I’m 22 and from Scotland, currently in Melbourne on a working holiday visa. I’m planning on staying here for around 3/4 months but not fully decided yet when I’ll head up to Sydney as i’m enjoying it so much here. I work in hospitality and have a part-time job, however will hopefully be doing full-time hours. I enjoy football/soccer, watching tv and films and hanging with friends. Looking for a room in a house with laid back flat mates who still like to have fun.
OUTSTANDING ST KILDA LOCATION! Loch St. Unlimited internet and other bills included. Hi there, I'm a busy professional and live in a a modern, light filled, first floor, two bedroom, two storey, secure apartment in the heart of St Kilda, that is surprisingly quiet. It is close to 3 city bound trams, just off Fitzroy St, with a dishwasher, air conditioner/ heating, new fridge and washing machine. 10 minutes walk to St Kilda beach, I sail/ race regularly at the yacht club nearby and belong to the gym next door. My home is a quiet and peaceful place Monday to Thursday. There are plenty of great places to enjoy within minutes; the beach, live and free music, restaurants, bakeries, sports clubs and interesting bars. I go to the South Melbourne market regularly, but a supermarket is 5 minutes away. Lovely view. The spare room is a double bedroom, has built in wardrobes and is furnished with a large single sofa bed ( in between the size of a single and a double) that is comfortable, desk and side table. I can assist with a new bed if required. I’m a social and friendly person, but need time on my own sometimes. The double storey design provides personal space when needed. I am getting a lot of response but need a considerate, busy and fun person to move in. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers Sharyne P.S. I do not smoke

Hi I'm Simon, 32 and work full time as a Visual Merchandising Manager & Social Media Manger for a menswear brand. I typically work from 9-5:30pm. Work is very important to me but I do like to spend time on the weekends with friends or visiting an art exhibition.
51 year old Australian professional male. Employed full time in IT industry, Mon - Fri, 9-5. Responsible, easy going and tidy! Love animals, particularly dogs. Enjoy quiet nights at home along with going out and catching up with friends. When being disciplined, can be a bit of a gym junkie, although I go through good stages and lazy stages lol. Love my AFL, so winter months are pretty much consumed with going to and watching the footy. Looking for a place to call home opposed to somewhere to crash, but also being mindful and respectful of others and understanding when another needs some quiet time and their "own space". I am very down to earth and easy going and told easy to live with. Although a smoker, I can't stand the smell of stale cigarette smoke and will only ever smoke outside, whether it be a balcony or courtyard/back yard
