Hi potential housemate! I’ve just moved down to Sydney from Brisbane, and am looking for a friendly sharehouse in the inner west or on the north shore. I work full-time in the city as an electrical engineer, with an underlying interest in transitioning Australia to a cleaner energy future. In my spare time, I enjoy eating delicious food, checking out the local sights, having an occasional beer, and staying active. I’ve lived in sharehouses for the last five years, and was responsible for managing the bills in my last sharehouse. I’m a respectful, tidy, and easy-going guy. I’m quite flexible with a move date as I’m currently staying with family. If you have a room to fill and think I would be a good fit, please get in touch! Cheers Mark
Hi! I'm looking for my own room to move into by the end of December or first week of January. I work full-time in Burwood, and looking for a place close-by. Furnished or unfurnished, but close to public transport. I'm friendly, sorta quiet, neat, tidy, don't have pets and a non-smoker. I love pizza, movies, pop-culture, F1, and science-y things. I like cooking, and I can make a mean pasta, although Menulog/UberEats is slowly taking over my dinners. My own space tends to be organised chaos, but common places will always be tidy, Ideally, my flatmates are friendly and don't mind sharing a meal or a drink now and then, but respect each others' space as well. My current flatmates are all great people (and a cat), who are sadly moving out, and with the lease ending, I figured I want a bigger and better place than I currently have(my current room is tiny!). They are happy to give you my reference if needed. :) Don't hesitate to contact me, if you have a great household I can be a part of, or if you have any more questions. I do have some weeks before I need to move, but maybe we can work something out if something good is available to me a bit earlier. :) Cheers!
I'm a 27 year old student, completing a degree in Forensic Chemistry. I love love love to rock climb and have a casual job at the climbing gym. I also enjoy cooking, drinking and chatting about just about anything!
I'm clean, tidy, responsible and a quiet person. I don't smoke and I like to watch movies and series.
Hi there! I'm an easy going, sociable English gent who has recently taken the plunge and emigrated to Australia. I am a Mechanical Design Engineer by profession, but having only just arrived I am currently seeking my first opportunity (and still finding my way around). I consider myself a very low maintenance guest. I'm tidy, respectful and self reliant. I've lived in many shared houses while at university, and even military barracks in my previous life, so I am certainly looking forward to living with some new friends! Any questions you may have, drop me a message and I'll happily have a chat. Hopefully I'll see you for a drink soon. Cheers, Bryn.

The room available is a large, light-filled space (with a lounge and tv) in a lovely two-storey terrace house in Summer Hill. Our home is just 150m away from Summer Hill train station and close to all the Italian food you can eat on Lackey St. $250 per week includes bills, internet and a fortnightly cleaner.
We are two people in their 20s looking for a place to call home. We have a gorgeous 4 year old Beagle called Juno. She is very sweet natured and loves a good bone or two! We don't like bones so much but are big on BBQs and outdoor adventures. Mitchell works at the Sydney institute of Marine science and Benita works at a Vet clinic in Double Bay. We are both part time students while working full time. We are looking for people to live with who enjoy similar things or different things and we could learn something new! Benita loves the beach and Mitchell spends some of his work days snorkelling for sea urchins! (Ask us more about this if you like). We would love to hear from you! And also, we have a coffee machine ;) :D
Hey, I'm a graduate medical student so I'm super quiet but don't mind the occasional netflix binge or group dinner. I'm pretty on top of cleaning (all that good hygiene practice you get as a medical student). I like cooking (meal prep come at me). I've lived in share accommodation before and have my share of roommate horror stories. I work part time as well as studying so making rent will never be an issue. I'm not particularly looking to move before new years but am flexible.
Hello everyone! You will be living in Luxurious brand new Terrace unit in an excellent location with everything being furnished! The unit is spacious with two levels and you won't feel crowded nor lack of privacy. It's less than one minute walk to light rail station and less than 10 minutes walk to Summer Hill train station. It is greatly suitable to professionals/ students who work/study in the city, which it only takes around 20 minutes public transport to Sydney CBD. The room is all furnished with new furniture and massive built-in wardrobe. It also has its own balcony which is very suitable for those who love fresh air outdoor. We also have our own backyard where we can dry our washing. There are full set of electrical appliances (e.g. vacuum cleaner, Washing machine, refrigerator etc) and you are welcome to utilise them. I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and respect that it's brand new apartment and take good care of the property. Working professionals and students are welcome!
Hey! I'm a part-time student, part-time working in the finance industry in the city. I'm easy going, super clean, reliable and love pets. I spend a lot of time checking out live music, travelling and snowboarding.
The block of flats are very quiet and not a party area. I am looking for a professional who likes to sit down for a wine or three and have a chat but also likes there own space at times. Also a non smoker is highly preferred. Neat, clean and tidy is how I like to live. The flat is in the up and coming Inner West suburb of Summer Hill. It's a large and spacious flat, the large bedroom has mirrored built-in wardrobes. The bright bathroom has a bathtub along with a shower, a separate internal laundry. Garage is available. The apartment also has Foxtel and aircon. Close to train station, bus stops and light rail. A couple of stops away from Newtown and within walking distance to the small bars in Summer Hill Village.
I'm a full-time art student and work part time in an art gallery. I'm fairly quiet but also social and easygoing. I'm very tidy and reliable. I'm looking for a short term place that's friendly and clean.
Hi I'm Blake, currently looking for a room (preferably furnished) in the inner west of Sydney. Originally from Victoria, I have been living in Sydney for almost two years. I work full time as a Project Manager which keeps me busy during the week along with gym most nights. On the weekends I like to socialise with a drink or two, hang out at the beach or play a game of golf. I look forward to hearing from you!
As a student studying education I'm ethically driven and provide great dinner time conversation. I work in retail to subsidise my love for wine. I'm tidy and a generally good quality human being to live with! I also have a beautiful kitty named leia who gets along with everyone
Hi, I'm Laura! I'm a 23 year old studying Education and working part time. I'm a Sydney local hoping to move into the Inner West early into next year (2018). I play netball and have started learning to play the glockenspiel. Not very good at either - but I still have fun! When I can, I love binging TV shows (recently finished Big Little Lies - definitely recommend even thought it's quite intense) and singing along to the radio in my car. I'm very friendly and do love meeting new people and socialising; whether that be out about or by chilling out at home. If I had to pick I'd say I'm slightly more of a homebody. I enjoy baking (my home made jam is pretty fab too) and I'm always down for communal dinners, a sneaky 5pm drink or a good ole late night D&M. I'm a good listener who knows how to clean up after herself and maybe only sometimes sings loudly in the shower. Honestly, I would like to be friends (or at least on friendly terms) with the people I live with, but I understand that this doesn't always happen. I would like to live within 10 minutes of a station as at this time I don't have a car. Let's roll the dice and live together?!
What makes me great to live with? I like to make a house a home and form friendships with my housemates and do some social things together sometimes. Believe honesty, effective communication, respect for each other, kindness, flexibility, and cleaning up after ourselves are important for happy households. Enjoy taking responsibility for household chores without being prompted. Love to cook not just for myself but for others so am happy to share a meal...so if you don't like to cook all that much then you're in luck. Enjoy a great conversation and a laugh but also respect and understand the need for privacy to chill out and 'do your own thing'. Have a good sense of humour. Now for a little about me - I'm a medical secretary and writer, employed full time. Looking for a long-term lease I can truly call home and housemates I can truly call friends. For easy access to the work commute and to keep life simple, I'd like a place close to a train station (up to 700 metres). Would also like a home where I can have family and friends visit for a meal occasionally. My interests include: reading, writing, history, English and grammar, art, architecture, archaeology, antiques, music, cooking and food, discovering great little cafes who make awesome coffee, did I mention food?..lol, walking, swimming, the great outdoors, animals and nature, movies, theatre, markets, travel, gardening. Non-smoker, hard working and enjoy keeping my home clean for all to enjoy. Love a great conversation and like to have a laugh. Am an active person, and while I don't go to the gym, I love to walk and keep fit. Like my own personal space and quietness to chill and reflect after work and write, but equally happy to socialise a share a meal and a wine and tv or the movies. For fun on the weekends I love to find great places to walk and explore, go to markets, catch a movie, find a cafe that does a good cappuccino and sit back and watch the world go by, catch up with family and friends, visit art galleries, museums, libraries, go out to dinner, and just generally chill.
I like to keep the place neat and tidy. I work full time and study part time so I am out of the house a lot, but like to relax on the couch in the evenings and have a glass of wine on the weekends. If you have a pet cat, I am interested.
