My beautiful house was built under the concept of sustainable living, we have 3 tanks of rainwater under the house, the lights are an energy saver and the supplies like washing machine and fridge are also energy efficiency. Besides this, the location is AMAZING! we are 50 meters from the tram station, and 500 meters to the water canal and the park and 1km from Australia fair shopping centre. We also have around the corner a bottle shop and behind us about 500 meters, we have a sushi train, Indian food and other food places. Brickworks is witting 1km and Griffith University is 4.5km away. The living room has airconditioning, and we have a back deck too. Lots of green and plants. Upstairs there are two rooms the main one and the second one, both with own private bathrooms. The floor is timber and the furniture is all new.
hey hey 💜 ive been living in Berlin the last couple years. Then decided to move to Australia for at least 2 years. I arrived in Melbourne in December 2018, and been at the Gold Coast since a month now. Hostel life is fun and great but I really wanna settle down at a own place now. For at least 4 months. I’m a super happy and positive person. I love being with others but also appreciate some me-time! The perfect place for me is with other positive and fun people. No party house, but hopefully you don’t mind me inviting some of my friends for a chill wine evening every now and then. I like to meditate and I love spending time at the beach and watching sunsets. I would love to Introduce myself in person! I can’t wait! Xx Mel

Hi my name is Katrina I’m looking for an unfurnished room to rent with own bathroom or en-suite. I need a place that is within close walking distance to bus/tram stop. I’m currently employed and been with the same company for 14years. I’m easy going, friendly, tidy but most importantly respectful of other people’s property and personal space. Also pay rent and bills on time. In my spare time I like to watch sports on tv, walk along the beach and hiking.
I’m a Kiwi who moved to Melbourne for work 1.5 years ago and now moving to Queensland.I am friendly, social and enjoy a quiet drink or BBQ but I am not a party animal. I'm also clean, tidy and great in the kitchen (when I have time). I work really long hours, and sometimes weekends too, so I am quite busy with work. I prefer to be friends with my flatmates and socialise when home together, as opposed to completely ignoring them and hiding in the room haha...hopefully you are the same. I moved over with my dog Sadie, so would like to live with people who already have a dog (or LOVE dogs). She is a 2 year old Pomeranian, little dog with a big personality. She's super playful, well behaved and great with other dogs. House trained and has great references. Ideally I would like a place with just 1-2 other people, and as close to the beach or water as possible. Prefer my own bathroom too, but this is not a deal breaker
We have a room available great for any uni students or people living nearby! Idealy looking for a couple, but a single person is fine. The place is Semi furnished, all but your room is currently furnished. Room will include free bed frame and mattress if wanted as well as your own air con inside the room. Pool and Gym access is included. 5 minute walking distance of Tram line, University and Woolworths/BWS is just across the road. Very close to dog park. Smoking not allowed inside apartment but ok on balcony within reason. Pets are possible but up to landlord if they are ok, not me. Please send me a message and we can organise an inspection! looking forward to it :) 日本語でどうぞ。少し日本語はなせます。
Hey hopeful future flatmates! My name is Holly I'm 25 and I'm from England like every other backpacker! I am moving to GC on the 3rd September to hopefully live there for 6 months, I'm currently finishing off my farm work pruning trees and will be looking for a new job, I have savings behind me so I can afford rent and bond whilst I'm looking. I'm a social bunny who is clean and tidy, I make a cracking pesto pasta dish and like movie nights.
The house is big enough, with 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen and two living areas with aircon. It is pretty close to Griffith University, Woolworths market and it is 10 min walking to the tram station queen street and close to the bus station as well. Available now.
