Hello! I'm Alisa and I'm looking for a new home with my dog Neo for the beginning of 2021. Neo is a 9 year old rescue who I adopted 8 years ago. He loves to sunbathe and cuddle on the couch. I have two pet references from previous real estate agents (he has never caused any damage to property or created noise problems) and past housemates have adored him. I am a 24 year old gal currently working full time as a triple zero call-taker and hoping to study social work part-time next year. My job involves going 4 x 12 hour shifts per week - two of which are night shifts so having housemates who understand that sometimes I will be sleeping during the day is essential. I love to cook, read and catch up with pals for a picnic or a drink! I strongly value cleanliness and the sharing of responsibilities in a share house - I'm really looking to live with other mature professionals who want to create a welcoming home they are proud of and enjoy being in. Ideally I'd like to live with people I get on with and can comfortably share a space with. Definitely not after a party house! And since we're talking about ideal - being near a park would be great so I can walk the dog somewhere pleasant. I come with a big fridge and a couple pieces of communal furniture - if that isn't needed in the house space to store it would be great, but not essential. Any future house mates must be LGBT friendly and LOVE dogs :) Message me if you think I'd be a good fit!

Hello! I'm Daisy, and I'm looking for a place for myself and my sweet baby boy to stay. I'm not currently employed as I am staying at home with my son, but I am also studying law. I'm a qualified early childhood educator and have previously worked as a pre-school teacher and nanny. I also enjoy writing and painting, and spend a lot of time working on assorted projects. I plan on returning to work when my son is a bit older, or when I can move my study load to part time. (My employment status does not affect my ability to pay rent though). I have a lot of interests, but am a bit of an old soul at heart, so in the evenings you'll more than likely find me curled up with a blanket, a cup of tea, and a good movie or a good book. Having said that though, I'm always up for a chat! As biased as it might sound, my son is a cherub. He's a generally happy little tyke who is very smiley and social, and he doesn't make too much noise or take up too much room. He's just happy reading books or playing on his playmat, but I also take him for walks to the park pretty often! Obviously he is solely my responsibility, so you needn't worry about me asking you for help with him. Together we're a quiet and friendly little duo. I also have a small group of friends who will occasionally come over to visit to hang out and watch movies and talk about life. Feel free to send me a message if it sounds like we could be mates! ***Please note I am not looking to move in to a house with more than 2 housemates or with a shared bathroom, and I am not looking at moving into an apartment on anything higher than the ground floor, so please only message me if the property fits that criteria (and is child friendly).

Hi! My name is Georgia and I am looking for 1 not-too-small bedroom somewhere in Melbourne. I am looking to move to the city in early January. I don't know the city too well so am open to different areas. I've been a bartender for the past 4 years and would hopefully be continuing that in Melbourne as well, so I am often out of the house at night for work. In the same vein, any nights I have off I love a chat and a drink so would definitely be up for that. Apart from work I will also be studying in the city at COLLARTS. I am a fashion sustainability student so I do need a little space for a desk and sewing supplies either in my bedroom or even in a shared office space, I'm pretty flexible. I will also be bringing my car so would need a place to park (street is okay). I don't have much furniture besides the basics like a bed and a desk but I had to purchase a new fridge this year so I have a brand new 420L fridge that I could bring, otherwise I will just sell it before I move. I would also at some point love to get a dog, or be part of a dog-household so anyone open to that would be appreciated, but not a deal-breaker if you are not open to that. I have never lived in Melbourne (coming from Adelaide after 2 years here but originally from Byron) and only know a few people there so I would love to become friends with my housemate(s) but I also totally understand people needing space and already having their own life. My preference is for female housemates around my age (23) but could be open to something else. I will likely be coming to Melbourne for a couple days over the weekend of the 12th of December so would love to meet for coffee and look at your space if that works for you :)
