Hi everyone, my name’s Jenson and I’m moving to Melbourne soon for work, so I’m on the lookout for a share house 😊

I’m starting a full time graduate job on 1 February, and I can move to Melbourne from around 17 January. I’m flexible with move in dates after that as well, and I’m happy to stay in a hotel a bit longer if the timing needs to line up.

Ideally, I’m looking for something long term. I’ve got an 18 month contract with my job, so I’d love some stability, but I’m also very flexible. If you’re only looking for someone for three or six months, that works for me too.

I’m looking for a single bedroom in a share house and I’m more than happy to furnish my own room. My budget is around $350 per week, but I can be flexible for the right place.

A bit about me, I’m pretty easy going, respectful, clean, and good at keeping to myself when needed. At the same time, I’m very keen to make friends and get to know people, especially since I don’t really know anyone in Melbourne yet. I’ll be working full time, so I’m reliable and financially stable.

Areas I’m mainly looking at are Carlton, North Melbourne, Parkville, Brunswick, Fitzroy, or anywhere close to the CBD that fits the budget. Parking would be amazing but it’s not a deal breaker.
