Hi there! I am currently living in Adelaide, moving to Melbourne in Mid February 2019 to pursue a manufacturing engineering career. I will be working in Spotswood Mon-Fri, but I may disappear from time to time for work travel. I am particularly interested in teaming up with a fellow young full-time worker and getting a lease on a townhouse (500-600pw split between two). Non-negotiables: - Private bedroom - Parking option for large 4wd (Can be in a garage or on kerb) - Not a (frequent) party house Preferred: - Own/Ensuite Bathroom I don't drink much or often, however I was a cocktail bartender for 2+ years so I know my way around a bar and would gladly show my wares for pre-drinks or special occasions. I generally cook all my lunches and some dinners on a Sunday afternoon for the week; I am quite routine based and value exercise and positive people. I keep clean shared spaces and would expect the same from my housemates. While I am often up for a chat after work over dinner, I don't force the issue and I respect the privacy of others. I love all cats, and like dogs, so long as they don't sit on my belongings.
Hey there, Ishraj here - aerospace engineer, looking for a private room to rent, starting this week or ASAP. I am a very friendly and independent person working most of the time. I understand that everyone is busy in their own life and respect that. That being said, I also enjoy spending some time socialising with my housemates once a week or so. Overall, I am a very tidy, respectful and friendly person. Look forward to having a chat with you. Cheers, Ishraj Inderjeet

Hi! I’m a 27 year old female, non smoker looking to share a home in the inner West (Yarraville, Seddon, Spotswood, etc). I work Monday – Friday in Media/Advertising in St Kilda and generally spend weeknights low key, at the gym if I haven’t been in the morning or cooking dinner & catching up on some shows. Weekends I’m usually at brunch with some friends or some form of exercise, meal prepping for the week and getting organized. Never opposed to a wine and cheese platter and some Netflix watching or the like. I’m a social person who also loves my chill/alone time from time to time. I’m clean and tidy and value this in another person and would love someone who is like this and can have a laugh/chat.

We love the location of this property, super close to the city with the West Gate extremely accessible, and only a short drive to Williamstown and surrounding beaches. Very close to shops, restaurants and Yarraville Village. Public transport is also easily accessible from the property. The house itself is quirky but charming, boasting hardwood floors and aircon/heating in main areas, with a decent front yard and beautiful garden perfect for cracking a few tinnies. The advertised room itself is spacious, unfurnished, with BIR and it's own split system. We also have a spare 32" TV for use within the room if wanted. Side note: The rent for the house is $1928 per month, and we prefer to split that evenly between the number of tenants living here.
The house is furnished and the room has a queen bed and built in wardrobes. The room can also be unfurnished if you prefer. There is also a garage which is dry and secure if you need stuff in storage. Looking for a housemate who is friendly, easy to get along with and tidy. You will also need to like animals as I have a dog who is a kelpie x border collie. Only available for short term as the lease is ending. Sorry, no smokers.
