I am a sole trader operating out of a licensed studio in Parkside, I work full time (Tues-Sat) and spend most of the day out of the house. Hoping for a clean, comfortable home. Pretty sociable and easy going but also value my downtime and try to be respectful of roommates needs! I have a 1 year old British Short Hair cat named Gnocchi, who is incredibly well behaved, quiet and lazy (spends the majority of the day snoozing on my bed, loves a cuddle). Always happy to help out around the house, just want somewhere safe! Really flexible with stay length, furnishings, etc.

I have a small cat who is 10 yrs old, ideally I would love for her to live with me but if I need to I can give her to family to look after, if there are any issues with pets, however she keeps to herself and is shy but friendly :) she is mostly an indoor cat. Unless there’s a beautiful garden she is free to roam from time to time she would appreciate it. I can provide my own furniture such as a double bed and dressing table/ drawers. I am a bit of a home body and I do need quite a bit of my own space and down time. In terms of my activity in the home as a tenant and as a housemate; I’m happy to help with keeping the place clean and tidy. Hi there! A little bit about me: Im a 30-year-old woman who works full-time in the health care industry (both late and night shifts, across weekdays and weekends). I am very caring, clean, tidy, and respectful of others/privacy/shared living spaces. I generally keep to myself but also enjoy housemates that arnt strangers. I live a very busy, active/ health conscious life-style, but also enjoy a good red wine/ gin and barbecue haha. I do have a little well behaved non-hair dropping poodle so making sure whoever im living with is ok with that is key, he's good at keeping to himself when im not home, but also loves company if that works for both parties. My home is my sanctuary where I can relax and unwind after a busy day, I require a large room with preferably a lot of storage space (I love fashion), the interior of the home/bathroom must also be new/newish with ample air conditioning. I am reliable, financially stable, and flexible with the move-in date.
