Location is fantastic, where uber's to the city cost about $7 and also within walking distance to Villi's 24 hour bakery for all your late night cravings. Multiple bus stops nearby, as well as park, chemist, bottle shop, coles, etc etc. The house itself house a decent sized back yard equipped with BBQ, air conditioning, garage, whilst the room itself comes with a wee chest of drawers. There is an en-suite bathroom in one of the taken rooms so the current one, including a bath, will have to be shared between two but I'm hardly ever in there.
I'm kind, considerate and clean. I've lived in a sharehouse for the past 3-4 years and so am well versed in sharehouse etiquette and finding a happy balance between being a social house-family and getting some solo R&R. I keep active, enjoy rock climbing, trips to the beach, cycling to/from work, and other kinds of outdoorsy activities. I'm a working musician - I play folk/blues on guitar and vocals and gig almost every weekend. As well as this, I work in a music store and teach piano and guitar. I currently work for Great Southern Rail on the trains. It's a part time job but I'm away for anywhere from 3 days to 1 week at a time. I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward.
