Hi, I'm Chris Looking for a share house in a suburb close to Melbourne City with good transport into the City. I work full time as a structural engineer in a stable career and looking to move in with other full-time workers. Require either garage parking or permanent off-street parking spot for storage of my car. I'm not looking for a party house and don't smoke. I'm easy going and will mostly keep to myself. Happy to work around existing house arrangement and contribute to appliances / furniture. I enjoy variety of hobbies like guitar, gym, footy, camping, cars and many more. Additionally I run a small gardening business on weekends and happy to manage the lawn and gardens. I also own a variety of tools and a long bed ute which we can use if needed (these will both be stored at my parents place and accessed as needed).
