I am a clean individual and also am very good at respecting other people's need for quiet and privacy. I work full time as a software developer and I try not to spend too much of my free time at home although I am quite happy to hang around and chat/do interesting things with the people I live with. In my spare time I like to try new things, meet new people and take care of my health and fitness.
Perfect location close to the city, only 2 mins away form Albert Park, Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain interchange tram stop. The building has multiple facilities: - Gym - Sauna - BBQ Roof top - Roof top hot spa / jacuzzi - Projer room - Dinning room - Cinema On top of that you will have your own bedroom and own Bathroom and a huge full mirrored wardrobe. And finally but not less important, the building has an amazing 360 degrees view of the city, Albert Park and The Royal Boyanic Gardens.
This apartment is close to the Botanic Gardens so you can go for Tan runs, has an indoor gym, swimming pool, rooftop garden and a tennis court so is great for active people or if you want to be active. You can get to St Kilda beach or the city within 10 minutes and the Shrine of Remembrance tram stop is just down the road. I've lived in the area for years and it's an amazing place to be, no more sitting in traffic and walk to and from where everything is happening. It has Oak floorboards, clean new carpet, dishwasher, dryer and air-conditioning. The place has nice furniture and appliances.
Hey y'all. 24. Graduate engineer. I keep my head down during the week, but am a chatty fella who loves to get amongst it on weekends. If you're looking to fill a room or want to team-up, shoot me a message. Keen to arrange a meeting asap. Ta.
I'm very relaxed, organised and reliable. I'm also a walking encyclopedia for great events and festivals that are happening in the city: I love learning new things so I'm usually checking out new places to eat, visiting exhibitions or attending local festivals :)
I am a health professional ( Dietitian and Personal Trainer ) working full-time in the city. I am outgoing, love having a healthy and active lifestyle (obviously :) outdoors and arts. I am a multifaceted person. ;) I love going out with friends for the usual coffee, dinner and/or drinks. Also, the occasional social event and all that Melbs has to offer. I am always happy to chill after a long day, have a chat and/or meal after a long day but I also enjoy having my own time. I respect people's time, space and privacy because I know how important it is. I am clean and respectful of common spaces, so I like to keep everything clean and tidy without being OCD. Once in a while, I like to have friends over on the weekends for dinner or drinks. But nothing crazy.
I am a 30 year old full time professional working in IT. I’m busy during the weekdays and practice yoga after work. I can say that I’m pretty organized with my things and like to keep my place neat and tidy. I’m quite sociable and easy going
Hi, I'm Michelle. I'm 27 and have just moved to Melbourne from the Gold Coast. I work as an early childhood educator, with work hours varying. I like to keep a good balance between relaxing at home and being out exploring. My interests include cooking, binge watching TV shows, yoga, hiking, live music, and having a drink or two. While I very much enjoy my solitude, I'd love to be in a sociable household, where flatmates are keen for a chat or weekend outing.
I'm very easy to get along with. I love all kinds of people and am very sociable. I have just moved to Melbourne from a small town in NSW so I'm still exploring. Work full time for the NAB from 9-6 Monday to Friday. I do enjoy drinking so love to have fun but also like down time. Love tennis and soccer, big NBA fan. But yeah, that's me in a nutshell.
Express of Interest - APRIL 2018 Hi people! I'm Natalia, early 30's from Chile, and I'm looking for my next "definitive" place to stay for at least 6 months, or maybe more. I'm a chilled and easygoing girl, working in admin close to the city, clean and tidy (sometimes too much, lol), respectful, looking for a place where I feel "at home". I've worked and lived in NZ, Chile and USA, and have shared apts before, so I know how it works ;) I enjoy watching movies, 420 friendly, sharing a bottle of wine or a meal, but also really appreciate the quietness during week nights. I'm looking to have a private room, hopefully with own bathroom, but don't mind to share it with one or two more. Not more than 3 ppl living in the apartment please! I'm escaping from a 6ppl house :) I'm willing to pay between $600 and $700 a month, plus bills. Need to have public transportation close and to be not too far from the city :) I have a pretty active life, I like going out, listening to live music, go for drinks, or picnics in the park, dancing, sometimes have a couple of friends over for dinner, and happy to be friends with my housemates, if that flows naturally... so if you're looking for someone like me, send me a msg! Thanks! :)
Hi Guys I'm Chris (30) currently living at Southbank. I'm a neat & respectful professional (lawyer). Generally reserved when meeting people for the first time but open up upon getting to know somebody. I've shared many times before. Most nights I enjoy Netflix and light socializing but often retire back to my room to get some space. Really keen on getting into the city lifestyle. I've got a car, so need somewhere close to park on/off street. I have 3 loves in my life - travel, the NBA and Jeopardy.

Hi there I'm here to find a nice place to live, somewhere that I can call home. I’m an optimistic, chilled out and clean person with a full time job working nights in South Melbourne. I am going to be studying fitness for the next year so I need to find somewhere either close to my work or closer to college. I am looking for a like minded housemate to stay with for at least 6 months ideally in South Melbourne but don’t mind cbd area also just depends on the place. My budget is high but I don’t mind spending a little bit more for something that is perfect. I enjoy socialising when I’m not working My idea of fun is going on nights out, beach days and eating out.
Pretty great deal for those working in the CBD! - 1 room in a 2br/1bath apartment - With amenities ( gym/pool/tennis court/bbq) - Very close to CBD, just 15 mins by tram ( 3/5/6/16/58/64/67/72) - Close to Albert Park/Botanical Gardens - Available now, preferably at least 6 mos stay
I'm a relaxed guy who grew up in a country town, but has lived in Melbourne for a number of years as well as living and working overseas, so I am very open and enjoy the company of lots of different people. I am social but also respectful of people's privacy and space. I love the guitar, soccer and writing in my spare time when I am not working. I just moved back to Melbourne to continue my research project at the university and start my full time job in the city, so I probably wont be spending too much time at home apart from cooking and recharging my batteries. Hope to hear from you soon, Michael.
Hey hey ! My name is Triza and I'm looking for a huge modern bedroom somewhere in the city or remaining suburbs. I prefer a house that's furnitured well with great attention to details, that's just the type of person I am, I take great pride in my living space! I work heaps and are asleep during the remaining hours of my life when I'm not over parting somewhere. Im an event hostess and manager who works with American artists so I'd really like a home, not a house as I'm usually mentally exhausted 😩! Anyhow I love cooking, drinking aha and great food and are lazy so I usually get uber eats but hopefully that all changes . I'd hope for a home near shopping and beauty strips if available Kind regards Social when I’m available and not so tired but respectful, clean and tidy. Also - I'm usually randomaly out of Melbourne for work or just a quick holiday or break; but rent will always be paid in advance
I work full time in the city 9-5 and on the weekends enjoy catching up with friends for dinner. I am not in the party scene but enjoy going out for dinner and to the movies with friends. I enjoy baking and drinking tea. I would enjoy having friendly house mates who would enjoy an occasional movie / dinner together and chat. I moved to Melbourne from rural Victoria for study and loved it so much I am here to stay!
Easy going, independent, love music, I come with a friendly (well-trained) cat! I work as an executive professional in Horticulture Mon-Fri, so would love somewhere with a garden to get my hands dirty on the weekend. I prefer to relax and wind down after work, I don't mind a social drink (or two) but I'm not looking for a busy party house. I've lived in share-houses before so I know how to respect personal space and keep the place clean; happy to provide references on request.
I'm living for 2years at same place st kilda rd(Melbourne) and now it's time to move closer to my jobs, I really like to go out to have a coffee, lunch or dinner, special on weekends, cycling, running, skateboarding, picnics, chilling at home with a glass of wine, tv, talk about everything, I'm very easy going, tidy... I respect privacy and very friendly, I love laugh...
