Hi, we’re Dani and Michelle, a friendly and sociable Spanish couple, both 29 years old. We love sharing a good atmosphere, occasionally making plans together, and always respecting each other’s time and space.
We currently have a bed available in a shared room with a 33-year-old Spanish woman. The house is a 6-minute walk to the station (4 stops to the city), close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.
The house is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything you need: two floors, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, spacious living room, private parking, and a terrace. Each room has its own bathroom, so you’ll have your own toilet.
We’re looking for someone sociable, clean, organized, respectful of the house, common areas, and housemates, who enjoys a good home atmosphere.
Available from August 25th. We’d love for you to come and visit to get to know the place and the vibe.
Price: $375 fortnightly, bills included. Bond of 3 weeks.
