Hi, I'm Jono I'm 32 and I work in construction. I'm a pretty relaxed dude. Work big days during the week so like to chill out on weekend and catch up with mates. I come with a awesome Bulldog named Bam Bam. He is very well behaved and is an outside dog. But he doesn't mind coming in to watch some telly when he gets to. Anything els you want to know just ask 👍
Easy to get along with and very helpful around the house. I enjoy socialising with my friends and am a huge music fanatic. I always bring the happy vibes to people around me and am accepting of everyone.
we are finding a room where two people can live. we both are students. we will be at uni or part-time jobs or studying at library during daytime. so we will probably use the room to sleep at night. we both are clean , tidy and neat and also trustworthy, reliable and have full responsibility for our mistake or damage ( if happened) . we both are friendly, well-accompanied each other.
Hi, I'm Tenisha and I'm looking for a room on the outer suburbs of Melbourne :). I'm 20 and I'm study music at JMC academy in Melbourne. I don't really need to find another place, I already live in a share house and all of my house mates are fine, but the house could be in better condition, so if I don't find anything else, it's not a big deal. I've never had a problem paying rent or bills and I've never paid them late. I do have a 9 month old kitten, she's a complete sweetheart but she's really shy. If that's a problem I can keep her at my dads though :) I play my guitar from time to time, enjoy going out with my friends but I'm not a party animal. I enjoy going to the pub for a drink and a meal and socialising with my house mates but do enjoy some alone time as well. If you think I'm the right housemate for you, please don't hesitate to send me a message :)
Medium sized room for rent. Room has built ins and a large window, unfinished. Fits queen sized bed and other furniture easily. Bathroom next to room is yours. No sharing with other flatmates. Looking for someone between the age of late 20's to late 30's. Bills (gas, water, electricity and internet) are not included in the rent, which is $650 pcm. Bond is $650. Room available after 7 August. Free standing house with front yard and concrete back courtyard. Plenty of off street parking. Let me know if you want to see the room and I'll arrange a time etc.
Hello! My name is Dylan, I am a 23 year old female who is originally from the USA - Texas to be exact! I studied abroad in Melbourne, and absolutely fell in love with the city. Even after traveling across the globe, I decided Melbourne is where I wanted to move after graudation last year. My degree is in music business (production emphasis) and management, so obviously music plays a huge part in my life and is ultimately the industry I want to work in, but I have been working in hotel reception for the time being. After finishing up a contract at a resort in the Northern Territory this past month, I went on a short holiday, before returning to Melbourne. I've always lived in the western suburbs, and would love to stick around the Footscray area, but am open to other places as well! I am respectful, organized, clean, and always pay my bills on time. I love nights in with friends, especially when I am working full time, but can definitely go for the occasional night out. I absolutely love cooking and can spend hours in the kitchen trying new recipes. Besides that, I try to work out pretty consistently throughout the week and love to take trips to go hiking and kayaking, attempting DIY projects, falling down the clickbait hole on Youtube, and learning new skills/hobbies (which right now is currently guitar and German). If you want to know anything else, please let me know, and I'll do my best to answer! :)
LARGE ROOM AVAILABLE FROM AUG 5TH Hey everyone. So, my lovely housemate Yasmin is about to move in with her brother nearby and therefore I need some more crew to join me over here in this vintage and spacious spot of retro paradise that is the Spotty Crib. We're a 13 min walk from the train and the trip is about 12 minutes to the city. My good friend Daniel is our other housemate and is an engineer from Venezuela. ideally we are looking for a legend of a female to move into the bigger room. The room available is large in size, and comes with BIR and is situated at the front of the house opposite the lounge room. We have everything you need for living the life of mediocre dreams, however, I'm still in the process of making it homely (I've only been here a few months) so if you have anything to add please do! I've essentially got all the furniture in the house but the room comes unfurnished. In the garage I have a purpose built studio for my music. It is probably 80% soundproof. I've never had a complaint ever and I rehearse in there a lot both with my band and alone - however sorry to say I'm not looking to have any musicians move in. YOU The people that join this dreamy living will be extremely clean individuals with steady employment and a history of being at least an 8/10 for personality. You'll be busy with your own life but also keen to socialise with us housies and friends - I want this to be a great place to live, not 3 strangers. If you're a Spanish speaker perfect because I'm learning Spanish and I want to get really good. We are ideally looking for a lovely lady to join us but open to a full house of guys too. This is NOT a party house but definitely is a fun place. This is a place for hustlers chasing a dream. Ya snooze ya lose. I'm the sole lease holder (only because it has appeared to be far easier this way to deal with everything) so you'll essentially be subletting. Therefore there are a few finance options but roughly.. Room 1 $640 p/m plus 1 month bond. Internet $20 pm Electricity, gas and water is always different but no different to any other house I've been in before. No smokers sorry.. however, the occasional 420 celebration is cool with me. Thanks 😁😊
(Plans to travel overseas 1 month during Sep-Oct 2017) 25 yo female, easy going, friendly, enjoys socialising and going out having a good time, also really enjoy my alone time, reliable, respectful to others and expect same respect back (in general, cultures, genders, sexuality etc), currently working casual/full time 9-5 weekdays in CBD, **will be my FIRST TIME moving out of home** so no rental experience but I believe I'll be a nice addition. Looking for a comfortable home-y vibe with other easy going people. Currently live in Sunbury so anywhere closer to the city and affordable is ideal for me. I have some furniture but if there is no room I have the option of leaving them at home (bed, dressing table, drawers, 2 couches, tv). Atm I am trying to relearn playing the keyboard in spare time but am not too loud or inappriopriate in making noise. Prefer a spacious room that can fit queenbed, some furniture and has a wardrobe, but am open to smaller spaces if good location/$. I have no specific move out date, but ideally wanting to move out soon (most likely end of July onwards).
About me: I'm neat, positive, kind and happy. I'm from Melbourne, I work as a high school English tutor and I love binge watching Netflix. I'll be out of the house going to the gym, playing volleyball and hanging out with friends (mainly at night). Happy to split all bills, pay first months rent and bond in advance I get groceries delivered each week and am happy to order for you/keep tabs on splitting the costs of communal items Flexible with moving dates - I can move in asap or wait until a room is ready. What I'm looking for: Share house with 1 (or 2) other housemates Separate kitchen to any other room Outdoor space Someone who's happy for me to have two small birds in my room, the living room and occasionally outside to get some vitamin D (So there cannot be an animal that will attack birds (cats or dogs etc)) Close to a train station (as I don't have a car) Close to a large supermarket Neat/tidy/clean housemates Quiet house during the day Room big enough to fit a desk, chest of drawers, double bed, bird cage and free standing wardrobe (if there is no built in robe) Washer, dryer and oven (or at least room for these things) What I'm not looking for: Strict chore scheduling Excessive partying/drinking LGBTIQA+ unfriendly people Pets that will attack birds Other indoor birds (risk of disease spread) People who refuse to pull their weight with chores Noisy people Drug taking Smoking Shower curtains :p
Hi there, I am a 30 year old female looking for a quiet and friendly house share. I work part time in the city and will be studying as well. I'm clean, easygoing and reliable with bills. I enjoy a good cuppa, catching up on netflix, reading, bike rides and also heading away on weekends to visit family and friends. Ideally looking to share with one other who enjoys a quieter lifestyle, happy to chat and hang out too while also being courteous of each others space : ) Preference is for a large room. I also have a lot of furniture, which can go into storage if not needed. I don't have any pets, but if you have a cat or a dog that is ok by me! Also, a non smoker.
hey i'm tobi, i'm looking for a place to share with one or two other people somewhere between footscray and newport. i'm trans, so my potential housemate needs to be queer friendly, and i'd prefer to live with someone femme/female. i work part time in retail and freelance in tech doing programming and sound stuff in art galleries from time to time. i'm an experimental musician and like video games too, mainly jrpgs. i love to cook and like a pretty tidy place, but most of all i'd like a safe and friendly place to come home to. i'm from tasmania originally but i've been in melbourne for 7 years now, and been in the west (footscray, st albans, sunshine) for ~5 of those years. i finished uni last year but i'd love to go back for postgrad in the future. would love to hear from you and grab a coffee, definitely looking to team up with someone awesome to start a new place with, or an existing household to move into, hopefully that's you! t.x/

We enjoy nights out as well as staying in and take a very laid back approach to life. We love to cook and are very clean and tidy people. I work full time and my girlfriend works part time. We moved here from the Philippines where my girlfriend is from and I am from the UK. Please feel free to contact us if you like. Thanks
Hello potential housemates, I'm Rob study construction management at RMIT and work in construction company in docklands Monday to Friday. I'm mostly occupied on the weekends with my uncles restaurant as I help out. I try to stay fit and go to gym after work (but sometimes too tired to go. So if you're active that'll be extra motivation). I'm not a party animal. Just the occasional drink with work mates (and maybe potential house mates). And yeah. That's about it.
I am an easy-going part-time student looking for a location closer to the city!I am very easy-going, quite clean and tidy. Completely understand and respect privacy, but am also very down for chats and some fun if others are.

My name is Laura I’m 23, currently studying nursing and working part time as a carer. I am ideally looking for somewhere in the Inner West. My max budget is $200 pw but ideally would prefer between $150-170. My intention is to move mid July preferably after the 13th but could be earlier if I find the right fit. A little about me: I am studying nursing in Geelong (I am usually there about 1 day a week), I work as a carer (presently I have contracts in Port Melbourne and Richmond but this changes on a regular basis) I work mostly days but can have the occasional late night. I am financially secure and capable of paying my bills on time. I am happy to contribute to household tasks such as cleaning. I enjoy cooking, travel, watching TV etc. I would describe myself as more of a homebody, although I enjoy going out to movies, brunch, dinner or the occasional drink. I have a sarcastic sense of humour so as long as you understand sarcasm, don't mind a laugh, drink or tv I'm extremely easy to get along with. I am looking for housemates that are happy to share a meal or a drink when we can, have a chat or watch a tv show. But also doesn't mind some alone time.
Hi! I'm Lawrence, an International student from Mauritius, who's been living in Melbourne for a few years now. I'm looking to move closer to the City to save time going to work and to Uni. Full time post-grad, so a cosy place for relaxing/studying would help! I'm also a casual hospitality worker, so unavoidably pretty friendly. Not big on partying anymore, but do appreciate drinks and always up for some banter! Respectful of other housemates privacy. Not very fussy about a little bit of mess here and there and the TV playing in the background as I grew up in a big family house, but I tend to enjoy the sight of clean common areas... Happy to do my share of chores too. Random facts: I'm an avid recycler, I don't smoke nor do I eat meat (anymore) and errrr.... I also speak French and Spanish. Voilà!
We are a couple in transition from Melbourne to Perth, that's why we are just looking for a three month lease after our current lease ends. Jason is a programmer and Anna is a singer, super easy going and respectful housemates. Love a glass of red wine and a cheeky game of Cards Against Humanity.
Clean, easy going looking for a place whilst my apartment is built, I'll put my furniture into storage so won't be a hassle to move in, I'll just be a suitcase, plate and bowl and maybe some boardgames

Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water and NBN wifi) and super comfortable queen bed. We have a room available in our lovely home in Yarraville. You will be living a 8-10 minute walk away from the beautiful shops and cafes at Yarraville Village, and an easy 20-minute train ride into the city. The room is sunny and airy, and features a queen bed with a super-comfortable mattress. We have a separate study which we all use for storage. The house has a separate kitchen and living room, as well as a separate toilet and bathroom. We also have a washing machine and a sunny courtyard out the back to dry clothes. Please note that although our house is furnished, we don't have a T.V. We are a couple in our late-20s/early-30s, a musician and a community worker. We love having a laugh and socialising with friends, although the house is generally not a party house. The kitchen is the heart of our home and that's where we spend a lot of our time, relaxing and cooking. We are also out quite a bit at work and studying. The house comfortably fits three people, with both communal and personal spaces. We love meeting new people and we're looking forward to sharing our home (and many meals!) with the right person. You are somebody who is willing to do your bit around the house, and share laughs, drinks and food. Smoking is outside only, and street parking is usually available in front of the house. We have towels, bedding and linen you can use, and if you've just moved to Melbourne or you're looking for a place to stay without the expense of setting up a room or house, you have found the perfect place. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Hello to each and every-one of you, who is taking the time to read my bio. I am gonna tell you, as it is; I am a great cook (but I am not a foodie, no way). I mean what is a, "foodie"?? The latest, "Trendy" word of the hour? Get out of here. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy heading into town, meeting up with friends, museums, movies, parks or just hang back at home and read a good book. I am well read, and proud of my educational/work achievements. I had the pleasure of Studying: Engineering and Law. My Engineering major was in Automotive/Aerospace. The rest is for another day. Now to my point; "So Just Chill", cause I am, I am as cool as a cucumber, and do not sweat the small stuff (well, I try not to); What For? Anyways, to those who are reading my intro, I believe I’ve bored you plenty enough, or maybe not. I honestly hope you find what you are looking for in life, the thing that makes you "HAPPY", as well as those around you (your happiness, should not be as a result of someone else demise). Quality Housemate™ who likes art, 80s synth pop, cheap wine and cheese. 20, studying fine arts and working part-time. Make a mean pasta sauce. Looking to live with respectful people willing to talk politics and B-grade tv-shows over the occasional dinner. I play music regularly - though always at respectful volumes/times - and come bearing copious numbers of books, instruments, and So Fresh cds.
I am a clean person in shared areas, in my own I enjoy organised chaos, I love to cook when the mood strikes. I paint and am quite an introvert when home. I like to watch horrible tv shows and listen to music and chill (sometimes I sing hope that's okay.. especially when cooking) I am not a party animal, In fact I just got a job that's shift work in the city so I'll pretty much be asleep for life. I keep to myself but I do like to have a chat and a giggle with my house mates when I'm home. I do manage to be busy though so I'll pretty much live out of the house or in my room. As a side note though i am looking for a large room preferably. Very happy to team up in west or south eastern suburbs. Thanks for reading.
Hi Potential house mate, I am a full time student studying engineering at RMIT. I like to listen to hip hop and have a nice chat about the future of the world, love going out but not a big party person. I am a clean guy and would like to live with someone who also understands the importance of cleanliness (not a freak about cleaning :P). I also work part time, so when I am not working or studying I like to hang out at home and have a drink and relax a little. I like to socialize so i'd like my house mates to be not awkward :D. Besides that I am very reliable and can cook a mean pasta. Looking to move in before the end of this month.
I'm a good communicator and live by principles of mutual consent and mutual aid. I'm clean and tidy and always like to do my share of housework. I've just finished a Bachelor of Community Development. I'm looking to find some part time work and embark on a masters project in 2018 to look at the feasibility of setting up a tiny house intentional community. There is a lot of work to do to get myself organised for my research project in 2018 and this is the current focus. So I guess even though I am not formally studying, I am actually busy with getting everything lined up to commence the project. I am pretty much vegetarian and am passionate about social justice and the environment. My primary modes of transport are a bicycle and electric scooter.
