I really love living here - it's light and bright and close to the lovely Summer Hill village. It's one of only four units in an art deco apartment block, meaning it's nice and quiet. I like to keep the place peaceful and friendly, am respectful of other people's space but also down for a chat or dinner. The apartment has everything you'll need and is super homely and comfy. It's fully furnished and ready to go with everything you need, just bring your bedroom furniture. It's a 7 min walk from Summer Hill train station and around 10 to Lewisham West lightrail. Added bonuses of Summer Hill: - Lots of parks to picnic in - The local IGA is epic, complete with a cheese room! - Heaps of good coffee around - All the convenience of the inner west without the loudness. The room is 2.5 x 3m, with fresh paint and floorboards and lots of natural light. Bills are $25/week inc. internet and the room is available now. If you're interested, please message me with a bit about you and what you're looking for in a home.
Hello :) My name is Winora. I am a 22-year-old, working full-time. Reviews: - "She is the funniest person I know" - A smart person - "Not a bad cook" - Gordon Ramsay - "Talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show-stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before.." - Lady Gaga In all seriousness, I am looking for a place to call home. I am respectful and considerate of people's privacy . I know that I want to come home to a nice, quiet (I am not a partier) and clean place. I would also love to get to know my flatmates as much as they want to. Always down for a good feed and Netflix.
I’m sociable and outgoing, enjoy cooking and music, but also value spending me-time. I’m cleanly and respectful of communal spaces and understand what it means to live in a shared, rented space as I have been renting since I was 19. I work full time in Surry Hills, and am looking for a place preferably within walking distance of a train station. I am also looking for roommates who don’t mind having the odd shared meal or drinks at home, and who will allow me to sign onto the lease and stay for at least a year. :)
Hello :) im 23, from ireland and work full time. Love being social and having a chat, i work long hours so also like me time lol, looking for somewhere where everyone gets along, tidy and a chill place to call home :) thanks x
Currently studying Entertainment Business Management at JMC. I love going out to see live music and making art. Looking for likeminded people!
I am a high school teacher who will be starting a masters in English full time as well as teaching. I am looking for a house where I can be welcomed into the family but also understanding of work load.
I work full time and work involves a lot of travel. I am out of sydney every second week and the week I am in sydney I'll be around for 4/5 days max. Usually work long hours, so having me would be like having one less person at home, the difference will be the rent will be paid ;) Enjoy a nice party occasionally but never party at home. I am mostly very flexible with everything. I just need a quiet environment after 11pm.
Hey, I’m 27, working as a landscape architect, a big fan of craft beer, movies and hiking, I also enjoy good chats over to many cups of coffee on the weekend. I’ve spent time overseas travelling and now looking to find a good little spot to get set up in.
