Im clean, respectful and social. Ive been living in share houses for 5 years + and have remained friends with all of my previous housemates. I work full time for the State Government and work on a rotating roster so you can basically guarantee youll have most weekends to yourself. Im reliable with rent/bills. I like to live in a home and not just a room. I can cook and love to share a beer with my flatties but I also understand personal space and boundaries. I am also interested in starting a new houseshare in the canada bay/concord areas. I dont have much furnature apart from my bedroom stuff but im willing to contribute. My move out date is the 19th of Feb.
Hey, I'm Ryan, I'm an easy going, social bloke, working in the Construction industry. I work the 9-5, keep it pretty relaxed during the week and enjoy being active & out'n'about on my weekends. - I'm always keen for beer or glass of wine but just as keen for downtime and my own space - I'm all about sharing experiences and trying new things whether it be a new dish or base jumping, I'll have a go. - I'm respectful and tidy in shared spaces...just don't judge me on the state of my bedroom - I've got a solid source of income and am financially stable - I'll never say no to or a social gathering... as long as its not every night of the week.... But I've been known to be a pretty solid sleeper anyway ;-) - I'm open to new experiences and will give anything a go. Some of my interests are snowboarding, live music, sailing and trying finding awesome new or old places to eat. - I've got my own appliances & furniture that can add to our home or remain in storage... I'm happy to go with the flow, really just looking for a place to call home with interesting, like minded people.
Hey, so as many tend to say I'm really "easy going" but it's true. I have a great time with my life and those around me, but also very responsible about the things that matter! I have a steady full time income in a career I love (Lead Designer at an ad agency). I'm reliable as all hell. Equally social and independent, so I love a good chat yet understand privacy/quiet time around the home. Interests in music, creativity, travel and go to the gym for a bit of fitness. Born and raised in Sydney, looking to move into a home with 1-3 other residents. Male/Female, LGBTIQ doesn't worry me in the slightest. Any questions or concerns hit me up!
Hello! I live on the central coast currently, studying floristry at Hornsby. Working at a florist and a cafe at the momment i intend on getting work in Sydney in either of those fields. Moving due to my current roomie moving overseas and the coast has been difficult to find someone to fill her spot. I enjoy music- playing and seeing gigs, gardening, being creative, cooking (vegetarian), beaching, bush walks, an occaisional affordable wine, banter, yoga and of course some alone time. My studies finish in July so I definately intend to hang around until then and potentionally longer- see where life takes me! I enjoy a clean environment and happy to flow with house rules, I have a positive outlook on life and I bring home flowers every week! 🌼
I might be biased because I’ve lived here for so long, but I really think this apartment is perfect. Because: - The apartment was renovated into the clean and modern apartment it is today, before I moved in in 2013. - It’s located in pretty street on the village side of Summer Hill - Public transport is abundant. We are a comfortable walking distance to 2 train stations, 2 buses & a light rail station. - We are 5mins walking distance to the supermarket, and all the bars, cafes and restaurants Summer Hill has to offer. - The room includes an off-street car spot
Hi, I moved here from Canada 2 years ago and love it so much I plan on never going back! I work full time in finance and go to uni full time as well. Looking to move inner west to be closer to uni and a change in lifestyle from the north shore. I have a beautiful little pup named Lucy whom I love to bits and pieces and I'm sure you will love her to! She has always lived in apartments and is very well house trained but mainly just sticks with me, she's 3 years old. I am very outgoing, love to have a good time, hang out with friends, go for drinks, love going for runs, pilates and to the gym. I like to keep very busy! Looking to move places in Feb inner west and need a new house mate or mates! I have a bunch of furniture so happy to find a place and sign a lease and have someone take a room in our new home! I love to cook so looking for someone(s) to be able to have a chat with, have dinner and hang out with in our spare time (however much that will be). Let me know if your interested in finding a place with me! Cheers bec
Hey potential housemate! My name’s Jonty, I’m 24 yo, work in a bar, I’m clean, keep to myself but more then happy to socialise with the house. I’m currently finishing up in a share house and know how it all works, if you’re interested then shoot me a message!
I’m 24 and am moving to Sydney from Melbourne to study a Masters of Physiotherapy (that means I will need volunteers to massage ;)) A bit about me: I love all things sport – playing, watching, yelling at silly referees etc. I’m a mad singer, especially big musical numbers in the shower and may very occasionally wipe the dust off my violin to play a jig or two. Absolutely doggo mad, like crazy person can’t-function-when-in-presence-of-dog kind of level. Bit of a greenie, love recycling my soft plastics, making kick ass compost and getting out in the garden. I have lived in many share houses and am sad to be giving up my beautiful big home in Melbourne but so excited to discover what’s going on in Sydney. I am a super clean person and appreciate tidy communal areas. Love having a wine or beer at home with my housemates and can truly make an exquisite cheese platter. I am looking for that lovely middle ground when it comes to housemates: the family experience where we can spontaneously chill out at home or grab a coffee or burger; but also a space where we can have some alone time and I can focus on my studies. Cheers, Nicola
I am a 32 year old female working full time in the community sector with disadvantaged youth. I'm looking for a place that feels like home and where I can share my beloved and a bit of an excessive collection of indoor and outdoor plants. I enjoy being social and getting lost in interesting, challenging and not so challenging conversation, but at the same time, sometimes after a day at work, I'd just want to chill out and read a book, watch a movie, doco or just take some time out for myself. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen when the mood takes me (sometimes it's a hit or miss, but it doesn't stop me) and would appreciate living with others who also enjoy and appreciate food, but don't mind if we're not sharing meals all the time as I understand we all have different schedules, tastes and budgets. I've lived in my fair share of sharehouses and am pretty clean and respectful. I'd like to live with others who share similar values.
I'm 29 years old and just moved back to Sydney after 3.5 years in London. Keen to get to know a different side of this city after growing up further out west, and also just a little too old now to move back in with the parents! Have lived in house shares for the last 3.5 years and had really great experiences each time. I am clean, chilled out, like a good balance of time alone and hanging out together with housemates. Looking for a house with similar minds.
- easy to get along with - friendly - enjoy bars and restaurants in the week - both working full time around the city (sponsorship) - love music - always looking for something fun to do at the weekend - love to be outdoors - belgium and English - length of stay can be varied
Felipe, 31, Male Full time Graphic Designer; Looking forward for a clean, and nice single place which I could call home. Responsible, easy going, clean & pet friendly. I am open to share/cook the occasional meal, have a conversation, or share a good beer once in a while. Pay rent and bills on time Feel free to send me a buzz anytime
Hey! I'm a full time working professional looking for a new home, who is very easy going and friendly. My preference is to live with other like-minded females who are in their 20s. I'm looking for people I can be comfortable living with and who will feel more like a friend and be up for the occasional chat. I also respect privacy and other people's belongings and understand the need for personal space, as I need it myself too! I don't mind a relaxed home, as long as it is generally kept pretty clean and tidy. I'm looking for a large bedroom that can fit a desk, as this is where I will set up my computer for work. I'm a graphic designer and work for a branding agency but occasionally have the flexibility to work from home. It would really be a bonus to live in a place with other creative people! Looking to move somewhere asap if I sound like someone that would fit in, please send me a message and we can discuss more from there. I'm pretty flexible about location but the closer to the city I am the more ideal the place will be for me! Excited to meet my potential new flatmates :)
hi there, i am looking for a single room in those areas. i work in hospitality for 8 yrs so mostly i work evenings, weekend mostly i stay home, relax, catch up with friends. i prefer clean, quiet, no pet ( i love dogs though) and tidy households.
Heyo, I'm recently graduated, working full-time in banking come February. I'm looking for a place in the inner west near a train line, no further than Strathfield and ideally around the Newtown area. I've been living in shared accommodation for about 4 years now so I understand how to balance being social and respecting privacy in a share house. I'm looking for sociable housemates who have lived in shared accommodation before and now how to keep a place clean and tidy. I'm pretty relaxed and easygoing, always down for a chat if I'm around the house and not too busy. I love to travel, go hiking, play board games, cook and binge watch TV shows. I occasionally have friends over for drinks/boardgames/a bbq, but we're never too loud and usually it's not too many people. I will be in Sydney from around the start of Feb looking for place. Feel free to message me if there's anything else you'd like to know about me, or if you're interested in having me as a housemate / teaming up for a place :) Thanks, Prageeth
Hi there, Im looking for a place to call home. Im interested in either moving into an established sharehouse or setting one up with a few people. Ideally i would like to live with no more than 3 or 4 people, in a house that appreciates the balance between socialising and downtime. I work a few afternoons during the week as a support worker and on weekends i work at collectors markets running a stall with my partner, which are long days so i'm not around a lot then. Im transiting from full time on campus study to studying via correspondence so i'm seeking a place that i can study well in, that has a nice relaxing and homely vibe to it. I have a background in Rudolf Steiner Teaching and i'm currently studying social work, with a little over half way to go. I'm vegan and ideally i would like to live in a vegan household but can be flexible to that for the right people. The last few years i've taken on short term sublets, which is completely exhausting so i'm looking for a place to stay long term. Look forward to hearing from you.
I would make a great housemate because; 1: Love a good glass of wine 2: Social 3: Relaxed 4: Reliable and 5: Can read social queues really well so you wouldn't have to worry about me hanging around if you're in the mood to have some time to yourself, I understand that even though a community spirit is a necessity to a household, privacy and space can also do wonders.
We are a young professional couple from Argentina and have lived in Sydney for the past 5 years. We are friendly and respectful and we both work full time. Now looking for a short term accommodation somewhere in the Inner West.
Hello future flat mates! I am Cris, from Chile I’m an easy going, tidy, relaxed and open minded person who enjoys good company. I am responsible full time worker.
Hey! My name is Alex and I'm moving from Adelaide to Sydney to study my postgrad in Public Health. I'm a tidy and easy going person up for a glass of wine or a cup of tea watching Netflix. I am quite well traveled and look forward to exploring Sydney on the weekends. I'm hoping to live with some people I can form a friendship with. I plan on finding casual or part time work once I make the move. Very good at paying rent and bills on time.
Currently working in hospitality in the city so i have a varied schedule so im out of the house quite abit, and when im home though, im clean and respect the spaces in the house and easy to get along with anyone. Im planning on adopting a dog in the new place so the location has to be pet friendly.
