( Sorry Noisy Baristas with their coffee grinders and espresso coffee machines in the morning - my nutribullet blender is my goto for delicious smoothies and drinks) and Home Cooking (my preference is for Steaks, Seafood, Pizza, Pastas and Salads)
Always clean up after cooking, clean up the bathroom and living areas. I am a neat freak and with a can do attitude to handy work / house work around the house and values privacy security and harmony, I am quiet and always put on my headphones ( as to respect the peacefulness and living in harmony ) and I like reading books and listening to podcasts.
Always look after the property as it was my own property. No parties or overstaying guests prefer home cooking, peaceful, quiet and respectful lifestyle of others surrounding environment. I am located in Sydney Australia and looking for quiet and convenient location walking distance to trains and buses as am currently working the North Sydney and St Leonards CBD.

I'm a full-time professional, working hybrid system which can involve on-site a few days a week and from home. Outside of corporate work, I will be working on my online side project management however, I’m a flexible and easygoing flatmates and teamates who’s comfortable with both quiet, clean and social atmospheres. I’m also happy to use headphones if you prefer a quieter space. I am also a non-smoker and non drinker.
