I am a great cook, very social, I keep very clean, don't mind going to the gym, going to the beach and love coffee and beer. If got any awesome travel stories, Id love to hear them. :)
Super friendly and considerate of other people and shared spaces. Work nights and some weekend shifts so not home too much. I love to cook and have some drinks. I love music and some trash tv. Love to get out see bands, try and see new things when I have time, I'm originally from Perth. I have a pet dog who is toilet trained and well behaved, he enjoys a cuddle from everyone.
Hailing from Manchester, UK, I'm a relaxed, clean and easy going character... Just as happy to read a book alone as I am to sit and chat with housemates. I enjoy keeping fit, listening to music and exploring (life in its entirety). I'm soon to study for an English Teaching qualification, so I'll be working part-time up until Christmas. Looking for a good bunch to live with in a relaxed and friendly environment :-)
My name's Alan, I'm half-Japanese and I've lived in Sydney most of my life. I'm flexible and easy-going as a housemate. I’m very friendly and I like to hang out, very much up for the occasional evening drink, TV viewing or shared meal (I cook Japanese food and I like to cook for others ) but I’m also totally comfortable spending time in my room and keeping myself amused and allowing housemates their personal space. I’m interested in all sorts of things (hiking, illustration, messing around on the net, music, motorcycling to name a few). I’ve got lots of hobbies and I’m always keen to experience new things. I keep common areas clean and I like to wash up after myself in the kitchen. I'm not big on interpersonal drama in general and I'd like to live with people who are like-minded. Politically I'm a lefty but I don't necessarily need to live with people who share in my politics - I'm just looking for a friendly housesharing environment where we all respect one another. My employment situation is stable and reliable. I work 9-5 for the Government in the Department of Families and Community Services dealing with historic records. I try to be a very responsible person and I’m always mindful and respectful of others so I pay rent on time and pitch in for my share of chores etc. I’d like to move into a place sometime around early or mid-October but I can negotiate around that depending on what’s needed. Anything else you'd like to know about me or my situation, please ask. Looking forward to hearing from you. -Alan
Hey mate, saw your ad about the room. I'm moving from Sunshine Coast because I got a job down in Sydney. I'm usually pretty quiet during the week because of work, just usually chill in my room playing games or Netflix's otherwise at work. Pretty clean guy myself aswell if your worried about that. If you have any more question, shoot away. Cheers
Hi, I'm Richard. I am currently looking for a long term / permanent place to stay. Works in the IT Industry as a Software developer, loves working out, and don't cook much. What makes me great to live with? Peaceful. No drama. Just a chilled dude. P.S: I pay my dues on time. Clean and tidy. Do not smoke.
Hi, I am Raj. I am a software engineer by profession. I like having a good convo or sharing a laugh or listening to music. Recently moved from America and I'm lovin it in here. I don't COOK at home, On my free time I like to watch a movie, outdoor activities with friends or for sport... I always clean up after myself and I am a pretty sociable guy but occasionally I like to chill out in my room and have some alone time. I am easy to talk to and I like making new friends. I am pretty quiet and considerate at night. I make sure I don't wake anyone up. Thanks
Hello! I'm an English lassy studying a masters degree in secondary education. I'm in a polyamorous relationship with wine and tea (who isn't). I make a rad chilly con carne and can be trusted to keep the kitchen on fleek. I'm chatty but need my own space and know others do too. I'd love a new home that is welcoming and respectful! love Odette! xxx
Summary: - Working Full-time - Keep to myself usually, but open to socialising - Preferably close to train station - Max. $300 weekly per person. - LGBT+ Friendly - Uni Student friendly Looking to find a place/team where I can feel at home without paying stupid amounts, ideally. Places I have in mind are usually 2+ bedroom places if teaming up, so something like $480 per person each fortnight, maximum. I'm not looking for anything fancy/modern, as long as it is in a relatively safe area, and easy to get to and from Maroubra or Central Station (CBD). This listing will be valid until I take it down so please message if you're interested! I will need to give 4 weeks notice to my current landlord, so that would start from the day I confirm any arrangement. Apologies, if you don't hear back from me in 48 hours I am probably not interested or dead.
Hi I'm Dan, a teacher originally from the UK. I'm searching for a furnished room in a friendly, clean shared flat/house. I'm sociable and it would be good to get to know new people :) I like to cook, go for walks, watch movies, swim, try to dance salsa, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. But also a bit of a foodie and like the occasional good wine or belgian beer. I've not surfed, dived, or climbed, all of which I'd like to try.
Hello potential flatmates, I am a 30 year old easy going guy working full time. I am looking for a chilled out house share, looking for a home rather than just a place to live. I am moving back to my beloved Sydney after 2 years in Brisbane. I have an active lifestyle, work during the week and like going out in the weekends. Please feel free to contact me
My name is Jess and I'm a 27 year old female public servant. I'm originally from Canberra but moved to Sydney a few months ago for work. I've been house-sitting around town, which has been great fun but I'm looking to find somewhere more permanent with a great group of people. I am easy going, friendly and reliable, will always pay rent on time and will keep the house tidy. I like being social and having a good chat over a glass of wine but also appreciate having some down time. I enjoy reading, running and the occasional Netflix binge and am always keen for a trivia sesh at the pub. I'm currently finishing off my undergrad, majoring in Human Rights so I do have some quiet weekends in studying. I'd love to find somewhere relaxed and with a friendly atmosphere, and it would be great to meet a few new people as I don't know too many people in Sydney.
I’m Kirsten, I’m 31 and from New Zealand and I’ve been in Sydney for two years. I am looking for a small flatshare or a couple of other people who are looking for a nice house that we could all go in on. I work in the hospitality industry (bartending in a restaurant in the city) so my schedule is mainly evening shift work. I’m not sure if you have any preconceived notions about hospitality workers, but I am not the rowdy type although I do like having a drink every now and then but I’d rather be out and not at home (unless I’m working on cocktail recipes). I am a non-smoker and don't mind living with smokers but as long as they keep it outside. I finish up work around about midnight, so would be getting home quite late but I would be respectful of everyone else in the house and keeping noise to the bare minimum. Spose a bonus of living with me would be that we'd never be needing to use the kitchen or bathroom at the same time when getting ready for work! After work (if I'm not already exhausted) I'll wind down by either (quietly!!) having a jam on the PlayStation or watching a bit of Netflix (where I currently stay there is no TV reception so Netflix is all I got!) On my days off, I'll usually be out and about doing my own thing, unless I've decided it's a cleaning day and I will attempt to sort out the house top to bottom. I am a bit of an introvert – meeting more than one new person at a time can be a bit daunting for me – but I am friendly and respectful and pretty mellow and chill. I do like listening to my 70’s/80’s and 90’s Spotify playlists (or having Black Books playing in the background) when I’m getting ready for work in the afternoons though. I would love to become friends with my flatmate(s) and make it my home, and not just be an extra body in the house to cover the rent, but I do also value my alone time. I’ve always been the lease holder of places I’ve lived, so I’ve been in charge of paying rent plus organising and collecting utility bill money from other flatmates. Bills and rent will always be paid on time. I’m tidy and always clean up after myself. I’m big on recycling and will even go through the rubbish (at work and at home) and separate the recyclables if I notice any in the bin. Move date and budget negotiable (for the right place!) Get in touch if you think we'd get along great! cheers!
Hi! I am a Graphic Designer currently working in Sydney and am currently looking for a place to live in the innerwest. I am easy going, sociable and reliable. I love travelling and I am always saving for my next trip. I don't mind watching netflix or a night out. Can cook and clean. I am looking for a house with other flatmates in their 20s, who are friendly and considerate.
Very clean and tidy, respectful and sensitive to others in the house. Quiet yet sociable, Australian single female, no kids, relaxed with a great sense of humour and very easy to get along with. Loves animals so if you have pets it's a bonus!
Im clean, respectful and social. Ive been living in share houses for 5 years + and have remained friends with all of my previous housemates. Im reliable with rent/bills. I like to live in a home and not just a room. I can cook and love to share a beer with my flatties but I also understand personal space and boundaries.
Hi, I'm Gill I'm a tidy but very easygoing person, looking for some friendly people :) I work 6-7 days a week as a software engineer (trying to get that down to 5). In my spare time I'm doing an extra course at uni, going for a bike ride or going out with friends. I often keep to myself, but would definitely enjoy spending the occasional evening or weekend with housemates. Move date and length of stay are totally flexible.
