furniture with other housemates as all the furniture is mine and will be taken when I move. Otherwise if you are ok with having an empty lounge/dinning area, thats cool too. You would share the bathroom with 1 housemate. Close to bus line and is 5 minutes from newport station (via car). Close to supermarkets and shopping centres. off road and on road parking. Very safe neighbourhood. And if you are a animal lover, we live across the road from a dog park so you can see all the cute animals around. We are a pet friendly house but its subject to agent/landlord approval. The courtyard is small though so personally don't think its suitable for pets. PM me if you are interested. Only looking for long term stayers. Hoping to get someone approved and moved in by the end of next week :)
Close to the city, our home is situated in a quiet and welcoming neighbourhood in Altona North, Melbourne. It takes approximately 20 minutes to get into the city by car or by train. Coles is just a 5-minute walk away as are gyms, banks, clothing boutiques, home ware stores, the post office and various cafes and restaurants. The home is a 10 min drive to williamstown and williamstown beach. Williamstown is an ideal hub as it is conveniently situated near to the city, yet offers a serene, communal atmosphere that promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, employment opportunities, and has a very supportive local network of outgoing and pleasant people. The two rooms on offer are both similar in size, one of which has a wardrobe provided. Both rooms have timber floors and large windows that provide ample lighting. The bathrooms are clean, functional and spacious and our kitchen has everything that is required. Our home is equipped with facilities such as central heating/aircon, as well as fast connecting cable internet to help make your stay a comfortable one.

I'm 23, born and raised in Melbourne. I have moved back and forth from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. I'm a clean gal and always friendly. I like short walks on the beach with a mojito in hand. I love to cook. I'm easy to get along with, and love a chat. I love animals and I would love a million dogs if possible. Maybe a rabbit too, with big floppy ears. I put avocado on everything. For fun I like dancing and singing really badly.
Hey there! We are Pete and Kat :) Originally from Tasmania, we're living in Melbourne while we study - both in graduate courses at Uni Melb. (Veterinary Medicine and Medicine). We're active people who love being outside - bike riding, running, bush walking, surfing, swimming and pretty much any/all other sports! We try to go down the coast as often as we can! We also enjoying seeing good films, going to great cafes, going out to restaurants, having the occasional drink over dinner and at great pubs [ideally with parmi specials]. We also love exploring new places, near and far! We're animal lovers, though sadly don't have any pets. We've lived in shares houses for a number of years, as well as living alone as a couple. We're clean and tidy, open minded and respectful of other people. We like to do our own thing and do keep to ourselves, but also love hanging out with [new] friends. As well as study, we are both working casually on the side. Happy to answer any questions & or meet up!
Easy to get along with, very accepting of all walks of life, love to socialise, but like my own space too - would love to find a housemate to drink wine and watch netflix with!
Howdy I'm James! I'm a 25 year old marine technician who works full time in Williamstown. I'm easy going, active, social and don't mind the occasional beer. I'm looking for a place in the Port Melbourne/South Melbourneish area or possibly Williamstown/Newport.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a decent sized room in a tidy home with friendly housemates. I'm a fulltime interior designer in Collingwood and parking at work is horrendous, so easy access to public transport is a must! Would prefer to stay West of the bridge but may consider inner north suburbs too. I'm clean, considerate & generally do my own thing. My weekends are usually spent down the surf coast with family and tend to keep weekdays low key. I have all my own bedroom furniture & can also bring a fridge or other household furniture if needed. Very flexible with move in dates, would rather wait to find the right housemates than rush into anything.
I am a current education student who adores good coffee, conversations and finding the unusual, local things to do in an area. I work a few different jobs and get involved in many things including but not limited to a choir, my uni's arts and education society and volunteering at the Substation. This means I am busy but I do love some good chill out time with a movie or a sleep in. I am LGBT+ friendly and love pets- I do sing a lot though so please be song friendly! :) I try my best to be social and do my share in the cleaning too... I like washing dishes better than vacuuming but whatever works.
