Hi! I'm Cathy, originally from Taiwan, currently exploring Melbourne.

I work remotely as a Product Manager on a stable part-time contract, so I have a reliable income and keep pretty normal hours — home a fair bit during the day. Since I'm also here to experience different ways of living, I might pick up some local work while I'm here too.

I'm easy to live with — happy to chat if you're up for it, but just as happy to keep to myself and enjoy some quiet time. I love cooking for myself, and keeping shared spaces clean and tidy is important to me. Not a smoker.

I'm looking for a place I can settle into long-term (through to New Year's) and treat with the same care as my own home.

One thing to flag upfront: I have two close friends who'll each come stay with me for about 1-2 weeks during my time here. I'm happy to contribute extra towards utilities for those periods.
