Hi there! Currently looking at moving to the inner west. I'm not in a rush to move, I'm currently living in my own little flat near Sutherland but I'm keen to get back closer to the city and live with someone and/or people. I work full time in insurance, I enjoy cooking, reading, yoga, pilates and a drink or two! I'm pretty bubbly and social but also respect downtime. Preferably looking for a 2 bed place close to a station and has parking.

Reason for moving out: Non-Christian household, Very nasty housemates..NOT friends. I'm IDEALLY looking for a 1BD Room apartment within my budget or living with fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ in a share-house or even a 2BD apartment with a fellow Christian [Male or Female] Should you have anything, please get in touch. God Bless, Luke Thornley
Looking 2-3 rooms (or a 2-3 bedroom home) for 2-3 guys in their mid 40s. We are respectful, tidy, empathetic and over out partying days. None of us drink or use drugs and we'd prefer to live in a reasonably quiet, respectful place without people up late or partying. We are into cooking, movies, meditation, some study, live music, fitness and recovery. Our price range is max $250 per room.
This place is located on a quiet, leafy street that is super close to the Summer Hill train station (6 minute walk), light rail (Taverners Hill - 7 minute walk) and busses (2 minute walk to Parramatta Road). The flat is fully furnished except for your bedroom so all you need is your bedroom furniture and I'll take care of the rest. The apartment sits on the top floor in the complex, is not directly surrounded by any other buildings, which allows for an abundance of natural light. Fully furnished lounge/dining room, balcony to relax on, a full kitchen to get creative in, a bath and shower to soak away the day. There is also an internal laundry which includes a washer/dryer. Extra storage space available in the garage. Bills are not included in the rent. The only bills that the apartment has is Internet (NBN High Speed) $80/month, and electricity which is around $150-200 a quarter. These would be split 50/50 between you and myself.
I'm looking for a studio, granny flat or a private room in a small share house. In the case of a share house, this would preferably be an all-female, all-over-25 household with my own bathroom. I'm very clean, tidy and respectful, and I'm leaving my current place because my flatmate is not clean, tidy or respectful. Although I'm more than happy to share a coffee, beer, meal or movie etc now and then, I'm also a very private person and need to be allowed to do my own thing most of the time without being judged. My main commitment at the moment is full-time uni, which takes up most of my week (5 months to go until I graduate). I study from home, so I'm very quiet and am not looking for a party house (although of course I have no issue with other people listening to music, watching movies or generally doing their thing). I also do ad-hoc contract work as a delivery driver. In my spare time I play soccer, draw/paint, (try to) play the guitar, catch up with friends, and spoil other people's pets. Due to some bad experiences living in share houses, I'd like to live in a place where everyone's names are on the lease (or a written sub-letting agreement can be made), agreements about bond are in writing, reasonable boundaries are negotiated and respected, and some sort of chore roster is considered good communication rather than pedantic. And of course rent comes first no matter what. I have to give 3 weeks vacate notice at my current place, and I like to have a 1 week overlap to allow time for the move and final clean, so I would be looking to move 2 weeks after being approved. Please feel free to contact me if it sounds like we might be a good match :-)
Really big room with attached sun room only three minute walk to train, light rail or bus. Big back yard. Gas cooking and hot water. Unlimited internet. 2nd toilet. Bigish kitchen with two fridges. Laundry free and solar dryer. Great space for friendly introverts.
I am a recently Marketing graduate student from Melbourne who just got a job offer in Sydney. I will be working full-time as a Marketing assistant, working regular hours. I am 23 and enjoy watching TV shows, playing games and food! I do enjoy graphic designing and film-making. I am quiet but love making new friends and getting to meet new people.
I'm talkative but most of the time I'm a quiet listener. I'm a postgraduate student studying health science. I will be very busy in studying and doing my placements so I hope my flatmates won't having parties so often. I'm a vegetarian so I would like to cook my dinner simply and quickly. I'm clean and neat, easygoing girl. I am looking for a room that is fully furnished and close to the station because I don't have a car. Thank you.

We’re a professional couple - I work in media and Mike in software. We’re looking for somewhere to stay while we renovate our Newtown home. Clean, tidy and respectful, we’re both very social and enjoy a good BBQ. We have two 9 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Lily and Charlotte. They like to sleep in a sunny spot during the day then cuddle watching TV of an evening. We walk them twice a day - going for walks or to the dog park is also how we tend to spend our mornings on the weekend. We’re hoping to find some roommates who are fun, social and respectful - and who like dogs!
Looking for a flatmate to move into my sunny Summer Hill apartment around 30 June. Located on a quiet street three minutes walk to the station and Summer Hill Village, the apartment has been freshly renovated and is in an older style block, so its generously proportioned with high ceilings and two sunny balconies. It also has an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, one shared bathroom (excellent water pressure - and - bath!), NBN internet, Netflix and Stan. The room itself is huge, with a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and plenty of light. A large lock-up garage may also be rented for $xx per week.
Close to train station, buses along Parramatta road and light rail. Green leafy street with a village vibe. Great cafes, restaurants, shops, gym and services within walking distance. The unit is on the ground floor with a balcony. Bedroom is furnished with new and high quality furniture.
Hey guys! I’m a 23 year old student looking for a place for me and my beautiful 2 year old rescue kitty! We are both very chill and easy to live with. Gem is strictly indoors only as she is an albino cat that burns really easily, but she loves being indoors anyway so it’s never been a problem :) she’s very clean and I’m always ensuring I clean her things daily so no worries of any smells! I’m looking for a place that can be my abode, my escape and chill place. I’m not looking for a party house and want to live with others who share the same values and wants to live respectfully around each other’s space :) . I love having a laugh, sharing a family meal and spending time with my housemates but also love my own space and respect others time to retreat and relax. When I’m not on my laptop studying or at uni, I spend my weekends working and volunteering. I live a vegan lifestyle so I will need to live with people who respect my way of living and are open to eating a vegan meal with me from time to time! :) I am in no rush to move, to hopefully find the perfect housemates 😁 Looking forward to hearing from you! Shoot me a message ✌️

Hi We are Talisa and Georgia and we're currently looking for a new place to call home. A little bit about Georgia: She is 28 years old, an extroverted introvert, enjoys life drawing, heading to gigs and theatre, yoga, going on hikes and exploring book stores. She is also a foodie and loves the occasional wine with a cheese platter on the weekend. She likes a good doco and is interested in holistic health and personal development. She has worked as a social worker/counsellor and is currently working with youth. A little bit about myself: I’m Talisa, also 28 and currently working as a physio. I like to get out on the weekends whether it’s spending time in nature going on hikes, wandering around markets and bookstores or catching up with friends over a wine. Around the house you’d most likely see me reading and drinking too much tea as well as dabbling in creative outlets like cooking/drawing. We’re looking for a home to share with like-minded people who are thoughtful with shared living spaces, are relatively quite during the week and who are friendly and open to occasionally hanging out or allowing us to have a couple of friends over on the weekend. We would love a place to feel like a sanctuary , with understanding of when we might need some down time but we are also very open to organising brunches or dinners with our flatties! We hope to hear from you! Also - we had a profile exactly like this up a few days ago, but something went wrong and we've been unable to sign into the account. So if you have messaged in the last couple of days, please message again. Thanks! :)
Heyy. I just moved to sydney and looking for a room in the inner west. Professional doing shift work in the city. Relaxed, social, clean, gym, freediving, hiking, sleeping, Im from way down the coast, a few beers.... I do have a car so at least street parking is needed.
Hey Guys, Originally from New York City living in Sydney for 4 months now, very social outgoing person with a pretty good circle of friends in Sydney whom I've known from back in the states. Currently living in Dulwich Hill and looking to stay in the inner west preferably. I am on my first working holiday visa and have guaranteed employment for the duration of my visa(s) so paying my rent on time won't ever be an issue. I work in hospitality more specifically hotels so my schedule rotates weekly meaning I get off early one week and late the next. I am a pretty good cook if that gets me any extra brownie points. Looking for some cool flatmates who are also CLEAN, preferably a modern home, and private room with enough space to keep to myself when i want and of course common space where we can all get to know each other while enjoying a beer and or a movie/game. Looking forward to meet you guys! - Daniel
I can cook, clean, mow the lawns, whipper snip, trim gardens, clean pools, make cocktails, do the laundry. I enjoy candle light dinners and long walks along the beach. I'm looking for a place with people roughly around my age who are fairly social and who have common interests. I like to go for a run or walk along the bay at Drummoyne/Leichardt or from Coogee to Bronte a couple of times during the week, I enjoy playing pub trivia one night a week, going to the gym, eating out at restaurants, seeing a music gig or a live comedy act. On the weekend in summer I like to go for a swim at the beach. In winter I enjoy going for a hike/bushwalk. Love Netflix on occassion and spotify tunes at home.
