Hi! I have recently started working full time in the city and am looking for a fun loving household to join. I am a very easy going person who loves sport, being active and good coffee. Having lived out of home since 18 I can appreciate the need for good housemates haha. I would want to live somewhere where my housemates arent just people I live with but are also friends, I love a good chat but also love my own quiet time. I also love a good bev or two
Room available in 3 bedroom house. Rooms have built wardrobes and partly furnished (bed + table). Balcony and backyard with BBQ. Perfect location if you work in the city and you like living by the sea. Close to South Melbourne market and Clarendon shopping centre. Quiet street and lovely neighbourhood. Inspection on request
The building is very close to the city, with Shrine of Remembrance and botanical gardens at your doorstep. Great food places across the road including Peko Peko, Don Dons and Rocket Pizza. The apartment has its own carport available as none of the current tenants have a car it is free to use for the new tenant if need be. Number 58 Tram 2 minute walk away on Park St. Also has easy access to trams from St Kilda Rd, Including No.67,72,1,3,16, etc... With all the nearby trams and Flinders Station only being a 20-minute walk away access to all public transport is a breeze. The building also boasts aa 25m swimming pool on level 2. Perfect for swimming laps and is very quiet often having it all to yourself. Also has a small gym area and a tennis court. The apartment has air conditioning, nice balcony area, good in the summer and has a good view of the sunset out on the horizon towards St Kilda beach. The room requires you signing a lease transfer. With the lease period just ending you will essentially be signing on for a year. However, if circumstances change it is possible for you to transfer out. Although the tenants would prefer someone willing to stay on for the year. Room is $260 Per week for a single (includes all bills) $300 per week for a couple (includes all bills) Bond is $1240 One month rent in advance required
We have an awesome 3-bedroom apartment in South Melbourne, with an epic balcony and city views. The spare bedroom is very spacious, has mirrored built-in robes, and is furnished with bed & desk. We are close to cafes, restaurants, trams and the botanical gardens. Allegedly the most beautiful running track in Melbourne, 'The Tan' (Yuck, running). Walking distance to South Melbourne Markets (Cheese and Proscuitto for days!). One tram to Prahran Markets (Best cheese toasties in the world). An infinite surplus of trams that take you two stops to the City. Each room has its own split system for heating/cooling throughout the year. We've got a storage shed, if you're into that. Kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher (oooh) and gas cooking, washing machine, drier, and a large living room. The building also has these awesome facilities: * Indoor pool * Tennis court * BBQ area * Gym * Undercover parking available for rent But seriously, our balcony is the best and BBQs will be had by all.
I'm 28, from Melbourne and work full time. Easygoing, openminded and fun, with a good sense of humour. Housemate-wise I'm reliable, considerate and tidy. My nights vary anywhere between quiet ones at home with wine and netflix, or going out to discover new places to eat and drink. In better weather I also love a good weekend beach or camping trip. I love keeping active - hopefully my obsession with pilates cancels out my obsession with potatoes! Other things I love include coffee, comedy, nature and music. My move-in date is flexible and I have no car and no pets (although I get emotionally attached to every dog I make eye contact with!)
Two 26yr old Irish guys just arrived in Melbourne on work holiday Visa. Qualified Engineers, looking for work, and hoping to get sponsored to stay longer. Searching for a three month lease initially as our friends’ lease is up then but if things go well we could stay longer. Interests include all sports/exercise, socializing, travel, film/tv. Quite easy going and up for a laugh
I'm a 23 year old girl, currently pursuing my masters and full time working as an IT professional in the Melbourne CBD. I'm looking for a clean, safe and close to work place to move into, preferably close to the CBD. I'm a very easy going, responsible, friendly and honest girl. When I'm not working or studying, I really enjoy hanging out with my friends, travelling and reading. Please let me know if you have any questions. :)
