I'm super friendly, outgoing and I'm up for a chat! But in saying that I am also introverted and like to study or keep to myself some nights. I'm respectful, tidy and I know my boundaries. I've lived in 2 share houses before, been doing that for 2+ years so I know my stuff! Please message me if you're interested :)
Hello, I work full time in the Community sector. Ideally would love a modern apartment / townhouse with a spot for my car (on street is okay)
Hi, I'm Stef! 22 years old. Chill as. I'm from Adelaide and will be moving to Melbourne in the coming weeks. I'm a mechanic by trade. I will be working at the Melbourne Airport as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic. The cheaper and closer to the airport the better. (Willing to stay longer than 3 months, if the person(s)/house is what i'm looking for) (Will be moving to Melbourne in 2-5 weeks). Not 100% sure on the date. I'm easy going, funny (i think), down to earth, love motorbikes, cars etc. Very respectful of others and their property and expect the same. (will service your car/motorbike upon request if I have time). Would prefer a little bit of garage space as I intend on bringing my bike down from Adelaide. It's not essential but I'd like it. Can either socialise with you or not totally up to you, as I don't really know anyone in Melbourne aside from a few cousins I won't be "partying". More focused on my work. Don't take drugs, Don't drink often, I do smoke cigarettes. Also I come with netflix and spotify as I pay for both. You're welcome to use it too. If you like what you have read, which I'm going to assume you have at least read it. Please don't hesitate to message/call me..

I'm an easy going guy, who's recently moved to Melbourne. I currently work full-time as an engineer. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, riding my bicycle and play some soccer. I tidy up after myself and am always happy to help around when I can.
Hi, my Name is Tjelcey, I'm a 20 year student and i'm looking for an place until the start of December, I'm a second year student business administration and i'm going to the RMIT University in Melbourne. I am very artsy to say the least and totally have a go-with-the-flow personality. I'm going to school full time and work part-time. But I also plan on reaching out during the weekends and doing awesome things. In spare time I usually being adventurous, and simply hangin out with friends. I am very respectful of the space I share with others and clean up after myself. If you would like to know more about me don't be afraid to send me a message!
I am a 23 year old female who is very easy going, friendly, tidy and respectful of my housemates. I am looking for a room to rent in Melbourne around the Coburg, Essendon, Pascovale area. I enjoy music, fashion and hanging out with my friends. Originally from country Victoria and looking to make friends in the city. I work full time. Happy to share with a couple of housemates and to hang out with you as well. I enjoy a glass of wine on occasions and love seeing a live band or attending a music festival
I've just moved to Melbourne, which is very exciting as I'm a visual artist and there's a lot happening in the arts in this city. I am great company, love to talk.. but don't worry I also love to spend time in my own world - and I am pretty good at reading when flatmates would prefer one or the other! I have a cat, Sepia. That may or not suit your household, but if you give us a chance I can guarantee you this - you will fall in love with her. Everyone does. I do not judge and am happiest when the people around me feel comfortable just being themselves.
I'm student and enbluey bart-time lovly enjoy man and cook looking for clene rome for rent thanks
Hi, I'm an easy going, super relaxed musician/traveler/gamer who is looking for somewhere either to live by myself, or share with people, I love great conversation and don't shy away from conflicting views or deep discussions but in saying that I don't judge or bully anyone for their views, lifestyle or their ideals and get along with everyone generally, as long as your not harming anyone. I've been living with my girlfriend in Ascot Vale for the past year but unfortunately we have decided to go our separate ways. The timing is a little poor to be looking for a new place to live in regards to the fact that after working my job for 6 years as a Food and Beverage Manager at Her Majesty's Theatre I needed a break. So I quit my job, left and went on holidays for 5 weeks. I got back two weeks ago.. I have picked up some casual work along with what I had saved plus tax return, allowing myself the comfort of searching for a place to stay without financial stress. The work is at a coffee company roasting coffee and doing quality assurance and although the perks of free coffee are alluring I don't see myself doing this job for a very long time and will be looking for other options. I'm also not sure if I actually want to stay in Melbourne long-term after living here for 11 years. If the opportunity i.e. great room, great people was to good to give up I would be willing to sign up for 6 -12 months. A side note: if you have a studio or sound proof room that's a massive plus. I thrive out of my comfort zone and love trying new things, I'm very comfortable with who I am and confident in meeting new people. I don't bring any negative energy to anyone and like enabling people to pursue their passions. Lets jam! Meet! Talk jive! and see if I'm the right fit for a room you own or a room in your house.
Hello, I'm Jordan. I'm 24 and I study full time and work 3 days a week. I live in Essendon just near Windy Hill, it's a 3 minute walk to Glenbervie station so it's in a great location. I have 1 bedroom to rent out upstairs in my townhouse. The house is furnished but the bedroom isn’t. There is myself and another house mate Vanda, we are both easy going and friendly. The house has heating and cooling. There's Foxtel on the main tv downstairs and wifi. We have an indoor cat, she's friendly and not in the way (sorry for anyone with allergies!) Any questions please let me know, thanks! :)
I am currently seeking an additional housemate to join two females in a three bedroom pad in Pascoe Vale South. The house is close to #58 West Coburg tram and Strathmore Station on the Craigieburn line and close to City Link. Private room available large enough for a double/queen size bed and for all the usual bedroom furniture and also has an inbuilt cupboard. The room available is carpeted, and has a window out to a small enclosed courtyard. The house has an open shared living space, great for hosting dinner parties with a large semi-industrial kitchen, perfect for any cooking enthusiast. Walking distance to a small strip of local shops for all your essentials (cafe, milk bar, pizza, fish & chips, post office, hairdresser, florist). Close access to Moonee Valley bike track and local parks. Room available mid August. I am looking for a reliable, responsible, tidy and clean person – ideally a young professional – who doesn’t mind a social drink or two and an occasional meal together. A like-minded person, who can respect the fundamentals of share housing and seeking to find an awesome new space to call home.
Hey guys, Where looking for a single to come and join our friendly sharehouse. Before asking to view the room please take the time to look at the address on maps to see if it's suitable for you, it's Morrow street, brunswick west Its 10 minutes walk to the station. Bills are about $50 per month in the summer and winter around $100 There's loads of room to drink and have bbqs we also have a fire pit in the backyard so thats pretty cool for those summer nights Drop us a msg if u wanna take a walk though and meet the team. Friendly vibrant house also comes with a massive backyard for those summer sundays.
***Rental amount includes all utility bills**** A cute, light filled townhouse which is akin to a small house. It’s situated at the front of the block with a small garden between it and a quiet tree-lined street. It’s located in Pascoe Vale South (not Pascoe Vale they’re completely different), which is a friendly neighbourhood. It’s just up from Brunswick West. There’s a 58 tram stop very near by, an IGA up the road, petrol stations close by and a relatively short distance to Union Square/ Barkly square shopping centres. There are two bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen and lounge, separate toilet, bathroom with a separate shower and bath, large hallway cupboard and a laundry. The two bedrooms are separated by a hallway so that means more space. There are lots of windows allowing for natural light and ventilation, there’s air con in the lounge which fills the whole place, and ducted central heating throughout which is great for Winter time! There’s also a large garage for a car or storage (which is available for you to use). Most importantly, I have a coffee machine!! I am looking to rent out the second bedroom which is big enough for a queen bed and some bedroom furniture. It has a built in wardrobe as well. Rest of the house is fully furnished. Utility Bills are included in the amount advised: electricity, water, gas, as well as unlimited internet. Netflix and Stan are free Rent is $1027.00 listed for 3-6 months but happy to extend
Hi Guys You have a dog! Great! Our light filled Essendon house is looking for a super terrific person-dog team to join us. Our hilarious housemate Leah is skipping the country (really moving to London after a family crisis) and so we need to replace her and her pooch. It’s a 4 bedroom place (for 4 people) and will also have my Toby dog who will be in need of a friend. Looking maybe for a guy just to have a bit of balance, but open to the best fit. Sorry no couples though. Or cats. Also if you don't have a dog...you could still be awesome. I've been here for a bit. Kate and Felicity are new. We would love to find someone who loves dogs, and ideally be late 20’s to late 30’s+. We're pretty friendly, enjoy occasional drink and chats, so want new peeps that feel the same way. Looking for someone who wants to make the place a home, enjoys open communication, and also (and I know it's obvious but just saying) be clean, responsible, respectful etc... It would be great for you to want to go on the lease (hint, hint). The house and room: The room is at the front and is 4x4.5, no wardrobe but heaps of space for one and probably a desk too. The house has wood floors, high ceilings, double brick (good insulation esp in summer), hydronic central heating, a couple of extra shared spaces for extra living or creativity. There's room for two cars in the driveway, plus the hot water is gas so you always get a hot shower. Yay! We're close to Glenbervie station on the Craigeburn line; bus stops; a little walk to #59 tram; shops and cafes. The backyard is pretty big and has yummy fruit trees. The house feels large and like a lot of Melbourne places are partly redone and partly old. We have all the furniture/whitegoods but there is some space for new. Our lease started in February and someone who wants to stay till the end would suit us best. The realestate is keen to keep tenants in. We have unlimited internet, and bills are reasonable. The bond is a months rent.
The house comes with everything you need except an oven. You only need your own bedroom furniture. The room has a large wardrobe we could move. Lease is for a year which you'll have to apply and be approved by the real estate for. Long term applicants only.
